Prana Health, Dr. Rahul Kakkar: what do users think?
Jun Li: The personnel working there are very nice and helpful. They will help you as much as they can. The issue that I have is with their billing department. Since they outsource the billing department, it take forever to get an answer back. Even their front desk have issues getting an answer from the billing department. Even after getting ahold of them, they will not send you a itemized list of charges, they will send the front desk an excel sheet that don't really explaining anything. I know my bill went from almost 200 to 120 but it took three hours and multiple phone call, however I am still not sure that is correct. Also, I never received a bill in the mail stating that I have any balances at all, so i was surprise that when went to return the equipment today. Even my health insurance company have problem getting hold the billing company to confirm some information. Overall very bad billing. Great personnel in the clinic but I hope that you will don't have billing issues.
Jaugenia Whethers: After reading the tactless and unprofessional responses to criticism from the practice, I will not bring my child here. There is a proper way to respond to unfavorable opinions. No one needs to know about former employees and the cause of their termination. Also, when a patient expressed dissatisfaction with services , you don't attack them, instead address the concern and find a resolution.
Yulanda Diggs: My child was referred to this clinic by their primary care physician. We went to the initial appointment where several test were ordered. I somehow missed his follow-up appointment. I kept contacting the clinic where no one answered the phone so I sent an email. I started to receive an answer back stating they no longer take my child’s insurance. So I asked how I could receive their records in which I was informed to basically stop emailing them. This is not a family friendly place. I wish I had known the truth beforehand so they could refer me elsewhere!!!
Ariel Harley: The care provided is okay but the professionalism and customer service is trash to be honest.
Omar Momin: I work hereits pretty good:)
Shawn Harvin: I had a morning appointment. Fell ill the evening before and running a fever. Called that evening and left a message that I needed to cancel my appointment in the morning and the reason why. I received a letter about a week later saying that I was being released from the clinic due to a no call/no show. I called the clinic to speak to them about the letter because their attendance policy clearly states that you will be released as a patient after missing 2 visits with no notice. At this point, I was olso informed that they expected me to pay $50.00 for the missed appointment as well. I ended up having to speak to the office manager to get everything straightened out and get rescheduled, all while being spoken to like I'm a child. There were several times I had to wait inappropriate amounts of time after my scheduled appointment to be seen. Dr. Kakkar was always decent enough to me, very knowledgeable, and attentive, which is the main reason I stayed with the clinic. However, there were many occasions, that Dr. Kakkar could be seen and heard yelling at his staff about things they had done or were doing incorrectly and belittleing them in front of patients. Extremely unprofessional. The final occurrence that brought me to decide to leave the clinic happened today. I missed their reminder call for my appointment for tomorrow. I tried calling back 16 times and only 2 of those times did I get an answer. Both of those times, the person that answered, hung up on me. The 17th time, I finally got through to someone who didn't hang up. I explained to her what had happened and her reason for the lack of phone being answered and me being hung up on was because they are short staffed. At that point I told her to just cancel my appointment and I will just get a referral for a different doctor. She did not attempt to retain me as a patient at all. Her response was that I would be charged $50.00 for canceling the appointment and that the fee will have to be paid before they will send my records to a new provider. I wish them the best of luck but they definitely will not be getting any recommendations from me toward their practice.
Amit Kumar: Dr Kakkar is very rude with their Patient. Services is not good at all
Chris Parkhurst: Professional, very knowledgeable, old school
Herbert C: Dr. Kakkar was able to help me sleep better at night. As someone who drives commercial vehicles daily, this was absolutely huge for me. Thank you!
Vickie A. Williams: My visit to this office was pleasant and professional. The staff is very patient and accommodating. I called to reschedule three times. The third time I called, I asked for my original appointment date. From the front desk staff to the technicians, everyone appeared to love their job. Dr Kakkar is absolutely great. He explained and then allowed time for questions. Thank you Prana Health.
