Brie Lingao: At first, Jeff seemed nice and worked with us well although communication was a little spotty. Unfortunately, my wedding was impacted by COVID and we ended up needing to move from October 2020 to February 2021. Again, Jeff seemed willing to work with us and provided flexibility in moving our date but was still spotty in the communication (did not respond to several emails). Everything was fine until 2 nights before the wedding when Jeff called me to confirm some details. Nothing seemed out of the blue until we were about to hang up and Jeff mentions on the side that he did not have a second photographer. It seemed like he was trying to mention this quietly and not place any importance on it even though our contract clearly stated that he was to provide us 12 hours of photography with 2 photographers.After a ton of back-and-forth communication involving my coordinator, Jeff was able to get a second photographer but they were only there for the ceremony (i.e. maybe a total of 1 - 1.5 hours). We did not know until the morning of the wedding that there would be a second photographer at all. Jeff's reasoning for this was that the second photographer was scared of COVID and did not feel safe being at the wedding. I can understand this but in all of my conversations with Jeff in the months leading up to the wedding, he never brought up any concerns or ask about our COVID protocols. While I am thankful that there was a second photographer at the ceremony, I feel like we still missed out on so many pictures due to Jeff's breach of contract. I hardly have any pictures with my husband (literally 3 poses outside of the church pictures) and no pictures with each bridesmaid, my family, or my friends. I don’t even have a single picture with just my mom. These are all memories I can never recapture.After the wedding, I consulted with my lawyer on this troubling situation and she confirmed that it was a breach of contract. My husband and I approached Jeff about this and asked for a partial refund. After a delayed response, he flat out refused and said it was not a breach of contract because the second photographer was there for an hour. He even blamed the entire situation on us and tried to make my husband and I feel bad for having a wedding at all during the pandemic. I cannot express how much this situation has hurt my us. Not only did we miss out on capturing so many memories but now when I think about my wedding day, I now have anxiety and sadness for this entire situation. My intention of this post is to share my experiences with other brides and grooms looking to hire Jeff in the hopes that they can avoid the same heartache my husband and I are experiencing.

Lily Reavis: Photos not worth the money. We still have not received our photo book which we already paid for. Jeff will not respond to my texts, Facebook messages, emails, etc. would not recommend.

Rachel Christensen: Jeff was absolutely outstanding! He was willing to meet my fiance and I multiple times over Skype prior to the wedding day, he was very open to all of my ideas and helped us stick to our schedule perfectly. He was an absolute joy to have join us at the reception - the close up's we've seen so far are UNREAL. I had no idea where Jeff was and didn't feel like he was in our space, but all of the shots are so perfectly timed and wonderfully angled and close up.I have no doubt that the rest of the pictures will be absolutely stunning, I recommend Jeff for any event! He did such a wonderful job with a day you only get to experience once and his pictures help capture the joy and happiness that we will be able to look at for years to come!Thank you, thank you, thank you!

We had a quick preview the day after our wedding with a couple of cool shots, all while getting our photos in about half the time he originally told us. If there was anything we wanted to capture, Jeff didn't mind snapping whatever shot we wanted.

Cassie Gunsolus: Jeff made our wedding picture's so relaxing and enjoyable. He captured our night in such a beautiful way and made sure to have all the special moments. If there was a picture that I wanted in particular or thought of other pictures I wanted with my husband he was happy to accommodate. The one thing you want in your wedding is photographer that is stress free and allows you to enjoy your night while they capture it, and Jeff was exactly that. He told us we would receive our pictures in eight weeks but he got them to us in four, which was amazing since I was dying to see them after a few sneak previews on Facebook. I would highly recommend using him for your wedding photos!

Finding a photographer was my top priority since I wanted the day forever captured in beautiful photos. Jeff and his team was absolutely perfect, I got the traditional shots that are 'needed' but I got the most perfect candid shots, which is really what I was wanting. Jeff was so easy to work with and was my top vendor, he had great ideas and helped me really pin down what I wanted. His shots are wonderful and I can re-live the day over and over again through our album. We will definitely be using him again for our future photoshoots!!

