BreakThrough Physical Therapy: what do users think?
Ashlynn Pack: Went for back pain and pelvic floor and was treated as if I was too young to have this pain, they incorrectly charged my insurance which caused me to have a copay when my two insurances should have covered it because they did for the months prior. I paid all "copays" on my last visit. They are now trying to charge me once again acting as though they never charged me on the last day I saw them because they don't know what they're doing.
Rev. Dr. Bernard Hayes: Enjoyed the attention given to my issue and was assured progress could be made. Received a schedule of exercises to complete on a daily basis and will review whether these will give the help needed to eliminate my injury. My thanks for this level of attention to my injury.
Will Atkinson: Most professional staff and doctors.
Tracy Clark: Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly! Highly recommend.
Keshia Allen: Wonderful, thorough...absolutely exceptional. From the Receptionist welcome of Kinsha, Katie and Diane everything was wonderful. Pleasant atmosphere and energetic atmosphere.
Donna Regan: Devyn was so helpful. I didn't realize a few simple exercises could fix my urinary problem. I can't thank enough.
Alvin Sr.: From the 1st moment I walked in I was greeted by the cheerful reception. And then I met my physical trainer Mrs. Caitlyn carpenter. At first I thought her methods were soft but quickly realized she knew what she was doing doing my progress started to change grow rapidly apparently for methods were great. This facility and each trainer has helped me Feel at home With their professional and Down-to-earth touch. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to get better and back to your former better self.
Susan SEAMON: Been a patient at break through physical therapy for years at village dr, excellent services, professional staff and very friendly!!! Great music!!! I feel like a part of their family!!!
kecha Johnson: Since I been coming to Breakthrough on 2/2/22 due to and accident on 12/22. Everyone is very nice. The two ladies in front Kenisha, and Olga I just loved them. Also the therapist Katelyn and the Tech Katie, all of them are outstanding.
Donna Knight: Ramsey Street Break Through Physical Therapy is the best ever. The people are so helpful. I love it there.
Shirley Robins: Clean and neat facility
Vanessa Hodgkins: The staff is amazing and thoughtful!
Kevin Vidunas: I highly recommend BreakThrough for physical therapy. Katie Bogue did a terrific job. Everyone was wonderful!
Mary Shannon: Rebekah and the rest of the staff are amazing! I came in with a soldier injury and migraines and have made leaps and bounds! I highly recommend this place.
James Schruben: Adam and all the rest of the staff are fantastic. They are all very professional and caring. This is the second time I've needed PT and this time I called my insurance to ensure I was sent/referred to this particular facility. Highly recommended if you need physical therapy.
Amy Teague: My experience at BreakThrough was just awesome! The front desk staff were super sweet from my first call to make an appointment, to my last PT appointment. The two main therapists that worked with me, Blake and Adam, were fantastic! There were also assistants that jumped in on occasion that were equally as awesome. Very encouraging, positive, educational, and actually quite fun to work with. I always left feeling like I was making progress in my injury recovery process. I feel like the kind of environment at BreakThrough lends to a quicker healing process! Kudos (and thank you!) to the BreakThrough team!!

BreakThrough Physical Therapy: what do users think?
Joan Starling: Great place for PT. Worked wonders for my husband
Steve Downs: What a great place to help me get better! Caring staff that truly know their craft. Conveniently located on Ramsey St across from Lowe’s. I highly recommend it to anyone!!!
Chief CW3: Thorough and caring.
Adel Bell-Hodge: I am very thankful for the Concussion specialist, Aaryn. She was very detailed and attentive to all my needs. She explained everything so that I could understand it and she worked with me on my worst days to get me to my best days following a severe rear end collision. The other staff members were also courteous, professional, and always greeted me by name and made me feel as if I mattered. They exceeded my expectations.
Ashley Parra: This is the place to be! EVERYONE at this clinic is incredibly kind, funny and just all around awesome. While working here, I have seen how the therapists treat their patients with such attentiveness and how the front desk team welcomes everyone and builds genuine connections with them. They treat everyone like FAMILY. They care so much. The experience I’ve had here only makes me more eager to go back to school and strive to become an excellent physical therapist just like all of the doctors in this clinic. I miss working here already.
David Culbreth: BreakThrough has helped me immensely in recovering from rotator cuff surgery. They are definitely the PT clinic you need to attend if you want to get your body back to normal. I highly recommend!!
André McCallum: I find the clinic's staff to be both efficient and kind. After helping me reduce, then eliminate chronic back and shoulder pain that I've had for decades (as in, for more than 20 years), my assigned therapist, Dr. Gamble, has converted me into a true believer in the benefits of quality physical therapy.
CHRISTINA ROBLES: I have been working here for about 1year and hands down the best place to work and the best therapists around.
