Told him I had an artist draw a portrait of Julie eberly, the lady from penn. Killed on i-95 in the road rage incident. Dropped portrait off and came back an hour later to find he'd went way beyond what he said he. Could do! I was expecting a cheaper frame that I could afford at the time, but he had built a 200.00 beautiful one for me. His words were, "well, she deserves it"! What a great guy!

I looked a long time and talked to numerous vendors until I met with Ty. He was able to conceptualize my vision and even improved upon my concept with his own suggestions. The final product was more than I had hoped for.     Emily Cosgrove: Stopped by to order a gift for a friend. Stood in the front for 15 minutes before I left. I could hear them working in the back and called out several times, but was ignored. Went elsewhere for the gift
    Anthony Sheff: Had some old unit shadow box PCS gifts that were damaged during a move and they were able to fix the broken glass and remount the items inside. Outstanding service.
    Sean G: Had some good stuff done before, but something has changed here, to the point where it needs to be addressed.Screwed up a very simple seven digit engraving, claiming "the paper was folded." Refused to replace the engraved item they jacked up. Didn't care in the slightest.Framed some art and couldn't even be bothered to have the backing match the mat, as very specifically requested. It's insulting how little this place cares. Go somewhere else that will do things right.
    Abigail Peno Hales: They make great looking plaques and do a good job but they are not very timley. Plaque not done by completion date even after calling the night before to double check it would be done. Not done in time for the ceremony it was needed for. Second time this has happened. Will not come here again.
    Brent Wolfer: I had to come back 3 times after the original completion date, because the plaques were not done. They will also charge you a non-cash fee that they don’t mention at the point of sale. I would recommend looking else where.

More Than Just Art...a lot more. This is hands down the best framing and plaque shop in Fayetteville/ Fort Bragg area.

    Kevin Belden: Got a commissioning gift for my son I wanted engraved. Laser engraving was on point but a lot of folks can do that. They get five starts because of customer service. They were polite and on time. Unfortunately there was a mistake in the engraving that was partially my error do you a misinterpretation of the drawing. I was from out of town and asked them if they could try and fix it and send it. I got a call a week later and he fixed it, didn’t like it and ordered new pieces to make it right but let me know it would have to wait until the pieces arrived. Flash forward several weeks and a box arrives at the front door with perfectly engraved and fitting parts. I appreciate them and their work. I recommend them and if I can work it, I’ll bring all my engraving requirements to them.