Fae G: Let me start by saying I was really looking forward to this trip. I was gifted a booking for my birthday.First issue came up as soon as he went to schedule, because the website does not provide any details about what is provided with each ticket. Without that information instead of spending $50 for two people, he ended up paying $75. When we asked the young man at the desk what the difference between the $25 tickets and the $50 tickets? He said the $50 ticketswere for people who want to bring a professional photographer with them and indicated there's no difference in what would be provided. We proceeded to ask about the changing rooms that are listed, there was no dressing rooms as a matter of fact they had one unisex restroom available. So now we're $75 in and no dressing rooms. I continued to make the best of my time. As I start into the stations I notice how unclean they were. I used the stations I felt somewhat comfortable in but moved quickly and to add to all that there was no air. I literally almost passed out.This selfie museum leaves a whole lot to be desired.I was extremely disappointed and underwhelmed.

Sherisse Washington: Selfie World has great photo booth rooms. We were 25 minutes late and we were still able to take photos until the hour was up. There was great customer service in the beginning of the visit. When it was time to leave, the service immediately turned to rude and disrespectful. We heard the employees whispering about how we needed to leave immediately under their breaths around 1:50. Their facial expressions were rude as well. It was approximately 2:02, and my sister wanted to take one more photo, and we were told “You’re going to need to leave”. Yes, we were over our time, but the new guests weren’t taking any photos yet. I believe one last photo could have been accepted. We are aware of COVID-19, so I’m not sure if they needed to sanitize the areas, but the way we were told to leave/kicked out was unruly and rude. There was an employee that held the door open, but he was very respectful about it. Customer service is key to a successful business. We will not visit again and support any black businesses that treat customers in this manner.

Suequita Dodson: My daughter had an appointment at 8am and no one was here. There is no phone number listed for the Fayetteville, NC location so I had to call the 1-800 number. The young lady was very nice and did everything she should. I finally just asked for a Supervisor (Torrey) she tried to contact someone at the Fayetteville location and she wasn't able to get anyone on the phone. I never got my daughter's senior pictures taken this was the worst experience ever! The only good thing about the situation was the Supervisor Torrey who was very understanding.

Ela Avelar: This is the 2nd year in a row using this company for senior pictures.1st year I was not overly happy with their packages or prices. The pictures were your typical year book pictures so I don't think the price matches the quality. Still we bought from them.2nd year, same prices and quality. My problem is, on their web page they advertise as having " professional, award-winning photographers", well I'm not sure if they were short staffed of those photographers this particular day because, the photographer who took my child's senior pictures, could have been a little more attentive to detail and would have taken but 5 seconds to inform my son to fix a few strangling hairs. Instead, they just snapped the picture, sent me the proofs and they can't re-take them. Now I'm stuck with having to pay for editing that may or may not work.This is the reason we choose to go elsewhere to have senior portraits done that will be used for invitations, announcements, and such.We get better quality pictures, service and for a much better price.For the prices Prestige has, I expect a lot more from them. This was just not the case for us in 2 years.

Gail Walk: Showed up for a scheduled appointment in studio on time. Door locked, rang bell, no answer, rang bell again every few min for 20 min. My appointment missed. Have called several times to reschedule. Still waiting for a phone call back after several messages left.

Hoyle Brown: This place is way too shady to be in business. Way too rushed for pictures. They want you in and out and then don’t answer any questions about the photos or pricing. Pictures were OK at best with poses not entirely in frame. Pay for a $80 sitting fee and a month later find out you get to pick two(2) poses for $250 bucks! Oh you want a cd with all the poses? That’s about $400. The price goes up from there. Do yourself a favor and hire an actual photographer who cares about doing a great job. Steer clear from prestige.Here are some package prices so you know what you’re getting.