Mary Stamps: My experiences at Break Through is DEFINITELY A BLESSING. The Staff is Very Professional, Caring, and shows the UTMOST CONCERN for my Health. You don't give a Compliment to ONE person, but to EVERYONE that works with you. Oh, and please, PLEASE don't forget the Front Desk Staff. That is where the BLESSINGS START. You are made to feel Comfortable before you even get started.I THANK GOD for the People and this Help Center called BREAK THROUGH PHYSICAL THERAPY..Thank YouMary Stamps
Kiana Robles: The Therapists and staff are so friendly. They make you feel like you are family. I recommend this place to everyone.
aKillerScout: Very helpful in my recovery in being able to walk again and very noticeable improvements each day. Each Dr. and everyone who helps are filled with such personality and encouragement to not only make you feel safe but push you to do the best you can. I’m thankful for knowing that when I come here it’s a different aura in the area that makes me happy!
Patsy Powell: Breakthrough Therapy has helped me regain use and function of my foot due to an accident. They are personable as well as professional. The entire staff is cordial and helpful in any capacity necessary. Thank you for your hard work and consistency during this difficult time.
Silvia Smith: The only neuro-PT in the greater Fayetteville area and one of the few pelvic floor therapists. Both wonderful and very well trained.
Steven Bodiford: My company made me an appointment to have a physical test done with break through Then they call me an reschedule my appointment so I showed up 40 mins early as they told me to show up 30 mins early so I get into the office an fill out some paperwork an set there thinking I was gonna be seen soon because my appointment was for 4:00 but to my surprise patient after patient showed up an got took straight back while I thought I had an appointment at 4
LORDdeath Gaming: I went here back in march for a pulled hamstring. I learned more about the human body and how it heals. I will go back. And right now I would recommend anyone to this place. No problems with the staff at all. I have a follow up Vist soon.As of right now I'm only giving 3 stars because 1 Vist is not enough to make a non biased opinion.Update.My follow up visits went better than the first. 5 star. Will go back. And plan too soon..
Vallery Shoe: Had initial visit-it was great. Scheduled four appointments-according to my schedule, by looking and entering each appt into my calendar. Yes, they gave me paperwork, I did not review it...she said, I said-I missed an appt she scheduled for me on Monday-I was planning to go on Tuesday and Wednesday-as I scheduled. No exceptions, no questions, $50 no show fee. I paid it, and cancelled all my appointments. The fellow I spoke to was very kind-but didn’t have a care in the world that I was upset about this. I even asked him if it possible they made a mistake? He said, “we have you paperwork.” The end-obviously he is NOT the business owner!!Since my original post and an email sent to the home office-The Owner of Breakthrough Physical Therapy contacted me and resolved the issue. We agreed that there are policies and they must be followed-but there are exceptions- unless you are a repeat offender. Which I was not. He was receptive to the conversation and asked to refund my $50 and he will have the Office Manager call me. I was very satisfied with our conversation and was grateful that he called me.
Taylor Harris: I was clear in mentioning I may be running behind dependent upon my job schedule when I was called for my reminder, I was assured this was fine as I was just coming for my initial consultation appointment. I was 10 minutes late and denied my appointment, told I could reschedule, and offered an appointment 2.5 weeks out. I’m in significant pain and instead of honoring their permission to run behind, they denied me care, requiring me to go another 2.5 weeks in pain. I do not recommend, I looked past their already poor review history of 3.5, but I highly reccomend you do not look past the bad review because you could end up disappointed like I did. The receptionist was rude and unprofessional. Perhaps they had said I HAD to be here on the minute I would’ve made arrangements with my boss but being they said it wasn’t a big deal I made the mistake of trusting that.
Trevor Hendricks: I had shoulder surgery in December and have been working with John Autry for the past three months. The entire staff at BreakThrough did an outstanding job and really worked with me through the rehabilitation process. I would highly recommend this PT clinic to anyone!
Dan Shepherd: I worked with John after getting surgery on my shoulder. I couldn't be happier with the progress that I made in such a short time as well as how friendly all of the staff was. I would recommend everyone to go break through with BreakThrough Physical Therapy. Its lit ;)
jane smitj: Rude!!!!!!!!!!!! Front Desk staff someone named Knisha answered. I was trying to find a place for physical therapy. After the way she handled the phone I decided to go somewhere else right then and there. She either needs to be retrained how to be a receptionist or fired before she scares away all the business.

BenchMark Physical Therapy: what do users think?
Dileimy Waring: An incredible team of professionals!! From the front desk to amazing therapist, everyone is very knowledgeable in their areas. Although physical therapy can be painful, this team makes easy to grit through the recovery with a humorous personal touch.I have been to many physical therapist after serving in the military and Zack & his team are the absolute best. They consider the entire impact of the movement and the best method to implement. You can expect a welcoming staff, clean environment and education on how to improve your mobility.