Kayla Konnichibot: These pulmonologists are by far the best docs I've ever been to and life savers, *literally*. I've had asthma since I was a kid, but during 2020, I had bloody covid pneumonia twice and as a result suffered long term lung damage and debilitating asthma. They've been patient and dedicated to helping me as much as possible and now I'm finally able to *breathe* thanks to the right medicine and their treatment.
Wilbert Stitt: I was seen by PA Reindy Hearn who is always very professional and investigative when it comes to diagnosing a health problem. I highly recommend her as a point of contact a d highly thank her for the assistance that she has given me.
isaac simmons: StateOfTheArtEquipmentKnowlegable&FriendlyStaffFaceMaskCovidFriendly
Tyrinna Warren: Dr. Kakkar and Dr. Hearn are great doctors. My son has been going there 2 yrs for his asthma. The doctors are caring and made sure my son has everything he needs. Both doctors gave me their personal phone numbers (1st set of Drs to do that) and said call anytime. They always call bk within 10 mins. I really appreciate all they do.Oan: Ms. Catina seemed a bit rude and inpatient when testing my son today. I didn't care for her choice of words when she talks to a child. As we were finishing up she more friendly.
JMWHALEY TRUCKING: Check in quick and easy. Staff is very professional and friendly. Doctor appointment time were prompt and on time. Dr. Karkar was very pleasant, caring, concerned and thorough in his examination.
Jerry Smith: They have a New front office staff the check in was very pleasant and painless. The folks in back are and always pleasant. Dr Reandy is simply the most friendly Dr I have ever been to what a pleasure . Thank you.
Sara Fonnegra: Mrs. Katrina's attention when she performs the test is very, very bad, she is rude, she has no patience and she yells. I am learning English. I ask her to please speak to me slowly and she responds very rudely! DON'T YOU KNOW how to spell your name? It is aggressive. I do not recommend that you visit that place. I had a terrible experience. the appointment was at 10:30 am and he attended me at 11:00 am. There is always a lot of delay to attend, they are always 45 minutes of waiting !!
Carol Beaudry: Efficient kind knowledable
Gina Stone: My appointment was at 1:30 was there for over an hour. Had to wait for right at 30 to 35 mins before being seen. Then got seen an when to check out where there was the most rude lady. Whole her eyes the whole time try to check my son out and told me I had to wait for a print out of appointments. Wouldn't do business with this place or the other location every again. They need to understand treat me the way we would want to be treated or your family treated. When your rude to kids you practice has no place for my kids at all
Angela Scarborough: Thorough examination process, takes concerns seriously, great staff.
Robert McGee: Excellent service. Dr. Kakkar spent time with me, explaining what was done and what needs to be done. I recommend him highly.

Fayetteville Pulmonology: what do users think?
Sandra Young: Great office!! Cindy Teresa and Lynn are fast friendly and efficient. Dr. Dev takes time to get to know his patients. He is a great Dr. and advocate for your health!!!
Tracy Rowland: The doctor was very rude and unprofessional. He didn’t care about medical history or current symptoms. Don’t waste your time.
Yolanda Hunt: Extremely slow!!!
Damita Kendall: it was slow but doctor was very theral
Samantha: The doctor seems to think it's ok to berate you for not agreeing with his views on a certain vaccine.Gotta love being called a know it all and being belittled before he even exams you.I walked out, called my provider and issued a complaint. I hope anyone else who has experienced the same treatment from this jerk does the same. Also, who in their right mind wears opened toe sandals while seeing patients with respiratory issues? You make me wear a mask and wash my hands but he can have his dirty feet out during appointments?
Cody Bowers: The doctor and his staff were so rude and heartless. My wife said she had never felt more disrespected and belittled by a doctor in her life. He actually rolled his eyes at her and told her he didn’t think she was going to do anything he suggested by saying “I know I’ll be preaching my same sermon” at her next appointment! This was the first time she has ever seen him!! He didn’t want to listen to her and kept saying things like how do you know that and who told you that... we will not be returning!!

Cape Fear Valley Pulmonary Medicine: what do users think?
