Panda Day Care & Pre-School: what do users think?
Manicka Getter: I have a 3 year old that attended this daycare and she had been telling me she was being abused by a teacher named Miss Theresa; just today a teacher who used to work there confirmed what my child was telling me. Right now I’m so angry and confused why do people harm children and try to cover it up WHY‼️Why my child she is innocent and don’t deserve this. Then the director acting confused and claim nothing never happened I cannot believe this is happening but THANK GOD FOR REVELATION. The state need to shut this place down IMMEDIATELY someone need to fix this problem RIGHT NOW please if you love your children or grandchildren don’t send them here.
Stephanie Swilley: They have two location. My children goes to the smaller one which I love bc the teacher get to spend that quality time with each child. They get to know the kids personality to know how to teach and discipline each child as an Individual. All the staffers from administrators, teachers to the owners are the best at both locations. Their are like another set of family to my kids and as a single mother that is what I look for in a daycare! I highly recommend
Jennifer Hobson: Love this place!! The ladies there are so sweet and I can tell my 3 month old loves being there. She's learning and growing so much. I appreciate the ladies, especially Precious, for taking time to work with her and teach her things during the day to help her grow that I'm not able to while working. Plus their app to keep you updated with your child during the day is AMAZING!! I love to look at my phone and see how my daughter is doing when I'm not with her, and the pictures are a real nice bonus. Such a great place and atmosphere! I wold highly suggest this daycare to anyone!!
Authentic Beautie (Juicee): The worst daycare. If you a big fan of your children returning to you looking as though they have eaten, rolled, and washed in dirt than this is the daycare for you. My girls have come home many times with dirt in their hair , diaper, and panties. They don't have enough staff to take care of the children. Oh and let me inform you on how they left my oldests at school and forgot to pick her up after school. I wouldn't recommend this place for anything.
Kathi Lloyd: Multiple things are wrong with this daycare. I'll list a few that aren't visible to the eye. My fiance went for the first time to get our son and they didn't ask for id or check his paperwork to make sure he was even allowed to get him. Just gave him our son because he threw his hands up and said dada. We could have been going through a crazy custody battle and he wasn't allowed to see our son for whatever reason. I picked him on multiple occasions and he was sitting in a soiled diaper like it hadn't been changed for hours. He was always a dirty mess when we picked him up. Then the final straw was when my fiancé went to pick him up they were outside and my son did not have a jacket on. It was 50 degrees. The excuse I got when I called to see why he didn't have a coat on when it was 50 degrees outside was because the teacher who took the kids out was not his regular teacher and she must not have known where his coat was. He had two there. One in his cubby and one in his diaper bag. No excuse. I do not recommend this daycare to anyone. When shopping for a daycare you get what you pay for. 120 a week sounds great if you want your child to be neglected. We left that day and never returned.
Yolanda Macfadden: My kids have loved this daycare from day one. They are happy to go and sad to leave and that tells me a lot about how they are treated. The daycare is very open and clean. You can see right into all the classrooms and they are always neat and very clean. They have adorable centers and the teachers seem to really care about the kids. I get daily updates and they never seem annoyed with me for calling and asking about my kids. They have been supportive and helpful every step of the way. They helped to potty train and my kids come home happy and healthy. I would highly recommend this daycare to anyone looking. The owners are long time personal friends and I cannot say enough nice things about them. I trust them with my kids and their ability to hire staff that aligns with what I would want around my kids.
sabrina currie: This childcare in my opinion is greatly satisfying in the means of knowing how to treat my child, potty training, & teaching all the basic learning skills. I certainly disagree in the last postings and believe in my child's childcare.