Nat C: I had the pleasure of going to Benchmark for about eight months, several times a week. I was in an accident and started out my physical therapy in a wheelchair. The entire staff spent a lot of time working with me, helping strengthen me and helping me be able to stand and walk again. Everyone there is courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, thorough, kind and I had a great experience all around. My therapy was excellent and I made a lot of progress. They offer a wide variety of treatments, I personally had physical therapy, dry needling, cupping, manual therapy and other treatments and they all worked well. The physical therapists helped me feel seen and heard as a patient, which doesn’t always happen these days. Hands down, the best PT and best staff in Fayetteville. Thank you to everyone there, esp boss man Zach and the wonderful Courtney for working with me for sooooo long!
Courtney Horton: The whole team is awesome and I really enjoyed my time with them. Very professional and committed to getting you back to your lifestyle with no pain. The best experience I have had with physical therapy.

(And I've been to others). The customer service, flexible scheduling and friendliness provided by Tyneasha, is unmatched. You are made to feel warm and welcomed and comfortable, on your road to recovery. Zach and Courtney combined are a powerhouse wealth of knowledge and know how. There smart and safety oriented, and will employ the best techniques stretches, and exercises to efficiently optimize your healing and strengthening experience. If you've been in an accident, or if your trying to strengthen your mobility, Benchmark is the place to go. Courtesy, respect, professional, friendly, excellent customer service, patient, nice music in the background, works well with minors, by the time your therapy is done, you'll be happy your in better physical shape, but sad to go, and not see Tyneasha, Zach, and Courtney anymore. Excellent experience, Thanks again Benchmark.

Cassandra Scales: The place was very inviting and friendly. I enjoyed my sessions with laughter and joy. The staff was very friendly. I got to know them as family. Sorry it had to come to an end. I will recommend anyone that needs therapy to come to BENCHMARK..
Darrell Graham: I give the staff at BenchMark a A Jon and was my therapy’s I had Neck Surgery and now I feel a lot better then I ever felt before my surgery and thanks to Courtney also and Kristin thanks Guys
Helen Jones: I give Bench Mark, PT’s and staff 2 thumbs up👍🏽👍🏽… I would give it more thumbs but I only have 2.I fractured my elbow in April 2022 and was referred to Bench Mark. My PT was Josh, he was very thorough. He always was very patient, and explained what and why he was doing what he did. It wasn’t always easy but the end results is worth it.
Sue Rose: I went to Benchmark physical therapy in September 2020 because of a car accident. My service was great. However when it came down to billing claims to my secondary insurance my experience was a nightmare. The billing office to bill claims is located in Tennessee and I have been waiting since 2020 for these people to submit my primary EOBs to my secondary insurance which is Cigna. I called many many time to the billing office and I keep getting the run around. One billing specialist told me that vendors who actually file the claims to the insurance doesn’t know where to send the EOBS to. I contacted my secondary insurance and they gave me the fax number to submit primary EOBs. I then call benchmark PT billing office back and gave them the information and was told they would send the EOBs.They still have not filed my primary EOBs to my secondary insurance yet. I’m so frustrated and disgusted with their billing office. This is ridiculous., if you don’t know how to file insurance the correct way in a timely manner why are you work for a billing office. I will NEVER EVER go back to benchmark for services because of there terrible insurance billing system they have. Im still waiting till this day and it’s going on 2021 . Someone needs to read this and do something.
Karen Huntley: Great place for any required physical therapy! 👍
Deepa Julien: When I say you would not be disappointed, it’s the truth!! Everyone there is super nurturing and they listen!! They don’t push you beyond your means and they will make you feel welcomed! I got into an accident back in October and my hip and back had been messed up. I couldn’t bend down far enough to put my socks and shoes on. I also couldn’t put my leg over my knee but after 6 weeks of coming here, I’m proud to say I don’t struggle with that anymore. You feel more like family here and I love it!
Dennis Lee: They have an amazing team and they’ll try their best to work with you. I went on a 4 week plan and I’m feeling better than I have in months. I’d recommend this place to anyone young or old regardless of severity. The customer service is also top tier. They really are the benchmark for physical therapy.
Willeta Sawyer: I came with severe neck and back pain. During the rehabilitation I was given exercises to relieve the pain. The therapist was attentive, patient and encouraging. The exercises helped to alleviate some of pain. I was given exercise to use at home as well. I am very pleased with the services given. I would recommend their services.
Alexander Rubino: Tyler and Dylan helped me recover from tough talus and patella fractures from a bad ski accident. Bone needed to be removed from my ankle joint. I am pleasantly surprised that the exercises they worked on with me have me walking and even running and jumping. Hoping to get back skiing this winter.
steven Gonzales: I would like to express my thankfulness and the professionalism of the personnel at Benchmark Physical Therapy on Reaford rd , They are very adamant and caring staff that will help you 110% with your recovery. Thanks again to Tyler, Alex, Katie And their secretary Miss Angie thanks again, very much for helping me out.

