Tre' Long: What an amazing experience. Best place in town and super military friendly. Look no further for your first piano (like us) or your tenth. Had a wide array of pianos for every type of need and phase of life. The price could not be beat and we are beyond grateful for Mike's integrity, compassion and excellence in dealing with us. Would recommend to everyone I know!!
Alex Lancaster: Mike was incredibly helpful and informative when we purchased our piano from him two years ago. The stand was damaged recently when we moved to Alaska and I contacted Mike to see if it could be repaired or not. It ended up needing to be replaced and would have cost us hundreds of dollars to ship to Alaska but Mike went directly to Roland to get us a great price! He saved us so much and got it to us in a matter of days! Truly incredible service! I can't say enough good things about Mike! He stands behind everything he sells and takes care of his customers!
Samuel Adams: Mike Donald is an outstanding person helps so many people in time of need. An great musician himself delivering excellent service great place to do business.Having the experience himself he's able to deliver that to others.
Tandon Mardis: Mike and his team exceeded expectations by fitting us in for a piano delivery due to another customer having to reschedule. He was timely and professional. I highly recommend using JML Piano for your next piano move!
Esteban Sanchez II: This place is awesome and they help me in so many ways between picking the right thing out to loading it up for you or even delivering it!
Daniel Quick: Great place to do business. Mike Donald is top notch and professional. If you're in the market for a new piano or keyboard I highly recommend doing business with them.
Shopgirl 75: I had the best experience buying my new piano here. The owner of the store, Mike is very knowledgeable and a great professional. He helped me to choose the piano and gave me the best deal on Roland HP704! I highly recommend him and his store. He has the best prices! Mike delivered the piano on time as promised. I'm very grateful for this experience! Thank you very much, Mike!
Courtney Peters: Today my family and I visited JML Piano in search of a keyboard to aid me in my journey as a music major. Mike was very knowledgeable, personable, and helpful! If you’re looking for anything piano related I highly recommend this place! :)
Amity Johnson: We love our Roland we bought in April! Excellent and quick service!

Seth Rudnick: Unbelievably good service on my LX 708. Mike has always answered questions as they arose and has been very helpful. Two days ago I called and said I had a slight click in a key that has developed and could he repair it when he was next in Pinehurst. He showed up today and determined it was not an easy fix. Lo and behold, he had brought a new piano and simply replaced my one year old instrument. Amazing.
Kinard Thompson: Love this place! The owner is all about his craft and passionate about music. The selection of digital and acoustic pianos is great.
Michael Woldt: Excellent store. Wide selection with great customer service. Highly recommend. Can’t beat the prices.
Traci Marshall: Great service and fast delivery.
Jeff Harrington: I have dealt with JML piano for around 20 years (man I am getting old...lol). I have purchased 2 grand piano's and a digital from Mike. I always go through JML for a couple of reasons. Mike, the owner, always goes above and beyond to make sure you get what you want and at a price that is more than fair. I am now on my quest to find probably the last piano I will ever own (a Bosendorfer 214VC) but even once I purchase that........I will continue to always recommend JML from a young aspiring musician to an accomplished artist. A great piano company that has been built on trust, service, and the highest ethical standards!
Giles Blankenship: I have been in Fayetteville for 15 years, serving in that time with the worship and music ministry of Snyder Memorial Baptist Church. In that time I have always received professional and quality service from JML Piano. Mike does a great job and his courteous and helpful business is an asset to the people and institutions in Fayetteville and the surrounding area. I would feel good about recommending anyone to JML who is in the market for a digital or acoustic piano - as a long term investment or as a rental for your next event.

Edwards Music Company: what do users think?
Ronald Prater: This place is awesome if you are a local musician or trying to learn about getting into Music. Guitar Center is just around the corner on Skibo Road and they don’t hold a candle to the folks here at Edwards. Everyone in here is super friendly, and will try to answer any questions that you have. I have purchased instruments from them as well as accessories for my guitar such as strings, cases, picks, and cables. I also use them to change my guitar strings. They condition my fretboard and get my strings changed within a day or so. Very convenient for dropping off and then just picking it back up for service. They also have a unique program if you have a child in school who is needing an instrument to play. We have several friends from church who rent their school instruments through Edwards.
Tao: Good place to fix any instrument
LeVan Champion: Great Staff! Great equipment! Great selection! Great atmosphere! I hope you get the picture. Highly recommended for all your music needs!
melanie gee: Edwards does great repair work on our daughter's flutes! It takes a couple weeks but we've never been in a rush!
Johnny Texan: Went in there today to browse and walked out with a new ukulele. They had a nice variety (far superior to Guitar Center) and the staff was as friendly and helpful as could be. They're knowledgeable about their instruments and can answer any question. I compared the prices there to what I found online and everything was right on par for each brand and model and in some cases cheaper. I will be visiting again.
waldemar gonzalez: Great service, better prices!
Ashley Hall: Friendly, excellent service.
Sherene Stephens: Always a pleasure doing business with them.