Stephanie P. Martinez: I should have listened to the previous review. I agree with every word stated. Director was not willing to make changes, defended her clueless staff way too much. She said she trusted them 100% even after I told her that her assistant told me she would give my daughter medication and she FORGOT. The assistant said she "forgot" and "something else came up". How do you forget to give a child medicine who needs it to prevent seizures?!?! If something comes up, how do you not ask someone else to give the medication?!?! How do you not know the policies as the director's ASSISTANT?!?!She's lucky I didn't let her have it. The only staff member there whom I came in contact with and is a great caregiver is Ms. Cathy.Don't trust your child with these incompetant staff. Staff were rude to myself, and my husband. They didn't know the policies, and I am just so disappointed.I also want to add that the daycare was so fed up with me asking for better care for my child that on the day I was going to pull her out, she had the nerve to call me and tell me my daughter had diarrhea 3 times that morning. Funny thing was that I went to check on her that morning and they failed to tell me about the diarrhea she claimed she had. It turned out she lied to me just so I can pick her up. This is the sickest business I've ever encountered. The sickest director as well.
Eve P: Staff is completely uneducated, not trained, clueless about what the kids are doing, rude, etc. We had a horrible experience and we would like to warn other parents from using this provider.

Burns Day Care & Pre-School: what do users think?
Miya h: This place is a joke my kids went here my son was asthmatic he was suppose to get his inhaler everyday before going outside several times I picked him up he was short of breath to the point where I could tell he needed his inhaler 1 day I asked the teacher who had him outside did he get his inhaler before she told me she didn’t even know he had asthma then 1 day didn’t have the inhaler I usually keep in the car so I asked them to let him use the 1 they had before we left and it took them forever to find it and the inhaler had never been opened ‼️ They had been going here over 6 months by now they are very unprofessional and unorganized‼️
Nikki Devincentis: My son went here and he was just turning two. He had a speech delay/at risk for autism and it was his first time ever going to daycare. After a few days I noticed bruises and scratches on my son and asked to see how it happened on their camera. They never showed me the exact moment and then they told me that his teacher was let go that same day! I took my son out of there that same day as well!!
Tara Lashonda Baker: I called to schedule a walk thru spoke with the head director she was very pleasant. However when I gotten there. The assistant director her name was Mrs Nash. She didn’t tell me her name I just told her I had spoke with the director for a appointment. She just said wait. Then while she’s on the computer she just typing the whole Time took her 15 mins didn’t even ask me my name or try to make me feel welcomed at all I had to ask her what’s her name and she then told me. And just walked me to the class room for one yr olds and said this is the class blah blah and then ask do I have any questions, she had the nerve to ask me if I’m on assistance because the price for a 1 yr old was 290 WTf he is not a new born bby at all. Then I ask well okay can he start tomorrow she said no it will have to be Thursday because it takes 48 hours for him to get all his paperwork in so am I signing my kid life away ??? Like I never knew a DayCare that takes 48 hours to process paperwork I needed childcare regardless I had the money to pay today if it was 400 dollars every two weeks very unprofessional she has no class what so ever why is she even allowed to be in the facility with a attitude on a Monday. I’m a Nurse and I needed childcare or even if I had assistance I still needed care right away. Pls don’t waste your time even talking to that rude woman. At. A child’s daycare.
Darcus Williams: My daughter absolutely loves this place. I love that they greet me by my name. They are always friendly, even the cook. My daughter was singing her teachers name after the first week and I knew then that I could trust them with my little one. Great Job Everyone!!!!!!!!
Ms Lopez: This school is horrible. My son was in Mrs. Mckoys class of 2017-2018. I have no problem with her what so ever but the other teacher who IS STILL there Mrs. Michelle. Just horrible. She hit my son in his face. She back handed him and hit his eye. Nothing I mean absolutely nothing was done about it. I talk to the director and she acted as if it was okay. Saying she might not have ment to hit him. Yet she was taking something away. When you take something away your hand comes towards you not backwards to someone's face. Right?? The other issue is that they don't pay attention to who is picking up the kids. I was running late, so I had my friend go pick up my son. They did not stop her to ask who she was there to get. No identification, no sign out nothing. She walked up to his class window and he seen her and he ran out, hugged her and she walked him right out the door. What if it was someone I didn't want picking up my kid that he knew. Then what?? They didn't know who she was. It was her first time going to the school. Not safe at all. They treat and speak to the kids how they want to. There are no consequences to none of their actions. Please do not ignore the bad reviews. I did ignore them and now I wish I should not have. This is by far the worst school and daycare I've ever sent my son to.
Marlyn TV: If I can give a 0.. I will
Shelly Roberts: I love this place. I wish there was more academics. But it's wonderfully staffed!