Pivot PT - Fayetteville (Raeford): what do users think?
Jennifer Diggs: The staff is great, professional, and they always have a smile when they see you. They always have something new for you to try. They are not afraid to do hands on stretches. The times fit my schedule as early as 0700.
Karen Kelley: My over all experience has been awesome. My Doctor is the best.
Brian Newman: Very professional. They know how to get you feeling better.
Michelle Wells: Very professional!! Great experience!!
Jamjam M: Friendly and professional staff. Marc is very knowledgeable and does a great job helping me with my issues. I would highly recommend them.
Al Russell: My tech Mark is very attentive even as he cares for two patients at once. I never felt alone.
Tiffany Moore: Everyone here is wonderful, from the professionals at the front desk to the therapists who have led me to drastic improvements since my surgery! The facility is clean and the equipment is great. It is also in a convenient location.
Theresa Igbokwe-Johnson: Staff was friendly. I had phys. therapy due to knee replacement. They were considerate of my pain level and always asked if I was okay before continuing through the sessions.
Max Speers: Great place. The staff is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
Amber: I genuinely enjoy going to my physical therapy appointments. Tonya at the front desk remembered who I was at just my second appointment. My physical therapist, Marc, is extremely patient with me. I’m already making progress after 6 visits. I’ve been to three other physical therapy locations in the Fayetteville area and this location is my favorite.
mark perryman: The environment is clean and safe. Staff is polite, respectful, and provides an excellent service which met my needs. I enjoyed my experience with pivot physical Therapy. Highly recommend!
New Leaf: Enjoy going here, calm environment, Marc is awesome, every Thursday he's helping me get better, he always remember conversations we have and creates good rapport. I genuinely feel better and I am continuing to use the techniques he's given me at home and I am grateful. The ladies at the check-in desk are also sweet.
Victoria Lemrabott: Friendly and professional staff. Facility is clean and conveniently located. Highly recommend.
Antonio Smith: I have to say how impressed I am with Pivot Physical Therapy. After serving in the military for more than 25 years, I've had my fair share of experiences with both civilian and military physical therapy. However, this location is the best of them all. Everything went smoothly from the beginning, when I made my appointment with Mrs. Tonya, to the very first time I met Mark. The place is always spotless, and Mrs. Tonya and Ms. Wendy go out of their way to make you feel welcome and are always bubbling over with happiness. They are the kind of patient care coordinators you would want to greet any visitor who walked through the facility's front door. Mark, who served as my physical therapist, was outstanding. I had some initial reservations since he was so much younger than me.On the other hand, this young man possesses a wealth of information. He is very patient and very understanding, and he helps you feel at ease with the situation. In the past, there were occasions on which I lamented my decision to participate in physical therapy. Certainly not with Mark! I was excited to go to physical therapy because the therapist's primary focus was on restoring me to the state I had been in before my injury. He was successful in doing so. In addition to that, he creates an atmosphere that is very relaxing and inviting, and he demonstrates that he is concerned. Therefore, not only do I suggest Pivot Physical Therapy to anyone and everyone, but Mark is the therapist that you should go with.
Jessica Box: Pivot Physical Therapy has been nothing but a wonderful experience! Mark is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and kind. He was able to answer any questions and explain things in a way that was easy to understand. I’ve gone through a few rounds of physical therapy and Marc has been the only one who was able to figure out what was going on and put me on the correct path for healing. Wendy and Tanya are always welcoming and the overall atmosphere is very friendly, clean and comfortable. I absolutely recommend coming in and allowing them to help you the same way I feel they have helped me.
Dora Stewart: I have the most wonderful therapist that I have ever had. Natalya gave me full attention and the best exercises for my pain. I have been receiving therapy for four months and I have recovered. They are outstanding thanks.
Cathey Martin: The staff is friendly and my therapist was great. At my first appointment I was in a walking boot, limping, and my range of motion wasn’t very good. At my last appointment, I was out of the boot, not limping and my range of motion had improved. When I had my follow-up appointment with my doctor she was very pleased of the improvement after physical therapy. I highly recommend them.
James Nance: Awesome friendly courteous staff! Therapists did a great job helping me with my issues!
Arizz: everyone is nice polite and professional, making progress on my ankle injury I highly recommend this place!
monico doctor: Thanks to Mr. Daniel I am graduation ready!!!
Nichole Fortner: Everyone is welcoming and nice. The Therapist really know what they are doing! I feel heard and accepted especially with being overweight! I am very happy with the service I am getting! Definitely recommend to all my friends!

