David Klumpar, MD: what do users think?
Oluchi Okehie: Amazing place, my skin has been alot better.
Ansiro Desetta: Do these people ever answer the phone? What is the problem with that? Can't set up and appointment without verbal contact first... Got tired of endlessly calling, seeking elsewhere....
Melinda Poorman: Great 1st time experience with Dr. Klumpar & his assistant. He takes the time to listen to your concerns and explains the whole procedure.
Jim Eury: I was please with the services received
Mark Hancock: Dr. Klumpar was great! He and Carly (?) were both friendly and kind. The whole procedure took about 30 minutes, and we talked and laughed the entire time. I had very little pain and enjoyed the time as much as you could expect to.
Kala Elenes: Dr. Klumpar was very kind. He listened to my concerns and treated what I was there for. It was a great experience!
Donald Gaylord: I enjoyed meeting Dr. Klumpar yesterday. He operated on the squamous cells on my scalp, a procedure which can be uncomfortable. He and Heather put me at ease, explaining clearly the procedure, and engaged me in an interesting dialogue. Very courteous, very professional folks. Thank you! (I do wish the various procedures were not so expensive...)12 Nov 2020 A very pleasant visit, despite the burning sensation of a chemical peel. Very professional and courteous people, staff, PAs, and MD. Highly recommended. The drive to their office off of Raeford Road is getting pretty congested these days. How about an office closer to Haymount?19 Feb 2021 Same comments as before. Dr. Klumpar is a most decent man, and has surrounded himself with knowledgeable and courteous staff. The essence of my relationship with this office is an information-based practice; top that with kindhearted people, and you have a winner.
Ann Buffaloe: Very professional and caring medical staff who are eager to help you improve your skin conditions and save your life.
Mary Blossom: This was my first visit with Dr. Klumpar he seems to friendly and have concern for his patient needs. I'm looking forward to him doing my procedure and to see how things turn out. The staff are very friendly and respectful.
Kevin E: We were a military referral to dermatology for an acne problem with regard to one of my children. Dr. Klumpar's practice was the most convenient and timely. The appointment with our primary care military doctor produced a prescription for a topical and antibiotic along with this referral. Approximately within a week we were seen at Dr. Klumpar's office. When the doctor entered the examination room, she came with nearly an immediate suggestion for Accutane. I asked why we couldn't give the antibiotic time to show results as it had not even been a week in its application. Her response dismissed my concern as she continued pressing the drug onto my child. Our suggestion that a serious compound like that was excessive was only met with pointed [professional] hostility. She even went to the extent of saying "There is a lot of [abundant] negativity out there with regard to this drug. You need to ignore what you read online when researching this drug." There were too many red flags to collate during this visit. In less than a five minute examination where a physical review of the patient was all but sidestepped, it was abundantly evident that their livelihood as a medical practice hinges on maximum application of the drug Accutane. I am sure there is valid application of this drug (Isotretinoin) but our mild case of acne seemed unnecessarily rash. Reading into the immediate side effects and unknown (speculated in their brochure) but very gravitational long term negative health impacts, I see their high pressure sales practice as being to the detriment of the safety and wellbeing of children within their influence. This was the first time I experienced how vicious a medical establishment can be when their lifeline is likely a pharmaceutical source, not solely patient insurance (the latter being significantly less). As this review is open to one response without opportunity for me to counter beyond this dialogue, I say this: I am not a "Karen”, fanatic or tin-foil hat type. Nor am I a doctor. But ethical practices and the "do no harm" oath dictate that a number of contingencies be exhausted before applying a very risky/detrimental drug to a young and developing body (this is a drug that requires a national drug registration and signed contract before taking it due to the grave health consequences). They did not care about diet, stress, the wear of sports pads directly on the affected area; going to the extent of saying these elements had no impact when answering our inquiry about them. They paid no mind to analyzing the patient's unique situation or even understanding other factors that could be explored to diagnose and remedy this situation. After leaving their office without a horribly debilitating prescription drug, we ventured into a holistic look at our son's treatment. With the help of our primary care doctor, sufficient time with [and application of] the antibiotic/a mild topical and healthy lifestyle implementation, we have eliminated the acne. Avoid this establishment at all costs. Your child's (or your) life literally depends on it.(ref. Isotretinoin/13-cis-retinoic acid AKA: Accutane, Absorica, Zenatane, Myorisan, Claravis, and Amnesteem)
Marsha Jacobs: It is always a pleasure to see David Klumpar, MD. He and his staff are consistently friendly, professional and promote a welcoming atmosphere. Dr. Klumpar always takes time to answer my questions and I do leave his office knowing that I have received the highest level of medical care.