Becky Born: This daycare is awful, pay a little extra and place your child somewhere else. This daycare advertises as being open 24 hours, but is closed often. Despite closing they do not adjust the amount you pay each week, which makes them tons of money because they are not having to pay their employees when they are closed either. The play ground is a dirt yard and the worker that was assigned to my child's room could never tell me how bruises or cuts happened. The worker would just deny that my child was in her care when the incident occurred. My child also incurred 2 boils on their buttocks during the 3 months they were there because of the unsanitary practices of the daycare and its workers. This place was a nightmare.
Brianna Montalvo: This place is absolutely ridiculous don't bring your children here !!! Your child's belongs will get stolen and no one seems to care, your diapers will be used for other children and other supplies as well , no one knows what's going on with the other shifts and they love to call you about how your child don't have diapers or ect. when they need to let you know these this upon pick ups ... when you come to do walk thru they make is seem like they do all these things with your children and once the papers are signed it's a whole other story... just look somewhere else don't let your children be subject to these unprofessional people ... trust me you will regret it...
John Greenwood: Worst daycare I've ever considered. Would give them a zero star if I could. I would never leave my children in such a disgusting place. Children are left slobbering all over themselves and the toys and others with snot hanging out of their noses. It's like a petting zoo in there and the staff is so rude! The director was incredibly rude and insisted we look for another day care because she was demanding a work schedule since she didn't believe my husbands work hours. She found every excuse as to why she wouldn't take our children. Whether it was the days we requested weren't legitament, which they were weekends consistently so I didn't even see a problem, or it was something else. She attacked me when I asked if proof of a working schedule was required and she said, "well ma'am, if you don't like it you can find another day care for your children." Didn't see a problem when we were going to pay $75 a day for each kid just to go to work. Whatever, their loss.
Krishawna Johnson: They are very nasty worker ,most of the worker there are slow, the man that drives the van you can trust him around your sons
Kerrian Blake: The staff is friendly and they are knowledgeable. Love this daycare
Tye Vaught: Was considering taking my child to this daycare. Spoke with a trusted co-worker of mine, who advised me against it. She stated that she went to do a walk through on her lunch break and the individual could not be bothered and had no issue in wasting her time.
Chahtinney Peterson: My children have been enrolled in the Burns Childcare Developmental Center for 6 months now. The staff is very friendly. I love the fact that they greet children and parents alike by name on a daily basis upon arrival. The staff are also very prompt and informative when it comes to the daily progress of my children, classroom activities, and incident reporting. Furthermore, I love the fact that they are 24 hours!!!!
Mr. And Mrs. Hatley: My daughter has been at Burns Child Care for over a year and she loves it. As a retail worker, it is difficult to find care after 6 and Burns is perfect. They work with me and my non-consistent schedule. And the best part? My daughter looks forward to going there. She thrives from the positive attention the staff gives. I enjoy the staff, they are friendly and personable. I feel my daughter is in reliable hands. Finding good childcare is difficult and I would choose Burns again and again.
Asia Hamlett: Worst daycare ever!! Kids stay sick and hurt. They lose to much of your kids paperwork. Wouldn't recommend this daycare for nothing.
Love Dimples: My child was hurt in there care and they just dined that it happened there. I had to have an investigation done to find the truth.

St. Andrews Academy Preschool: what do users think?
Alex Brown: This is our second year at St. Andrews and our children love it. The teachers not only give their students a good education but they also love them. They make learning fun. We couldn't be more pleased with this preschool!
Jennifer Zepp: St Andrews academy is a wonderful school. The teachers are loving and patient. I love that the children go to chapel every wednesday. They learn how to be giving through many charity events that the school holds. My daughter has learnt so much through fun activities, she looks forward to going everyday.
Amber C: This is our second year at St. Andrews and I can't say enough about how pleased I have been. I know that when I drop my kids off in the morning, they are entering a safe, loving and caring environment. When I pick them up, I get confirmation that they are receiving a solid educational foundation AND most importantly, they are learning to love the process of learning. St. Andrews is hands downs the best investment I have made for my children's future!