Kebe Cares Physical Therapy: what do users think?
Lydia: Unimpressed. Office Manager, who is also a massage therapist, fails to uphold standards of professional conduct, going so far as an illicit relationship with a married client. I have proof that will be presented IN COURT AND TO THE STATE BOARDS.
Laura Kandewen: My daughter was seen by Dr. Kebe, and she enjoyed all of the appointments she had. He is amazing with children.
Rhonda Martin: Dr. Ola and this team are absolutely awesome!! I honestly don't think you could get better care anywhere else! If you are having a rough day, you will leave with a smile because of the great attitude of not only the staff, but other patients.
Kourtney Johnson: I went to another PT office due to a car accident I was in. The place discharged me and said I didn’t heal fast enough for them. So I looked up Kebe Cares and decided to see what this office was about. I am so thankful for Kebe Cares. If it was not for Dr.Ola I would not have known about my shoulder and other ailments I had. I have been going to Kebe Cares for a while and I can honestly say Dr.Ola and his team are amazing and they welcome you with open arms. I’ve never had a bad physical therapy appointment. Dr.Ola listens to each and every one of his patents with the upmost respect, and he makes sure that your concerns are met. I highly recommend going to Kebe Cares.
Jackie Torres: My son was 1st sent to see doctor Ola years ago and he is great. My son was able to talk to him and do the exercises that were required. Next my daughter was seen and she liked how the doctor treated her. I have seen him and I have no complaints. Now I am letting my friends and family know where to go. The staff are wonderful and helpful, friendly and nice. If you want a place that the people care about you and can help you get better then this is the place to go.
David Green: The office staff, including Dr. O, is outstanding. Doesn't matter when or what time of day that I walk in the facility, I can feel the warmth and care from them. These individuals took really good care of me and still is. I would recommend them to anyone.
deloris maultsby: In June 2010 my right leg was amputated above the knee. I was afraid, and I didn’t think I would ever walk again. My doctor prescribed Physical Therapy for me. That’s when I met Dr. Ola Kolawale. I really didn’t try hard to exercise, until he explained how my body would be if I didn’t. He was patient and encouraging and let me know that I had to build up my strength if I wanted to learn to walk. It wasn’t long before I got my prosethetic leg. I was afraid to even try. Dr. Ola helped me to my feet and helped me stp by step, it took me quite a while to learn, but he taught me to walk again. He was very patient, and that taught me to be patient with myself. I can’t thank him enough! God Bless Dr. Ola! In 2012, I lost my left leg above the knee. I didn’t know a person could walk on two prosthetic legs, again I got an appointment with Dr. Ola. If anyone could teach me to use both legs, I knew he could. The fear was overwhelming this time, and again his patience and encouragement gave me the courage to get up and try. The fear turned into determination and fun. I CAN WALK! Dr. Ola has been a God send to me and I thank God for him. If anyone reading this is in need of an excellent Therapist, Call Dr. Ola!
Ismani Geribaldi: I went in for an initial consultation and for two follow up visits before I discontinued physical therapy here. Everything about this place was substandard from the initial evaluation to the absurd follow on visits that consisted of nothing more then a serious of random, self-paced, low-level exercises that were more suited for the elderly then any type of actual rehabilitation. They tried to pressure me to attend 3-4 times a week as they seemed to need patients they could bill frequently as during all my visits the place was virtually empty. After the 2nd follow on visit, I called my insurance company and was sent over to Pivot Physical Therapy where I had a world class experience from the initial evaluation to each and every single session that was personally tailored and adjusted to my exact needs to challenge and fix me. Don’t settle for second or third rate organizations like this place. If a place gives you a bad vibe, and you know you are not getting good treatment, call your insurance company and get them to send you to a more professional provider.
Avi Ator: The Dr physical therapist is down to earth and friendly so he will joke with you and it puts you at ease. The front desk staff was not friendly and it seemed like there was unnecessary tension in the waiting room. The Dr and his assistant were helpful, friendly, and it took no time at all to get my neck better again.

Fayetteville Pelvic Health and Wellness: what do users think?
Aimee Rippeon: I absolutely loved my visit with Lacy. She was extremely thorough in her assessment, took time to discuss my specific concerns, and was an overall wonderful human! I was mostly concerned about returning to my normal exercise routine after childbirth. Lacy was able to put my mind at ease about whether my pelvic floor was ready to go running… and I’ve since been running without any problems! I will definitely be back for any issues/concerns that I have with my pelvic floor.
an kenion: Had to find a Pelvic floor PT and she was willing to work with me and for me. I have Ehlers Danlos hypermobile syndrome (HEDS) and she was able to assist me in teaching my body to relax and recover. I also had to have a hysterectomy and she was able to to pre/post op care for a smooth recovery.
