Sky Collier: If I could give this place more than 5 starts I would.Let me start by saying this was such an incredible experience! The customer service is out of this world! They were so nice. Everyone made me comfortable and relaxed. They were super professional and answered all my questions and concerns about everything. Myra did my microblading session and let me tell you she’s one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met. At first, I was so skeptical about going to get this procedure done since I’ve never even thought of having adjustments before. It was definitely worth it! The session was painless and relaxing. The whole atmosphere was great. For all my ladies out there please look them up! They also do multiple other procedures that will improve your confidence! They now have 3 locations in NC! Jackie Barraza: I decided to walk in for a consultation the week of April 9th. I was greeted by Ms. Kim, the consultation was done right in the waiting area and took less than ten minutes. Based on the reviews and a couple pictures of her work I decided to choose the Combo Brow and booked my appointment, it was two days after. I arrived timely for my appt; while I waited for Ms. Kim to arrive one of the ladies from the reception area applied the numbing cream right in the waiting area. Ms. Kim arrived 20 minutes after no big deal things happen, I just wanted to start the process. I was brought into the room and waited a bit more for Ms. Kim to begin the process. It took Ms. Kim multiple tries and longer than expected to draw the shape; she seem a bit agitated. I did appreciated she took her time and told her I was not in a rush.I was going for a natural look combo brows / hair-strokes in the front shading on the rest. At the end of the procedure after I had already paid Ms. Kim brought me back in the room and added more hair-strokes to my left brow. Long story short, my eyebrows are disfigured, the hair-strokes were done Too Deep & Thick. I understand the shape and color changes during the healing process that is why a touch up is needed, but not the hair strokes. After contacting other eyebrow techs for an opinion. I was told the best solution will be (tattoo removal) I contacted Ms. Kitty and sent her pictures of the procedure all she said, she was very sorry and she could reshape/recolor, but didn’t acknowledge how horrible the hair-strokes were done and refused to refund the $ paid. I hope this reviews can help others that go through the same experience. As you can see they don’t post many pictures of healed brows. I regret going to this place and not doing more research. They don’t stand by their work. All Ms. Kitty said“we dont do refund mam you signed a paperworks with us regarding it”. This was more than shape / color issue. If she cared about her clients she acknowledge that Ms. Kim didn’t do the hair strokes correctly and would provide a refund so I can use $ to help pay for the tattoo removal procedure and move on. I’m extremely disappointed.Service:Microblading

ShaY B•: It was very horrible do not waste your money there this is how I was sent home she told me I was done they are uneven no Arch look like thin line absolutely ridiculous I had to go somewhere else and get them reshaped and done when I called her and told her they were not right she told me I can come back in which ended up being a month later because it couldn't be too soon which was understandable but when I left the second time it was worse than before and she then had a nerve to tell me I had to pay $75 too getting fixed because it was considered a touch up but a touch up should be something optional not something that needs to be done the original process was never completed properly it looked at a mess so if basically I didn't ask for it to be fixed she would have left me looking this way but when I asked she considered it a touch up which is ridiculous I did not pay $75 for her tooth fix what should have been done in the beginning but even then I left with them looking a whole lot worse it was just a bad experience it literally took from 4:00 p.m. in the afternoon until 11:00 at night

She applies a numbing cream that will sit for 25 minutes so no pain at all and really no pressure. She is a perfectionist and wants you both to love it. It’s been three months since my second touch up (I actually did go to the first one she confused me with another customer of the sane name) I was happy she was willing to fix how uneven they are but no luck. They look worse now. I also have a scar from when she attempted to remove it with the instrument. I thought the scar would be gone by now but it isn’t. I can not wait for business to open back so I can get them completely removed and hopefully someone can fix this scar on my eye brow. I regret getting them done.