Nena Monroe: This office is amazing from the moment you walk in all the way to checking out. Thank you all so very much. Great experience…had to go today 3-24 for a breathing test. It was done by Tina George. She was as great as the whole office. Thanks again.
Sheila Smith-Drummond: Yes this office gets 5 stars from us. They were so kind, I was truly impressed with Marielle at front desk..she took time helping my mom to check in, our first time there so paper work was needed, she made sure my mom was checked in correctly..I immediately told my mom that I was writing a good review for this office. not knowing that all this kindness would be shown through out the office, Kelly was also wonderful & kind. Dr. Dave' was phenomenal..very informative..my mom was so pleased with Dr.Dave', he explained clear enough for her to understand.
Summer Bloom: Took my grandma here for her appt. The front desk personnel were extremely polite and helpful! Kudos to the young man at the front desk for being patient and explaining things for grandma to help ease her worries going into her appt. Kudos, Cape Fear!
Dorothy Scrivner: Sonya was very professional and kind and she took the time to tell me all my vitals
Susan Rose: I would like to give them 5 stars. I love Dr. Locklear and Rose Graham. I have a great relationship with Rose. I saw them a few months ago and was told that when I needed a refill on my prescription just to call them. I called them 9 days ago and I still don't have what I need to breath well. I have called 5 times, been to the pharmacy when the gentleman told me to have the pharmacist call them, and went down to the office today. He acts as if this is not important. I have received more than one story about it all. Nothing makes sense. It is very disturbing and frustrating!
Zero One: So this place has really bad reviews and I can only speak on my own experiences so far but it’s been pretty good. Dr. Dave seems very attentive and knowledgeable. My visits thus far went well. Waiting on some test results but every time I’ve had to call the phone and my questions were answered. I would say so far everything had been done in a timely manor. I was very nervous having to come here at first but I’m fairly confident in the care I’m getting.I haven’t given five stars just because it would have to be an exceptional visit and I’m not finished being a patient here yet so will see what happens. It’s not an indication of lack of care.
Denae Byrd: I wish I could give no stars. But I called to try and get my son scheduled for an appointment because he was referred there and the guy who answered was rude. When I asked for more information because I didn't understand some things, he started to get an attitude. When the conversation ended, I said thank you for your help and he hung up on me. This is one of the reasons I do not like Cape Fear Valley Health System! They really need to do better and stop making people feel like they're wrong or annoying for wanting to better their health.
David Campbell: I was sent for a CT by the practitioner. They got the results 3 days ago. Several calls and messages and they still won't tell me anything.
Russell Pirates: First. Doctor was in sandals, screams unprofessional. The nurses and desk were all really nice to us however and made my daughter feel great. The doctor was very dismissive. Would ask questions and you would begin to answer but he would interupt, evey, single, time. We are going back to her pcm because we dont feel comfortable with the drugs he tried to prescribe at this point. He could be 100 percent correct in what she was diagnosed with but he made us so uncomfortable during the visit that i would not take his advise or diagnosis.
janet elliott: Trying to get someone to answer the phone at 10:07 am on a Thursday. Won’t let you stay on line for operator. Not sure if problem with your phone system or as based on other reviews, just not answering the phone. Makes it very difficult to address concerns about an appointment.
larry fields: Office personnel does not care, and are rude! Just when think you find a good Doctor!, He obviously doesn't know what is going on in his office! I personally will not be back! If I could leave a zero rating I would!😡👎
Latoya Clark: I love Dr. locklear she’s awesome and Misty is the best Front Desk person I have ever met
Tim Rahl: My Doctor sent a referral in over 2 weeks ago. I had not heard anything so I called my doctor and they gave me the phone number here. When I spoke to the lady she stated that I wasn't in the system and "There was a stack of referrals that she had not gotten to". Then I got a voice mail about an hour later saying that they have not gotten a referral for me. I got home that evening and there was a letter stating I had an appointment and new patient paper work. Needless to say I will not be going there. If they cant figure out even if you have an appointment I would hate to see what they do with my health
Aprilmariefields Fields: Rude receptionist and not on time with there scheduleding
Syndee Couron: I took my 86 year-old mother here for her COPD. She returned a few days later for a test. I was told they would call within 2 weeks with the results, although that didn't happen. Over the next several months I tried calling but they failed to answer...it made no difference which day of the week or the time of day. After 6 months I received a "reminder" call for an appointment I had no knowledge of and certainly didn't make! I didn't know whether to laugh or be frustrated with the manner in which they run the business. Needless to say, I explained that I would no longer be bringing my mother there.