Allison Kleiner: Update: 2 years later and I needed help again for an even more personal issue. Lacy is beyond professional and caring. I felt completely comfortable throughout the entire evaluation. She is incredibly knowledgeable on the matter, making connections I never even considered that may be contributing to my complaints. I highly recommend her for any pelvic health/physical therapy needs!Lacy is an incredible therapist! She listens to your issues, can truly relate to what you are going through, and really cares for the well-being of all her patients. She diagnosed my issue on the first visit and gave me an exercise program to help my problems. It wasn't awkward at all, she explained everything very well,a made sure I was comfortable before doing any testing/exercise. I HIGHLY recommend her. Well worth the money!!
Leanne Coutouzis: To those pregnant mamas who can relate to lower back pain that can come either with being pregnant or during postpartum know what I am talking about. I have dealt with lower back and sciatic nerve pain for six pregnancies but when it came to my seventh, I just couldn’t deal with the pain anymore. The nerves in my lower back were so inflamed that sometimes all I could do was just cry. I requested from my OB a prescription for PT treatment. None of the PT’s I tried to see would treat me because I was pregnant. One of the PTs, made a referral to Lacy because they said she would treat me while being pregnant. Wow did she ever! She calmed the nerve inflammation with dry needling which gave me pain relief. Then she gave me some exercises to help stretch the muscles to keep the nerves calm during the remaining time of the pregnancy. About a year later, during my postpartum healing time, my back flared up again. Lacy was able to treat my nerve inflammation with dry needling and gave me a set of exercises to work my inner core. It makes sense that my inner core was so weak after having seven babies but I didn’t realize how weak, and the toll that took on my back. Lacy has been the only PT to get to the source of my pain and steps to take to prevent future pain. Lacy is incredibly kind and patient and very hardworking. I am so grateful that I have met her and that my back is on the road to getting stronger.
Michael Coutouzis: I’m not normally one to write reviews, but Lacy Kells is definitely worth mentioning. I’ve struggled with lower back pain for years, and have spent a lot of money and time with various doctors. None ever determined the source of the pain, and the usual response was, “It’s always going to be this way,” before being given another prescription for painkillers or muscle relaxers. I even went to a few PT’s for help but they approached things very monolithically and where never able to solve the pain issue. My wife eventually recommended a PT she had experience with… thank God she did. Lacy was the first person that actually LISTENED to all that I was saying. She didn’t dismiss symptoms and observations or try to shoehorn me into a diagnosis like others in the past. She approached the situation holistically, examining nerves, muscles AND skeletal structure as all potential contributors. She eventually diagnosed the issue as a weak inner core (something which was not even mentioned by the others) with some muscle tightness and nerve inflammation. After some dry needling (to tone down the muscle and nerves) and exercises to strengthen my inner core, I saw relief almost immediately. I slept 8 hours the next day, and 9 the next… a far cry from the usual 5-6 I normally get before being permanently awakened by back pain. I’ve also begun to get movement back in my hips and lower back again. She has since given me a series of exercises to work on at home and the gym in order to continue strengthening things. Lacy is very knowledgeable and was able to make sense of the many observations that surrounded my pain. She’s an excellent PT and I highly recommend her!
Nathan Bartlett: Dr. Kells's expertise reaches far beyond the pelvic floor. I am a registered nurse who wears a 15-lb lead gown for twelve hours at a time. This, in addition to moving and positioning high BMI and immobile patients and jogging causes me occasional muscular back injuries. Dr. Kells's experience with acupuncture, massage therapy, and athletic tape has worked miracles for me during two acute episodes. Additionally, she is tech savvy and employs web-based applications to guide me through a daily strength training regimen the reduce the likelihood of future injury. She is a well-rounded, knowledgable and dedicated doctor of physical therapy who can treat any ailment of the musculoskeletal system.
David Samuelson: Lacy is exceedingly knowledgeable, helpful and passionate about her craft. Highly recommend!
Judith Borger DO: Lacy is simply amazing at what she does. She is kind and listens and truly addresses your issues. She makes personalized treatment plans for your optimum health and recovery. She demonstrates and prescribes exercises for me to do at home. She uses manual therapies - all in one visit! My post partum recovery has been so much better with this pregnancy than any of my other pregnancies because of her. Pelvic floor health makes a huge difference! I highly recommend Lacy Kells and would go to her over anyone else!
Savannah Rossetti: Lacy is wonderful. I have seen her a few times over the past several weeks. It’s a different kind of patient experience when seeing Lacy. She takes her time, listens fully, and explains everything she is doing.I have really enjoyed learning more about my own Pelvic floor and also getting to experience dry needling a few times. Over the past several weeks, I have seen improvement in my hips, lower back, and pelvic floor. I can not recommend her enough!
