Walgreens: what do users think?
Tiffany Lettsome: I pulled up to the pharmacy's drive thru window and I was the only person in line at 9:38am. I didn't check out until 9:52am. My prescriptions were ready but the lady wasn't. She stood at the computer by the window the entire time and didn't even say as much as I'll be with you in a moment. She finally picked up the phone at 9:50 and asked what I needed. I'm so glad that was my last trip to this location.
Gene and Becky Parsley: Going inside to pick up a prescription is normally faster if there is a line to the corner of the building.
Dave “DiggityDave” S: Was helped out by an excellent staff member at the pharmacy here. Did not catch her name. Blonde woman (sorry, all i could remember) working on Friday 3/24/23 around 12:30 PM. She went above and beyond. Pharmacy staff as a whole is always great.
Tyler Ruiz: Horrible pharmacy. If they tell you a time add another hour on top of that time cause it will not be done on time.
Carisa Kilpatrick: Great place to shop
Staci Hunter: Worst service ever! They put you on hold forever and do not tell correct information about prices of medications. I switched to CVS and have mail order and absolutely love it! ❤️
T L: Disorganized. Employees don't really know what's going. They have given out false information. Horrible customer service. Attitude of apathy infiltrates the entire store but specially the pharmacy.
Erin Dowless: The staff was amazing they were friendly.
Hershei Nicole: Been in line for 35 min waiting on rx for my kids. This is starting to be a trend with the amount of time it takes to get out of the drive thru line. Very frustrating !!
Bella Richardson: I would rate 0 stars if possible. The pharmacy takes hours with no one moving in line both inside and in the drive through. It's ridiculous. Get your prescriptions filled elsewhere because they can't get their stuff together.
Dorothy Bell Bell: I called in my refilled for several prescriptions on 6/2/2022. One refilled was not ready. I informed the pharmacy Tech that I would come back tomorrow which was today. The refilled was not filled, so I had to wait. While I was waiting, I was looking at some other items to purchase. This woman came in my direction, I notice from the back of het she had on a Walgreens uniform. I politely asked her about the price of an item. Her tone was short and rude. She looked me up and down as though I was trash. I felt like I was being watched for some reason. If my medication was ready like I was told that it would be. I wouldn't have to wait. I ask for her name. The Manger, Syliva needs some training in customer service. If you don't like dealing with the public, you should seek another job. I am seriously thinking about having my prescriptions transferred to another pharmacy.
Sherrie Bowers: On 05/27/2022 at 5:05 PM Transaction ID: 6811I purchased the product for my daughter. The store clerk advised me the respite was sent to m digitally. I verified the receipt was indeed sent digitally before leaving the parking lot.My daughter then expressed to me that the perfume causes her migraines and I advised her to take it back to the store for a full refund. The store manager "Chris" at the Fayetteville, NC Walgreens store #6547 had to verify the purchase by looking at the store camera as the so-called product scanned and the digital receipt did not match. I told my daughter to bring the perfume back to me and I would go to the store to return it. "Chris" laughed and smirked as I spoke to him claiming he was "trying to get something out of his tooth." He did indeed verify my purchase but stated he could not give me my money back only store credit. I did not purchase the item with store credit and I want my money back. I don't know if this location is racially profiling African American customers, stealing the hard-earned money of customers, or is purely incompetent but what I do know is purchased a product paid for it, and cannot be reimbursed for what I paid. I want my money back and will go to the better business bureau if need be to get back. I do not want the product purchased and I will never be a patron of Walgreens again. When did customers become responsible to make sure the UPC match the receipt and the product when I literally watched the clerk ring up the product in front of me?
L Failla: Incompetent pharmacists and staff.
Squank63: Won't even answer their phone. After holding for 12 minutes, they disconnected the call. I'm done with them.
Rosa Yongosi: Expensive but has what I need
AMIR MOOSAVI: Incompent staff. Either cancle the prescription and tell you the system did it or if you are there to pick the med either cannot find or it is not filled. Or the pharmacist knew how to get the job done.Asked for store manager but useless.
Ariana-Jasmine Castrellon: Pharmacy Technician Michelle told me to “calm down” and that “LHI doesn’t run Walgreens” when I walked in with a “Walk-In Flu Shot Voucher” from the U.S. Army. I explained to her that the LHI cite doesn’t indicate that an appointment is required in order to get the flu shot. Michelle lacks common customer service skills and respect for service members. She should not be working as a pharmacist.
JJ Williams: Zero stars... they said they couldnt do covid and flu shot together. Other walgreen said you have to wait 2 weeks if you dont get both together... wasted time....
james simmons: To slow
Jackie Taylor: Avoid this pharmacy at all costs. I can hardly believe the lack of customer service. There are many choices out there-go elsewhere!