John Griggs: DONT TRY TO CALL THEM. WILL NOT DO YOU ANY GOOD. THEY WILL NOT ANSWERE THE PHONE. GOOD LUCK

Dr. Gautam Dev: what do users think?
Amy Hawley: Spends time with his patients and has my asthma under control.
Joann Lopez: I Highly recommend him.He spends quality time with his patience
Sheila Blackwell: Best dr. For my lungs thank you doctor
Mrs. Gail Patterson: Changing my rating. Finding another doctor. I have no idea after all these years what my lungs look like. He doesn't explain anything he talks to u like u don't care about your health a waste of my time. I have Emphysema Bronchitis and Asthma. Smh he never mentioned any of those things just inhalers and antibiotics. Chose your doctor's wisely I surely didn't pick him. He was assigned to me. Run for your life.
Stefanie Pujada: I don’t feel the provider was thorough with his assessment. At first impression, he seemed annoyed when asked for a female proctor, or to leave the office door open. He didn’t go over test results with me, drew a conclusion from a 1 year old chest x-ray, and made no real effort to investigate the cause of my issue; just blamed allergies. He didn’t request allergy testing, especially since my issue didn’t start until I started taking new medication. Kept asking the same questions as if he forgot what I answered, and definitely didn’t solicit any additional pertinent information I could have provided, not even gave time for it. I don’t recommend this provider, and will also notify my insurance company.
Jennifer Spackman: Dr. Dev is wonderful! Knowledgeable, effective, kind, funny. Took care of my problem right away.
Ellen Edgell: Each time I want to Dr. Dev, I had a great experience. He took care of my breathing issues and I gave him five stars.
tameca simmons: GAUTAM DEV MOST RUDE & INSENSITIVE doctor I've ever experienced!!! I called him cause my daughter who is under his care experience walking up but not able to move. He told me that IT'S NOT THAT SERIOUS😱. He already explained this to her & he is NOT going to go over & over again. When I asked more questions he said I was telling at him which I wasn't. Then said he had to take another call!! How the ENTIRE HELL can he fix his mouth to say that to a mother asking for understanding & help??? Lord knows I wanted to go to the office & cuss him out face to face BUT I DIDN'T & WON'T... that's what is BEST FOR ME. This rate system need NEGITIVE OPTIONS cause he is WORST THAN A 1 STAR!!!
Helen Brockett: Love Dr. Dev. He has totally got my husband’s asthma and COPD under control! He had a great sense of humor.
Robin Hambleton: Worst doctor EVER! I've been sick for 4 years and have very serious lung issues. I am on oxygen 24/7 and have bi-weekly injections of Xolair along with many other inhalers and pills I take daily to help me breathe. I've had amazing doctors out of state. Dr. Dev, however, told me I don't have lung problems, stop all meds, and he "doesn't know how they practice medicine in UTAH, but here, they don't treat people who aren't sick!" He went on to say it's mental, a stress thing!" HOW DARE HE!?!?! According to Dr. Dev, all my UTAH doctors (who've treated me for 4 years) are wrong and he (Dr. Dev) who saw me 3 min, is an EXPERT of superior skill and knowledge into my care? He also wore open sandal's with no socks to the office (gross!)! Needless to say, I ended up in the ER with a severe asthma attack. I then went to a new doc (AND HE IS AMAZING). Turns out, I have pneumonia with pleurisy! He ordered a CT scan for possible blood clots in my lungs too, but I don't know the results yet! If I followed Dr. Dev's direction, it would have been a huge mistake. If you go to him...do so at your own risk!