Randall Ivy: Great place for most musicians.
Ebony Miller: Great staff here. Friendly and inviting environment with employees who care about giving patrons quality customer service. They're very knowledgeable and skilled.
Lavern Beharie: First vist.Very friendly and professional staff. This is what customer service should be.
Nicole Small: My first time here. Purchasing needed items for a child's music class. They knew exactly what I needed (great cuz I had no clue), explained everything to me clearly and answered all my questions. Very friendly staff!! Great experience!! It makes ME wonder if I should learn an instrument myself!Parking space Plenty of parking Parking options Free parking lot …More
Bruce Lewis: VERY friendly and knowledgeable staff
Cleo Russ: They were really helpful, Johnny on the spot. Bought small stuff for now, but I will be buying more stuff there. Like amps, guitars. Prices are really good.
ana soriano: Edwards music is always a great place to visit.
Patrick Stephenson (Dizzle): Greatest customer service 👌
thanatos nyx: Always the place to go
Paul Ingram: Great music store! They have what I need and their repair shop is in town. Great people and great service.
Michael Winters: All of my visits there they have always be very friendly and helpful. Most of my interactions have been with their repair shop. They always do great work and very friendly.
Elizabeth kuzma: Great staff and very helpful people.
KERISIANO ELLIS: Way better than Guitar Center. The variety was low in stock at the time (expected) but the customer service was good. & Still got what I needed. I'd go back.

Music & Arts: what do users think?
Max Anderson: I bought a guitar for my wife and found the staff to be professional, friendly, and staff demonstrated great customer service skills! Thank you Ladies!
James McCray Jr.: RACIST !!! Don’t go as a black man never felt more disrespected in my life no one spoke or help me after standing around waiting for someone to help nearly an hour guy at front desk was on his phone looking as if I didn’t belong in there.
David Handlon: Kelly Street is a fantastic employee at this shop. She helped me get the exact strings and capo that I wanted. They weren’t in shop but she ordered them and they were in shop in 2 days. Not only that, but she recommended strings that were a better fit for my fingers. Kelly restrung and fixed the action on my 12 string Taylor perfectly. I haven’t felt this good playing my guitar since I bought it. She went above and beyond. I will definitely be requesting her assistance again.
Rich Guinto: Really great place to purchase musical instruments, sheet music & more! The instructors are great - in fact I'm One of Them! (Piano 🎹 & Voice🎙) If you're wanting to learn, there's never been a better time - don't put it off!Music & Arts has an intimate atmosphere and great little studio classes for learning. ❤️
Chuck Holt: The girls that work there were willing to go above and beyond, they did a great job.
ThinkLife Pro: We love the instructors and staff at this location. They have been a joy to work with. The downside experiences we have had with this company have been with the corporate office. If you go with this company, you'll want to keep an eye on the billing, expect to make multiple calls, and the matter may not be resolved.
syl thomas: Found everything I needed for my orchestra student, but minimal staff.
Stacey Higgs: Everyone here is so friendly and helpful!
Kevin Cook: Stay away. Wanted me to wait 4 weeks to get a refund check for less than $100. This is why they are failing. I will never buy anything from them again. Ever.
Barbara Snyder: Called to make a payment for my daughter and someone took the liberty to put my card on autopay!! Seriously!!
Antini Richardson: Phenomenal job, I was at the store when greeted very kindly by the staff! I was in then out in the blink of an eye!!!! Thank you to the lovely sales associate Dess!!!! 👍🏾😁
Benjamin Toedte: Horrible customer service. Wait. Im just kidding. It really wasn’t bad. It was nonexistent.
Es Lopez: My daughter went in for lessons with Jessica and she was a GREAT TEACHER. My daughter loved her trial lesson. When we decided to sign up for monthly lessons the cashier/clerk, Dess, didn’t know how to complete the transaction. I wanted my daughter to have two lessons a week and start the next day. Apparently that was to hard for Dess to do. I spent a whole hour trying to get her signed up but Dess couldn’t do it. I had to purchase two individual lessons for this month and I couldn’t take advantage of the promotion they had going on because it was “too difficult or complicated” due to the system. Now I have to go back another time when I have more time to waste to try and do this process all over again. If anyone is signing their child up for lessons, I recommend you go when you have blocked out a few hours of your day since it’s too hard for the employee to complete this task.
John Hartrich: Super helpful staff and great service
Aidimar Serrano: In a society where so many things are going wrong, I am thankful for the moments of light when a person makes a difference. Thank you Olivia for outstanding customer service.
Blu Herr: Run don't walk away. Scam look up guitar center prices before you rent.
Trevor Stewart: About a year ago we had our daughter take piano lessons from Music & Arts, the instructor canceled About three times with some personal issue, so we left. A couple weeks ago we decided to give them another try, we called and spent 30 minutes or more with the sales associate on the phone setting up virtual piano lessons, two days before the lessons are set to begin we hadn't received any instruction on how the lessons would be conducted, so we call, the person on the phone had no idea what I was talking about, said I wasn't in the system, so she puts me on hold a few times, at this point I don't want the lessons anymore and that's what I told her, during the refunding of my money, she pops in and says, looks like you are in our system...wow, really. No thanks.Do better.
