Although they had to be shaved their first appointment due to the matting, we learned to keep their coats healthy and tangle free. Now they get the teddy bear cut and it is beautiful!! 10/10 recommend. The prices are the best in town and super accommodating when booking appointments. Everyone is so nice and treat my dogs like their own! They were even so kind to hand out Christmas toys for the holidays.

The receptionist always comes out and tries to pet her and be friendly, and even gave her a treat! They groom her exactly how my husband and I ask every time, and she always comes back with a cute bandana. :)

Got my Large husky fully groomed here, normally groomers only take an hour which makes me nervous because there’s no way to groom a husky in an hour. This place took this time and it took 4 hours, which i did not mind at all. He was done at the scheduled time they said. He came back smelling good, freshly white, and the pricing was absolutely great for a dog of his breed. He’s happy and clean now, here’s his before and after. He came back looking like a brand new dog! I will go back. Lady in the front was super nice as well!!

My Rusty before n after photos minus the skin rashes.lesions the meds got rid of it n now I bathe him 2x time a week myself n my daughter takes h to the vet for his cuts nail trimmed.n shots they take better care of the clients pets . so others maybe satisfied with them but fa me no more. Lauren King: Took my Persian kitty here because someone recommended me to. He had some matting under his arms so they called and asked if I wanted him shaved. I told them that is fine I just want him to be healthy. While he smelled wonderful and was super soft, I felt as if when I bathe and blow him out he has better results. He didn’t have any matting anymore but they must have found another way bc they didn’t shave him. I also asked them to clip his nails and they did not, and if they did they are still very sharp. I thought they would clean up his sanitary area and his paws as he had fur growing out of his beans, but that wasn’t done either. Probably wouldn't come back but they were very nice to me and him.

Devon Roche: I was able to get a same-day appointment for my dog's nail grinding. Unfortunately, my dog decided to stress poop into one of the employee's pocket. They handled it so well, but I was still pretty embarrassed. Thanks to them for handling it so well and not panicking.

cisco nick_lovinn69: I have to start with how easy it was to call and set up an appointment. Honey Bee (my 2 year old Beagle) just received her first ever dog spa day. Once we arrived at our appointment there was plenty of people to help the second I walked in the door. They took care of meeting my dog for the first time while I filled out the minimal paperwork at the counter. I was told that it would take 3-4 hours for her grooming. Within 3.5 hours I was given a call my dog was ready. When I arrived to pick my dog up there were 4-6 dogs being groomed, they all were very calm, relax and from the looks of it enjoying their dog spa day. They brought Honey Bee out and she was just as ecstatic as we were to see her. She looked amazing and her fur is the example of polished and pristine. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place! I know Honey Bee enjoyed it very much!You’ve got a repeat customer with me and Honey Bee!

Didn't care for that. I addressed it when I went for ky new appointment the following day and it was still not addressed. They did a fairly good cut on my yorkie. I think $60 is a bit pricey especially when he didn't have a good smell to him. He smelled clean but im used to a lasting aroma and that wasn't the case. I intend to go back because with more communication and some discussion I think we could make it work in the future.

alverta proctor: It was the 1st time that I had tried Bark Avenue Professional Pet Groom facility. They did a wonderful job on my little doggy pumpkin. They charged an extra fee to paint her tail and ears. Whereas the other facility doesn't charge a fee to do the dying/coloring.

Ashaunti Pickett: My dog has been here a few times. He always gets a bath and deshedded. Everything has always been good until his last appointment on April 26th. I noticed a couple days after the appointment that he was shedding extremely bad, just as bad as he was before the appointment. It seemed as if he was never deshedded. I tried giving it the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe it was just some excess hair and that brushing his fur out really good would help. But it didn't. I called to address my concerns with the receptionist. Only for her to tell me "Chris did the best he could and that they can only deshed but so much". I was confused because I didn't book with Chris, I booked with Nadja, and wasn't made aware of the change prior to his appointment. But never the less, I advised her that my dog is 11 years old I've never had this problem with any other groomer when getting him deshedded. So I feel that he wasn't thoroughly/properly deshedded and I wasn't happy. I even offered to send her pics of the fur all around the house, but she didn't respond. I let her know that I may not be returning, she didn't act concerned at all, gave no apology or even try to accommodate me for the unsatisfactory work. Customer retention should always be a priority and the receptionist being the first point of contact need to be trained that way.