Mike Robertson: Very professional staff and VERY caring --not only for your medical "problem", but for safety and well-being due to COVID-19.Dr. K is extremely good in his professional demeanor--explains thing well- willing to give treatment options !!!
Steven Leavell: It is always a very smooth visit. This time it was to make a deeper cut than they did the last time and he discovered it was not necessary.
Melvin Lewis: Dr. Klumpar provided medication after surgery and wrote a prescription before to reduce the infection. He showed concern. The operation went well.
Stephanie C: 5 star just from precaution of having a clean pen and dirty pen bin after each patient use. I was initially seen at Pinehurst location with Dr. Klumpar but today I'm at Fayetteville location to see one of the PAs and I'm sure the visit will be the same as Dr. Klumpar's visit. If not I will update the stars.I appreciate the simple steps for patient safety and first impression was great
Paige Slider: My procedure went very smoothly. Dr. Klumpar and his nurses made me very comfortable and at ease. Very professional.
Barbara Osborne: Was very please with all of Carolina Skin Care. Dr. Klumpar was great.was looking for a good Dermatologistand found him
Annlisa Hernandez: Dr. Klumpar is an outstanding physician!
Kelly Cannon: Dr. Klumpar, Cassidy, Carly (sp?) and all the staff I've encountered have been very professional and knowledgeable. My procedure was quick and painless. And thanks to Elsie (sorry if I spelled that wrong!) for holding my fussy baby during the procedure. You guys were great!
Judy Swanson: Excellent care as well as staff ! So happy we found this place...... after several years @ another it was slowly going in the wrong direction. Feeling very confident about our care here....
Anita Willoughby: Appreciated alternative to surgery as first solution

Fayetteville Children’s Clinic: what do users think?
Elayna Bartell: If you care about your kids don't go there. If you need a referral don't bother they will just keep putting it off and tell you thats not gonna help, when clearly sometimeskids need outside help like ENT or ADHD. If you want them to listen to you and help you find out what's wrong with your child forget about it, your wasting your time. I could write a book about why you shouldn't go here, but it still wouldn't do any justice. They don't care about your kid and are clearly there for a profit. You have been warned.
Alex Iriana: We have absolutely loved seeing Dr Olga Johnson for the past 2 years. Both my kids go to her and I find her to be thorough and reasonable. She explains things well, is reassuring to me and my kids and is quick to take care of referrals, paperwork, etc. Her nurse, Katie, is on it and returns messages quickly. The office is pretty good at getting you in for an acute care visit within a day or so, depending on the severity of the illness.I’m so happy I found this clinic and this provider.
Liza Hondros: No better Pediatrician in town! We have been at FCC since our son was 1 mo old, he is now 11yo! My husband was seen by Dr. Kelly Sr back in the day. The customer service is top notch from making an appointment to needing paperwork done. Dr. Kelly is the best.
Gabriel Valverde: Can’t say enough good things about the doctors or the receptionist. Both of my boys have been coming here for almost 2 years and we have always received excellent care and fast responses when we call. What my wife and I love the most is how thorough the doctor is. Keep up the great work!!
Stephanie Fisher: I cannot recommend this place more! If I could give them 10 stars I would. After months of my child being diagnosed as colic, her head and body oozing from skin rashes, diarrhea and screaming. I finally found Fayetteville Childrens Clinic. I met Dr. Olga Johnson and her nurse Katie who not only switched my child to the correct formula but was with us every step of the way in her feeding journey. Closely monitoring her weight, making countless referrals to specialists and answering all my questions. My daughter had a rough beginning with torticollis, flat head, tension, eating issues, etc. The doctors and nurse staff are the best and are quick to call parents back and bring in children to be seen. They provided me the reassurance as a new mom even for minor things. They are the greatest pediatricians in the area and I’m sad to have to leave the area with the military because I have never encountered a staff that cared so much for their patients. I couldn’t have asked for a better team for my little girl and now she is set up for success because of a staff that is truly amazing. I can’t speak enough great things about Fayetteville Childrens Clinic. They were so patient and thorough, hard working, and dedicated to my daughter. Not being from the area I was skeptical about the care at a small doctor office but they are leaps and bounds above any doctors in the area. The world needs more medical staff like these.
Moriah Martinez: I have no idea how well the provider care is here. I was recommended by my OB, so I called to schedule my daughter. Made it all the way to a date and time being decided on and the receptionist (who was really rude) says we will need a record of your daughter's recent shots. I told them I don't have that and that my daughter has never had her shots. As a parent that is rightfully my decision. The receptionist then very rudely says "well if she's never jad shots and you don't plan on her getting them then we can't see her". I have worked in the medical field for 9 years and never have I heard of a medical office turning away patients because they don't have their "cdc recommended shots". I would not recommend this place to anyone just solely based off the rudeness of that one receptionist.
