This weather was cold & I'll never forget that day being in a new town not knowing a sole & my pay was messed up but they helped me when no one else would!Some things you'll never forget! Luke Nguyen: I wish I could give them 10 stars! I used to be a regular customer of Jim's. But recently I came across this gun shop. I can say that this is one of the few stores that make me feel most comfortable. The staffs inside the shop are very knowledgeable, always provide the best service and are patient with their customers. I bought a 1911 yesterday and found it to have a small flaw, then I went to the shop today and they were willing to help me change another gun within 1 second without any problems. If you are looking for a used gun, I highly recommend this shop, they have a wide range of Glock models and others at extremely reasonable prices! Thanks for today, you guys are great! I will definitely be back to buy more!

DeesPrincess *: Used to be a 5 star rating and would have given it a 10 if I could have, but something changed in the last month or two. If you have pawned an item here , they no longer will give you the same price you received the last time and the most it seems they'll do is half of what you pawned the item for last time regardless if there is no usage/wear and tear on said items. We've spent a ton of money here to be treated like dirt and even in the midst of my wife crying, they still have attitude and . We have them 2 stars because they have accepted unusual items before and used to be the best place in Fayetteville/hope Mills to not only pawn items, but shop as well.

Wesley Woods: Can't justify trying to beat people over the head on the price items, with the hopes of making an almost 180% profit. While under paying individuals for their items. I could justify a 60-80% profit but without even looking at and assessing the equipment they tried to offer me 60$ dollars for a 5 piece tool set that has a used value of 250$. You guys would do better to not take advantage of people in need of money. Integrity is still a thing.

You can trust this shop to really help you get what your looking for. Lots of enclosures and have a wide selection of DD and SUN DOWN subwoofers. I'm definitely going to be returning.

jinxcalibur: Used to be my go to for neat finds and gifts. Unfortunately times have changed from the helpful and friendly atmosphere I once knew. Pawning there is now nothing but a rip-off. The new staff have mistreated me three times now when I was in need this last 5 months. Tried to scam me for a lot I brought in with an offer that was half of just one item at a different pawn shop. So now I go to this other store that's way more reasonable and friendly. Such a shame.

Have been a regular customer for over a year now and will continue to be so. I have bought everything from a laptop, to tools, and had them special order several firearms. May not look like much from the outside but definitely my favorite place to shop in town.
Chelsea Hall: Terrible advertising. Huge sign says we buy gold.They don't buy gold unless they can give you 10% of what it's worth and then sell it for a 400% markup. A pair of silver strings for 80$, yet they wouldn't pay 10$ an ounce of pure silver.What a sorry business.

MIGUEL FILPO: This place is absolutely the best place to purchase a firearm. I have been doing business with Ethan and the entire staff at MQ for a couple years now, and they don’t disappoint. I teach NC concealed carry and send them my new shooters because I know they will be treated fairly. They also offer a military discount on accessories and parts. I’ve read reviews from the Karens complaining about military discounts on firearms and who is eligible for them. Just for the record, the requirements are not set by the dealer and are different based on the firearms manufacture. If you are a veteran but not retired veteran some manufacturers will not honor the discount. A little homework on this front goes a long way. Some manufacturers even have a limit of how many firearms you can purchase per calendar year.

Recently, I had the opportunity to work with Kevin and man is this the guy to talk to! He is professional, eager to figure out a solution to any build project, and went the EXTRA mile in making sure you left with everything you need! The store could be packed and he could be dealing with multiple customers and you couldn’t tell with the way he multi tasks. You could swear you’re the only customer in the store. LaDebra Ross: I purchased a headset with a microphone on Friday 6/16/23. As I was leaving another customer backed into my vehicle damaging it. I had a party for my son on Tuesday evening and gave him the headset and he told me that the microphone doesn't work. I called into trade it and they 1st said they do not cover headsets because they should be tested before they leave the store. When I informed them that the receipt doesn't say that they informed me that I waited too long to contact them so I can't get a refund or exchange. Poor customer service at it's best. My son's birthday was ruined.

Kissamy AssCheeks: I just recently moved here and started going here and every time I have a bad experience, always from or with the same white lady/blonde hair/bigger set. If she's not being rude to other employees in front of customers or being rude/kicking customers out of the store than she's just being straight nasty to the customers (including) me that she's helping. I noticed she will never go out of her way to get anything for a customer she just barks at employees to do everything for her, even if they are already helping another customer, they are expected to stop everything and do everything for her. It seems like she just makes up her own rules and Kicks people out left and right and her reasons range from "Because I Can", I Don't Need to Explain Anything/Give you a Reason" or my Personal Favorite was "Is this Your Company? NO!! "If You owned a Company, you Wouldn't be Shopping here, Now Get Out” I got to tell you I've never seen someone so full of themselves before in my life. Can we say GOD COMPLEX much, this lady must think she can walk on water if she thinks it's okay to treat people the way she does and to think she's in a position of power, it's just sad. I won't be going back here anymore. :(
The DecalKing: Horrible place to do business with. My wife got a job here recently. Worked for all of 2 weeks and was suddenly fired. Yesterday before all of this had happened I had sent her to work with $60 to put a $300 speaker on layaway. Wife came home and told me what happened. I decided to call and make sure my layaway was still good to go. Kim, the store manager, answers the phone and as soon as I introduce myself she is immediately very rude. I say absolutely nothing about firing the wife and instead ask if I can come pay off my layaway tomorrow and her response is nope sorry your wife canceled it. There is no way on earth my wife would’ve done that so I ask Kim to prove it which she couldn’t. Needless to say we will be at the courthouse when they open to take the well overaged manager to small claims court. I really don’t mind paying the $85 processing feeI would warn everyone in town to stay far far away from Trade It
Jeat Taylor: Took a $899 generator up there and they were talking about $279 brand new in the box with the receipt. (was on the whiteboard as a top $ item) Not only that they were rude when I tried to counter, I'm at this number, he said what do you want, then he wouldn't counter back and said that I was talking to myself. This place is used to taking from the addicts and people in bad situations. The store is dirty, and the clientele looks like they could use some kind of intervention. Do not recommend unless you wanna be ripped off. I pray the companies using the needy, poor, and addicted to gain beyond a fair wage be closed! Amen

Tyler Bommarito: Bought some items from the store. Directly asked what the return policy was. I was told that I had 5 days to return unwanted or defective items for a full refund to my payment method. I returned 2 days later with a defective item and some and some unwanted items. The manager then informed me that I could only trade for similar items or sell back my items at a loss. Their excuse was that the policy was posted and the employee that sold me the merchandise lied. When I asked where the policy was posted it was cover by Christmas decorations. When I asked to speak to someone higher she told me that only the owner was higher and I couldn't speak to them. When she walked away another employee informed me she was the owner and she lied about who she was. The store is shady, practices underhanded business tactics and is not reputable. While I was waiting I even heard the employees bragging about how much they underpaid a guy for his items in the pawn section.