Lisette Argandona: I have been coming here with my daughter and her instruments for the past 5 yrs, maintenance, purchasing expensive instruments, repairs, information and so on. I have NEVER had such issues and horrible customer service as I have the last two times, once when calling for information and when coming into the place. Granted Covid changed ALOT.for everyone... but one thing it should NOT have changed is how u greet people when the walk in, speak to them when they are inquiring information and deal with them once you see the level of frustration a customer has. The only reason I am keeping my services here is because this is where the instrument was purchased. There should be some level of understand that during the time of COVID... maintenence contracts that lapse when stores were closed were beyond anyone's power not allowing someone to renew maintenance due to school being out for a year before having to charge me to send it out to be looked at FIRST...is just insane to me. I am just very disappointed at how they have handled this situation....and the people at the front could use some training in how they speak to people as wellThey might come across the wrong one on a bad day.
L Boogie: They didn't have what I was looking for but the associate was very friendly. She even went online to try and find the answers to my questions.
Sonya Morrow: WILL NEVER RENT FROM THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN !!!
Mama Coco: See I ordered my baritone some time ago and still ain't get my stuff. They tweaking dont come here🙄

Guitar Center: what do users think?
Judy Howard: Excellent!
jUSTIN nOPE: Good stock and prices, the store's main employee is excellent when available, but highly recommend improving online orders. You can't track the package. It disappears for 3 to 4 days.
Jermaine Bigby: Rented a sound system from this location for a wedding I was Djing. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The sound system exceeded all expectations and all worked out great. I will definitely be purchasing one of these systems in the near future, or at least continue to rent from this location! Highly recommend!
Jonathan Brashier: Used EVH5150 III 15 watt guitar tube amp head incorrectly labeled as 100 watt and priced over $800. Amp is $650 or so brand new. Employee said the price couldn't be changed. Go elsewhere
Logan O'Hara: Definitely one of the worst experiences I’ve had with Guitar Center during 25 years of working through them. Was delivered the wrong guitar. No effort made to find the right one, should have just left with the more expensive one they mistakenly sent but hey, ethics and such. Wouldn’t work with me on an exchange. Was told “better luck next time.” Overall just a lousy experience from this place. Not to mention the poor selection and the fact that they put no effort into setting up or maintaining inventory. Definitely recommend going to one of the larger, more professional stores in Raleigh or a bigger city.
BrokenArrow: Why does it always look like the entire back stock of inventory is in the front of the store…. You can’t even appreciate the displays because you can’t reach them. Also, stock more left handed guitars and we will do business.
Lu Garner: How can you have a guitar store without a guitar technician on site ?? they can’t even string guitars for you. Their employees are hired off the street without any musical knowledge, especially when it comes to guitars.(updated 3/1/23) they replied with call the store will help u lol.. yall dont have a guitar technician how u gona help anyone? Worry more ur under paid employees and ur understaffed stores than replying to reviews then maybe will get some where
Glenn Clark: Salesman Jay was a lot of help!
Max Stecker: Great experience, absolute pleasure dealing with Kaela, she is professional, will definitely be conducting business with them in the future
Darren Smith: They welcomed me this time. Friendly service but I wish they were a little more educated in the business lol. Just there for a pay check these days.
J Bull77: Took my guitar in for a routine set up and a simple repair. I paid $96 to find out out it wasn't fixed. I spoke to store staff and left it for the tech to fix. The next time I picked it up it still wasn't fixed! And the setup wasn't even finished on it!
Trey Turner: Great place to go for any of your needs. Great Service!
Bruce Beck: Opens too late in the day. I don’t know anything about them.
Caleb Smith: Came in looking for a new amp for my guitar and an expansion kit for my electric drum set. Very happy that they had both. And the staff is always accommodating and helpful. My favorite music store in the Fayetteville area.
Martina Villela: Yk solo fue de acompañante
Nick Wiegand: They are incredibly helpful with guiding me to the right purchase.
Darryl Sims: They have it all and if they don't have it they can get it
PM Robertson: My son takes electric guitar lessons at Guitar Center and we love it. His instructor Nash, is really cool and a good teacher. Mrs. Pat is in charge of coordinating all lessons and she is a sweetheart. The Guitar Center also have some awesome equipment that's reasonably priced and they offer layaway. They offer a wide range of lessons. Check them out.
Joe Brena: Knowledgeable staff they make sure you leave satisfied
Jose Cruz Garcia Diaz: It looked a little bit cluttered but it could have been a truck day when they get stock in, but they didn't have what I needed but still the staff was helpful.
David Shane Williams: The place is not very well managed. Not to mention they have bit of an attitude. I just try and go earlier in the day if i need too. Edwards is down the street which has a lot more personality and friendlier staff. Theres also alot of pawnshops geared towards music in surrounding areas