Alanna Swiatkowski: The Doctors and staff are simply the BEST!! We LOVE Dr. Johnson and her nurse, Katie, but we have also seen all of the other docs and nurses and have always received above and beyond care. 💗
Brittany Spann: I absolutely love it here. The doctors here are every good with checking your child and matching sure he or he has everything they need and taking their time to listen to your problems my children see de. Johnson and she is amazing. I was referred by my insurance and it was the best decision I made😊
lucy ogu: Fraudsters, they will make you pay out of pocket on something insurance will cover or they just bill you for voicing out speech concerns for your child. They care more about money than they care about the well-being of your child. I will not recommend this place to anyone who wants the best for their children.
Carol Dees: We love Dr. Kelly and all the staff here. As foster parents we've used several pediatricians in Fayetteville and this office is head and shoulders above the rest.
Wanda Locklear: I love Dr. Islander and the staff at the clinic. My daughters have been going to her since the ages of 9 and 2. Now my grandson is a patient here! I couldn’t ask for a better place to care for my children!
Kayla Mcallister: On a public post about a child standing on top of a bridge about to jump and causing a halt in traffic, one of their employees, Morgan stated that “if a CHILD didn’t care about their life then why should she” along with multiple other statements such as “if it was one of my kids they wouldn’t inconvenience peoples traffic” I think this proves she should not be working in a children’s clinic around our children. Absolutely inappropriate.
Stephanie Rhees: This office is very close minded and unless you abide by their strict beliefs they will refuse to even see you. I needed standard physicals done for my kids moving from AZ per military orders and because I don’t follow the standard immunization “recommendation” per religious beliefs they told me they wouldn’t see my children as their doctors strongly believe in the standard. What a joke, we are in 2018 with many people and many different beliefs and I can not believe this highly rated office is so close minded and pushy! Pathetic office!
Victoria Mills: Dr. Johnson is amazing and the staff is great and really good with my son
Erica Tesseo: I travel with my fiance for work called to see if I could get my 6th month his shots and check up only accept established patients which made no sense
Amanda Sullivan: Both my children have Dr.Johnson, she is amazing. We love all the doctor's who are there. Amazing and helpful staff!
Dianna Tatum: Amazing physicians who truly care and get to know your children!
Felicia Jones: I love the nurses & the doctors my son has been patient since he was 3wks old now he's 19 ,I had my daughter in 2015 now she goes there they both have Dr Iskander she's the best I love her
BBY EGAN: When I had my son in January 2014, I was recommended Fayetteville children's clinic from the nurse in the hospital, so I gave it a shot. This is the best choice I've ever made! Dr. Iskander is amazing, and tells it how it is. We love her! There is not anowhere I would rather take my son!
James Posey: I can't give an official opinion on the care and practice of the Doctors here because it was difficult to even get an appointment to see a provided. The women working the appointments was rude and not willing to help with concerns for my child to be seen. I am a new parent and wanted to find a great pediatrician and was referred here by a friend. But because of the staff working here I chose to go else where because they expected me to wait over a month for an initial appointment and I called about an emergency I had prior to then and they weren't willing to accommodate! Poor customer service and it's a shame! I went to rainbow pediatrics and was seen right away with great care and concern. This place is a waste of time.
Cin Labbe: Amazing staff and doctors at this location. I like the fact that they have sick call hours each day in case your child is ill and you don't have to wait for an appointment.

Dr. Taner Esensoy, MD: what do users think?
Dee: Last night, my son told us that tryouts for track are Tuesday and he needed a physical form filled out. Well, my son broke his foot in the fall so he was unable to do any sports. Even though Dr. Esensoy did his physical a few months back, I didn't have a sports physical form filled out. So I called Rainbow Peds today and talked to Christi A. and she told me that it takes up to 48 hours for forms to be filled out. Well, needless to say, I panicked because 48 business hours from now would be the day of his tryouts and the form needed to be in BEFORE then. Christi heard my panic and said to do my best to get the form to them today and that she would do HER best to get it done for me by Monday. Well, my daughter took the form to Rainbow and she walked back out with it filled out.I almost cried! My son has been bummed that he couldn't play football because he broke his foot 6 days before tryouts so I had to make this happen for him.Christi made this happen for him!!We have been taking our kids to Rainbow since 2005. It's not just the care, it's the understanding, the compassion, the above and beyond that keeps us coming back. I tell EVERYONE I know that needs a pediatrician to go to Rainbow. We were devastated when our older 3 kids turned 18 and were to old to get the best care in Fayetteville. Thank you Christi for taking care of my son today!!!!!!
