Goldee: Walked in and was instantly greeted and seated despite being short staffed. My waitress Stephanie was such a lovely person and was whipping around the restaurant like a pro with a smile and friendly demeanor. We hardly felt the wait.The atmosphere gives America-does-old-Italy in a really tasteful and classy style.The food.The food was good and I enjoyed it but it could have been more flavorful. I got the chicken carbonara and was thoroughly impressed with how plentiful the meat was; chicken and bacon both thick and good quality. My date had the baked ziti and thought it was great, very cheesy! The garlic knots were SO YUMMY but a bit undercooked but I'm sure I'm a typical day they are perfect and I can't wait to try them again.Great place for a business lunch or a date. It was not like the usual cabanera, no green pea, and too much bacon, which makes it salty and greasy. The portion is not appropriate for the price $22 for a small dish! Kit Notes: The atmosphere is nice. Our waitress though was absolutely incredible! Katy was so knowledgeable and attentive. The food was exquisite! I had the special- the Chilean sea bass and steamed spinach and it was incredible!. I was very impressed and Katy really just put our experience over the top. Kasey Steidle: We are regulars at Luigi’s. Our food has always been top notch, and the service has always been just as good. The last couple of times we went, we had Aaron as our waiter. Absolutely amazing…he gives such friendly, top notch service. Above and beyond every time. I can’t say enough good about him! My mom and grandma are picky salad eaters and he went out of his way to pick through the salad just so that they had all iceberg lettuce (lol what a hassle, but they appreciated it more than you’ll know.) we will forever be long time customers of Luigi’s. I would recommend this place to everyone. You won’t be disappointed.

The bartender was gracious and changed the channel from the "Professional Cornhole" broadcast (yes, professional cornhole) to a channel that had an upcoming MLB game. When the game started, it was blacked out because the restaurant didn't have the sports subscription.It's obvious that OG corporate needs to visit this location and plan a major rehab.The food was very good. Soup and salad were great. The wait staff was very professional and nice.It'll be a long time before we go back. There are other fine restaurants nearby that are excellent and nicer.Too bad the staff have to work at this worn-out location.

Upon ordering my usual, the Manager here asked me if I wanted to try their new Sicilian pizza with Pepperoni, 1 glance at the pizza, and I was like, whoa, that looks good, Yeah I'll try them.Boy am I glad they talked me into the Sicilian pizza. That pizza is Chef's kiss, and I wasn't the only one who enjoyed them, they had 2 other guys in the dining area who also had them, and really enjoyed them too. I really believe the Sicilian Pizza is gonna be Capri's money maker, and will keep Capri in business for years to come.

The pizzas we ordered barely had any cheese on them, the flavor was extremely lacking, the sauce was horrible and the dough was subpar.If you are using cheap flour please look into selecting a better brand as it is completely evident in the flavoring of the crust. This goes for the sauce that someone else recently complained about as well. Due to me usually only purchasing pizza with premium ingredients upon ingesting I felt sick.GIVE PEOPLE WHAT THEY PAY FOR. If you are running low on supplies or are out of ingredients to make the dish inform your customers and refuse to sell them items that are not a great representation of what you offer.If you are not a pizza head or love authentic flavors this may work for you.The price point is way off. They are selling in my opinion extremely cheap pizza at a premium pizza price.If you are used to really good pizza this place would unfortunately be a major disappointment.Furthermore, upon entering I did not feel genuinely welcomed. I felt as if there was more suspicion, wondering and a desire for me to hurry up then focusing on making sure I received the information I needed and I had a great experience. I was never offered a menu or asked if I had any questions as to what I wanted to purchase.I then discovered that racism is mentioned by a couple of their previous customers. Some appear to be African American. This isn’t good at all due to your location and a good deal of your customers appear to be black. Not telling them “you are better off without them”. Many people will read these things and will not visit simply because of the responses you are making towards the people who are keeping you in business.I have seen this happen time and time again with restaurants in our area who felt as if they didn’t need their customers. Needless to say that by and by they lost the majority of their customer base and had to shut their doors.If you are planning on making this a long term career, I would definitely advise working on your temper and customer service/customer satisfaction.