Lauren Brett: Lacy is such an amazing pelvic health therapist. I was lucky to attend her Birth Body Bootcamp in October and learned so much that I hadn't known or wouldn't have fully understood unless I'd gotten that in person experience. Thank you Lacy for the time that you put into providing women such an invaluable experience.
David Wilkes: I have been having swelling and pain in my foot for years. I went to a podiatrist who told me I had arthritis (wrong). I then saw an orthopedic surgeon who did an MRI and they found no arthritis, stress fracture, or anything really. I went to see Dr Kells. She determined that my foot was hurting due to a hernia surgery I had years ago. Basically it was causing issues with lymph nodes in my pelvic area and ultimately the cause of swelling and pain in my foot. Dr Kells did a dry needling procedure and it was like magic. The pain and swelling went away. She also followed up with some hip flexor exercises. That was about 4 weeks ago. Still no pain nor swelling. And she is also very nice. I highly recommend her.
Amy Schwartz: Lacy has so much knowledge and practical ways of implementing strategies to help with recovery! I was so excited to learn from her and to be able to use her as a resource to help recover.
Gail Warner: I've been seeing Lacy privately for a running-related injury and recently attended one of her small group classes on pelvic health. In both settings, she is an amazing therapist. She really takes the time to get a thorough history and to learn your goals so she can help you reach them. She is creative and dynamic with treatment approaches both in the office and on your own at home. It is apparent that she really cares about your progress and wants to hear your updates. If you have any pelvic-related issues, whether a runner or not, I would not hesitate to recommend her!
Silvia Vásquez: Lacy is such and amazing person and therapist so passionate about her job I highly recommend it.
Amy C. Lizama: I recently attended a class that Lacy offered and she is seriously amazing! She is very knowledgeable and extremely passionate about helping other women feel normal again and living pain-free. She was very informative and gave us great exercises to do at home. I highly recommend her to anyone that may have any postpartum issues or concerns.
Nichole Jenkins: Lacy is an extremely knowledgeable pelvic PT. I first met Lacy when she was a guest speaker at our running clubs monthly meeting. Recently, I attended a class she gave and I really learned a lot. She provided us with tools to use after we left and I really love her enthusiasm and passion! She made me feel very comfortable and I’m definitely glad I attended!
DICK KELLS: Great care for my shoulder! Couldn't lift a cup of coffee without pain in the morning. By the afternoon, I was able to play golf! ⛳
Samantha Wells: Lacy is spectacular! She’s genuinely kind and so professional. You know you’re getting the best treatment and information when she works with you. It doesn’t take any time to realize she has a passion for helping people. If you want the best, most thorough care, Lacy is your lady!!
Hannah Baggott: I’m a true believer in Pelvic PT because of Lacy Kells! In recovering from a major Multiple Sclerosis relapse last year, I was struggling with tightness with my pelvic floor muscles (due to balance compensation from hip/leg numbness) . Lacy helped me understand my body better and be proactive in my recovery. Super comfortable and empowering!
Ashley Chandler (Ashley Chandler Yoga): Lacy Kells helped me address significant pelvic floor weakness and incontinence after the birth of my first son. Instead of treating the surface of my complaints, she dug into everything until we figured out where symptoms were originating from.I am now working with her through my second pregnancy which has been much more physical challenging than my first. I look forward to my appointments bc I know I will always feel better after.Lacy will always approach you with respect, courtesy and immense knowledge in the area of pelvic health and overall wellness. I recommend anyone with any current complaints or those pregnant or considering becoming pregnant go see Lacy now, don't wait. Just do it, you won't regret it!
Claire Grimm: Lacy goes above and beyond. She helped me with pelvic pain and numbness that my doctors had just written off. Not only does she listen and believe you (which is HUGE in the chronic pain world), she will take the time to figure out what is going on and help treat it. I couldn’t be more thankful for all that Lacy has done for me.

Physicians Total Rehab: what do users think?
Courtney Belcher: I have been in CONSTANT pain for well over 2 yrs following a car accident. Yesterday was the first time that I have felt relief. Christie was amazing! She explained everything in a way that I could grasp and understand. I can still hear her in my head saying “engage your core” lol. I slept like a baby last night. I haven’t had a good restful nights sleep in over 2 yrs. I can’t thank Christie enough. I wish that I had come to physical therapy much sooner! I look forward to continuing therapy, becoming stronger and getting back to living a Normal life. 100/10
Henry Jackson: Outstanding staff.
SONDRA MCARTHUR: Kudos to the staff and Dr. Walsh is amazing my back is feeling better I take the shot and it really helps. I don't want to go anywhere else
Tina Perry: Waiting area smells stale probably because the equipment is out dated. Front desk personnel rude and immediately take your picture like you're at the DMV never told me why my picture was being taken to my knowledge you have to get permission to take your picture hippa violation would never return to this place
gabe napoli: Shout out to all the Physical Therapist at this office. Great staff.