D. Magid: Everything was good, until it wasn’t. Sorry for the length, this needs context.Initially I liked everything about it. The woman who was taking care of my puppy, at the first visit here is my 6 month Bouvier, was one of the most pleasant, professional and personally invested groomers I met. Bouvier’s need a LOT of attention paid to their grooming so I was offered a deal. The deal was, I bring my dog in every two to three weeks, I get a cheaper price for the basic maintenance grooming and then when it comes time for a full cut, I pay the same price I paid for the basic maintenance. Great deal, I was happy with her work and attitude so I agreed. This particular groomer suddenly left with no notice. It happens. Another groomer, she seemed like the manager, took over. She and I ensured the same deal was in place, and it was. Bouvier’s have a particular head cut. They have a fall and a beard that grows gloriously. When I picked him up, his fall was cut completely away. The beard was trimmed down more than it should’ve been. I was upset but didn’t show it. I told her the mistake, she seemed to understand, no harm it’ll grow back. My Bouvier is now a year old and the “deal” has been great and it’s time for his first full cut. I mistakenly missed my drop off time, I accept the error and take full responsibility. The groomer, before she even said good morning plainly states “The deal is off”. My response was “What are you talking about”. She repeated herself, added the owner cancelled it then added I have to reschedule. The attitude was far different and void of any pleasantries. I was angry, but didn’t show it. They offered me a deal, I accept and uphold my end of it. When it comes time for the full cut they cancel the deal. I simply told her I need to find someone else. She replied and I left. Very disappointing and is a bad way to do business with a loyal customer who was sure to continue visits. Had she said, this will be the last time we can offer the deal, or even said “I’m sorry but..l” I’m certain we could’ve come to an understanding and things worked out. I understand business needs to make profit so I’m not opposed to paying a fair price. They offered me something, I accepted and when it came time for them to do their part, they coldly cancelled and that was that. Bad business and terrible treatment of a loyal customer despite occasional short comings. Other than that, they did a good job.

They treat him with love and kindness. He comes in looking like a hot mess and leaves spiffy and handsome. Everyone at Woof Gang is friendly and helpful. Jesse (my dog’s groomer) is the nicest groomer you will ever meet. So glad I have somewhere to take my dog without fear of him having an anxiety attack.

Thankfully I was able to stop that action and stated he can’t be pulled like that. In addition he received the worse cute in his 14 years. When I stated it was awful they looked at me and said, I don’t have time to fix, I have another dog.I went here because the location in Tampa, FL was amazing-they had a book full of cuts to look through to get it right. It seems like the company here is all about numbers. Quantity over quality. They do not give their groomers enough time to brush, bathe, and cut their clients hair.Find somewhere else to go.

I was trying out a car hammock for my dogs for the first time on the trip over, and I think my four year old ween was a little overwhelmed with that and being in a place that was still newish to her, even though she got a little defensive & scared upon being picked up- the staff didn’t miss a beat and were so kind and understanding! Blew bacon bubbles for my weenies to test out & sent them on their way with bellies full of complimentary treats!! Highly recommend them!

Miranda Lampe: I had high hopes for this place after taking my Shih-poo for a groom twice. I decided to then entrust them with my 8-year-old Golden Retriever, who has severe arthritis and has recovered from a Cruciate repair surgery. I expressed my concerns about having her kenneled for a lengthy period of time, as she doesn't do well in kennel environments, can be quite nervous, and it isn't good for her arthritis. I signed in as the FIRST customer of the day and left. After three hours, I began to wonder what was taking so long. I decided to show up and the lady at the front informed me she had been bathed, but still had not been trimmed and they would need an additional 30 minutes to complete her trim. Meanwhile, there were multiple other large dogs on tables getting full grooms. If they had done her bath, a force dry as requested, and then completed the trim- as the first client of the day- it should not have taken any longer than 2 hours. I am so disappointed in the way this was handled and the fact that as the first client of the day, she was kenneled way longer than necessary for a simple tidy up on a Golden Retriever. I paid for the bath only and we left. My concerns were not respected, and we will not be back.

Landen Henderson: We have used this groomer twice and this past time will be the last. We dropped her off Thursday morning and picked her up that evening, I didn't have time to fully check her due to taking my Husband to the er. After we got off work on Friday I thoroughly checked her over and realized all 4 paws plus her face had severe clipper burn. They were closed before I could call so I had to wait until Monday morning. She's a standard poodle that's 2 years old and gets groomed regularly (every 4-6 weeks) so shes used to the shaved feet and face. The burns are from shaving too short with a hot razor as this has only happened 1 other time that we had her properly evaluated at a vet for. We did get a full refund after she accused her of just having sensitive skin. This is just unbelievable coming from a business that claims to specialize in poodles.

They took great care of our poodle and after he passed they knew they hadn’t seen him in a while and they called to ask if he was okay. We ended up adopting another dog and take him here as well. Family owned business and some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. We ended up moving 2 hours away now and I still don’t allow anyone else to groom my baby, we make the trip every 2-3 months and they work with us since they know we are traveling a ways away. I wish every dog grooming place was like this.

Hair and nails were in bad shape.When I picked her up I was shocked at how beautiful she looked and smelled so good.Her fur felt so soft,and clean.It was a successful visit and she will be a repeat customer.