erich howard: So first of all I’m not writing this review to be a band wagoner but I got a source that said this place was good and authentic so I drove all the way from west Fayetteville to get this pizza and disappointed ain’t even the word. The pizza was hot and fresh I’ll give it that but the taste…..well there really wasn’t any flavor at all no real cheese and no real sauce. Wings were alright. The prices for this place is way above what the pizza is worth. I wouldn’t pay $11.99 for these pizzas not only that I make and proof my own pizza dough at my house and use all organic ingredients and it tastes wayyyy better. Just thought I’d give this place a try. If we’re anyone that is considering going here I’d just make that trip to little Cesar’s or cici’s if you just want some cheap pizza or check out some of the other places in town that sell a more premium pizza worth the money that you will spend here. I will say that maybe at one time this place might have been good as I looked at past reviews before I wrote mine but for right now. It looks like the manager of this place got some issues due to his/her responses to customer reviews and the food is subpar. I would say it’s time to step your game back up bro.

If I'm forced to find something, the kids menu could use a cheese pizza, but even then, the "small" is only 9 bucks and my kid could only eat one piece.

Troy Brown: This is the first time I didn't feel Little Italy and it's never the food ever the only Italian place I go now. We decided to take my son and his girlfriend there they are new to Fayetteville, wanted them to experience good Italian food. But the service was really not that great last night, I understand it was a long day or night and we came in around 9:15 pm but u were open till 10. The server wasn't that attentive to us, was on his phone, I had to ask another employee to get me a drink, then after I paid we were still sitting there drinking he started taking our drinks away. I felt real rush to leave or better yet being pushed out of the restaurant is what u can call it. Not what I usually expect from Little Italy. I know this review shouldn't be on the restaurant but on the employee but they do work for them and there service was supar for sure, they might want to focus on giving a great restaurant experience to customers especially if they never been there before.

proteauxtype: Bruschetta & fried mushrooms are great. Customer service not so much. Last time I was here, I was never greeted even though people saw me and the sign said to wait to be seated. Took it upon myself to never came back.Came back with my mother (a loyal customer) upon her wishes and ordered the special. The chicken was slimy, the sauce was giving Campbell Cream of Chicken, and the mushrooms are canned. I asked to switch out the meal and was told I’d have to pay for both if I ordered.At this point - it’s feeling like there is no desire to satisfy the customer. Why come ask if I like everything if my honest answer will leave me high & dry? Even an apology from a higher up would be nice.Third time is not a charm for me. I won’t be back & neither will my family.

Question Authority: We called prior to arriving to see at what time the kitchen closed, the attendant stayed they closed at 9:30 and were stated we were on the way. KungFuAsianYea: Haven’t ordered here in a while. Service was okay. We had ordered a double pepperoni pizza, and if this is a double pepperoni pizza, I’d hate to see a regular one. We also ordered the Joe’s Wings; too saucey, not spicy enough, no ranch or dips included. The pizza also was meh. Honestly, we’d prefer Elizabeth’s Pizza or Taste of New York.

Asked for the wings and pizza to both be well done.The pizza arrived cold and plain, with no pepperoni. Super floppy and undercooked, with a sauce that is mediocre to give it a high compliment.The wings were ALSO undercooked as of they came from the freezer to a short lived time in some oven (maybe microwave) and tossed around some generic off the shelf sauce.The knots, seemed preheated just bathing in a puddle of disgusting oil and big chunks of undercooked-raw garlic.For a restaurant that has such high traffic, and over priced food, this was a terrible experience and if anyone is looking to get a bite of pizza, the best bet is a chain spot rather than this place.Overall? Garbage.

Kiara Booker: This was a waste of money food was not anything I expected it to be for an after bday pizza dinner on top of service being poor! I had no refill on my soda or water the entire time. Garlic knots were what 🤬is this ! Literally bread with a bunch of chopped garlic on top! Way over priced to be that unsatisfying! 12 dollar tip added to my ticket voluntarily for service I didn’t receive!

Christopher Brett: I love this place. My wife is 2nd generation Italian and her grandmother made the best Italian food. We are from the North East, and this is in the top 5 restaurants I've been to. From the fish to the pasta to the sandwiches, you won't have a bad meal here. When they have flounder I highly recommend it. Last time I was in I got the meatball sub and it was really good.