Ro Howard: When my doctor referred me here, my slipped and herniated discs were bad enough that I had a hard time walking. I couldn’t sit in a chair or car for more than a few minutes, I couldn’t sleep well, and couldn’t do any of the things I used to enjoy. I figured I was going to have to get shots, and that maybe I would be in pain forever. However, the treatment I got here resolved my issue! With eight weeks of spinal traction and therapy, I was able to avoid shots, and am no longer in pain. My therapists Carolyn and Allison were so great, they really know what they’re doing and care about helping you get well. Yes, it can get expensive with copays, but that’s on insurance companies, being a racket. What I spent here was a fraction of what shots or surgery would’ve cost, and the results were phenomenal. I have most of my normal range of motion back, and can slowly return to my pre-injury levels of physical activity and am very grateful to these guys for helping me get my life back.
Alaura Hyde: I’ve never been here, but upon calling to become a new patient, they told me that I would need to see their doctor first, and then it would be weeks until I could start physical therapy. I don’t understand why I need to see a separate doctor when I just saw mine yesterday who wrote the script for PT. I’m only 18 and have been without use of my right leg for over 3 months until now. I don’t have weeks to wait to start walking/driving again. The person on the phone seemed nice, but I found another place that asked for my insurance and Dr. information over the phone and was willing to take me and make me an appointment to start PT just a week from now.
Jerry Hahn: They are the best Rehab Service in the business. Dr. Walsh and his staff are nothing but professional. I Thank them all for all their help.
Ellen Wilson: Kudos to all the health care workers at Physicians Total Rehab!! They were so caring & gentle yet diligent to help me. Great experience & highly recommend. I can walk now! Stay safe to all.
David Michael: I had an appointment with Dr. Zellner. I thought I was having a follow up appointment from having an epidural in January but was told on arrival that I was to have another epidural. I expressed concern about the procedure to the nurse due to an up coming work assignment and asked to speak with Dr. Zellner who refused to come see me. He had a nurse, Heather, tell me that he would not see me at all after I asked to speak with him again. Dr. Zellner’s cowardly unwillingness to speak to a patient is completely unacceptable for any kind of doctor. I have filed a complaint with the NC medical board as well.
Clint Oneal: Got a referral to Dr. Walsh from ER @CFVH, on Thursday Dec. 28th so the following next day I immediately called their office so I could get an appointment ASAP as I’m in great pain from Sciatica pinched nerve on my left side going down to my toes. So I called left voicemail for Dr. Walsh assistant and they said we got your referral from CFVH and that we will call you back once we verified your insurance and set up an appointment. I said thank you I understand about that and that I will wait for you to call to get my appointment. So I Waited and Waited and didn’t hear nothing from this Dr. office so this morning Jan. 11, 2018 I called and once again l couldnt get anyone except to leave a voicemail and once again this was done at 8:15am this morning and no one called so I call back at 1:00pm told to Lisa the Dr. assistant and she told me they didn’t have my telephone number so that’s why they never called and once I heard that I was like you got to be kidding me you got my referral from hospital and all of my contact information including email address and disn even BOTHERED to TRY to contact a customer who has been in pain for awhile now. Wow the conversation I had with this Dr. Assistant blew my mind, once I displayed my Total Disgust she made me an appointment for the end of this month if I hadn’t called ain’t no telling how long I would still have to suffer and be In this excruciating nerve pain. There level of service that I expected from any Dr. office is professional and caring this office LACKS SEVERLY IN ITS HUMAN RELATIONS IT( IS CUSTOMER/Patience. Overall I will find another place that Cares!
Anita Washington-Rice: I love it. Especially the staff. Im looking forward to getting better at this rehab.Anita Washington 🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹
Dragon Facee' Mariee: If I could rate negative stars I would give them -5 stars. Nurses are RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. Told my client they did not care weither he was in pain or the fact he is in a wheelchair with little movement in his legs due to recent gunshots. Dr.Walsh personally had a nurse and manager call and cancel his appointment because he was upset and assist i take him elsewhere. This is after we had to reschedule because they were not well organized now I am a care giver that took a client into the facility for a appointment that was set at a specific time they even called and confirmed the appointment and time but yet when we tried to be seen they insisted we were over a hour late and had to reschedule. My client is a recent recover of serious fatal gun shots of course he is going to be upset that they incorrectly marked him down as late because the scheduled the appointment wrong. But why would they call to confirm a appointment dor a set time and than say we were over a hour late. That is not right they need a better organized staff team. I suggest they go under new management because with poor attitudes and the disrespect that comes from that office is not a good look. I will never take another client that hateful place again.
Audrey V. Chenevert: Everyone there was really great . I enjoyed my visit with them and they help me out a lot thank you you all !!!!