John: Set up an appointment for a COVID 19 vaccination. Government says it’s readily available. Show to the appointment and they didn’t have any vaccinations. That’s one way to show how important the vaccine is to get. How we should all waste our time.

Walgreens: what do users think?
Trisha Smith: Probably the worst Walgreens ever. I’ve had multiple negative experiences. The first time I spoke with someone on the phone who told me my script would be ready in an hour. Ok perfect. I got there a little later…they said 20 more minutes…okay no problem. Things happen. Places are short staffed. I go back through only to be told the pharmacist is in a meeting. Ok…so why was I told multiple times my medicine would be ready by a certain time. Next time…my mother gets there to pick up my prescription…it was 5:59, they close at 6…but they still had a customer at the register but the lady REFUSED to check my mother out. It would’ve taken less than one minute to complete the transaction. In my past experience if you have a customer in your face a minute before closing you wait on that customer. I will never have prescriptions filled there again.
Angela Contreras: The employee from here had a bad attitude when we check she was unpolite and very rude
Adam Murphy: The survey on the receipt doesn't work
Vontella Lunsford: Llll
Michele Runge (KITTY): Repeatedly they have got my medicines filled late and I suffer due to this. I transferred all my prescriptions to Walgreens in Hope Mills and yet they still filled them at the Grove Street store and I have no way to go that far to get my medicine. To get a ride from Medicaid you have to give them a two-day notice so I will be suffering for days.
Meilani Mallette: Worst Walgreens I’ve ever been to. Not helpful and always a problem with my pickup. Never using them for anything ever again.
Tiffany Fogelquist: Grove St. Store Fayetteville NCToday I visited the Grove St. store in Fayetteville NC. Charles, a young gentleman checked out my purchases. It is Christmas and no one should have to work; however, Charles was. He had the best attitude, was welcoming, kind and pleasant. It was a pleasure to encounter such a hard working young man even during this time. Way to go Charles!!
Dustin Cribb: Called me to tell me my prescription was ready for my child at there closing time of 8 so when I drove five minutes up the road the were closed. What a joke
Samantha Jones: Pulled up and there was a crack head walking around begging for money. So I went to the drive thru and they were doing a Covid test in the drive thru had to wait a long time just to get my sons medicine. Had to wait for the test to be done which took 15 minutes and also for them to clean up after.
Chicara Williams: As one of the comments already mentions, it took forever to get the shot I came there for. I showed up for my booster and it took well over half an hour past my appointment time (I showed up 10 minutes early by the way) to actually get it. The only reason I got it that soon was because an older lady waiting with me had to scold the staff for how slowly the process was going. It was only me and her there and they weren’t that busy, so it shouldn’t have taken that long in my opinion.Jump to a few months later and my boyfriend goes to get his booster. Not only did they take forever administering it to him, they also thought he was there for a flu shot and charged him for it initially before realizing it was the wrong shot. He got his money back, but it seems like somebody there is either incompetent, overworked or just absent minded. I hope they get the rest they need soon because that makes no sense. The staff was honestly very nice and I hate to leave a negative review because of that, but they have to get things in order at this location.
Jessie: Made an appointment for a vaccine, showed up, then waited 40+ minutes past my scheduled time. Only one other person in line that was not moving. Understaffed or inefficient or both.
Cocoa Penn: Clean & quick checkout
G M King: When we go there it takes awhile to get prescription filled, it's like they are always behind.
William Warfel: Long wait at pharmacy.
Karen Fisher-jackson: The best pharmacy for my needs.
monique rigmaiden: If I could give Zeroooooo stars I would because I just had a dumb experience. My kids had to use the restroom really bad and they closed the restroom more than 30mins of closing time and didn’t want to open the restroom for my kids to use it. My husband talked to the lady and she had an attitude with opening the door. Once my kids went in, there was a person in their using it.😒 They said they close the restrooms early for the homeless people but I’m a paying customer and my kids can’t hold it and I went in there for a couple of things and I was in and out of there. It’s sad when people treat you a certain way when they don’t even have to.
PEACHES: This Walgreens Is Convenient For People That Need To Make A Quick Fast Stop To Pay A Bill It Have Western Union Service To Make It Easy To Make Payments On Your PWC Untilty Bills And Other Bills, For Just A $10 Fee To Send Off For Bill Payments. Also this store reload and upload Chime debt cards for free..
Evelyn Mackie: Found everything I needed 😌 🙏 🙌
Eddie Willard: I am prescribed a rare form of nasal spray for my seizures this Walgreens was unable to get my medicine for over 10 days other Walgreens in town run laps around them very short and rude when they speak to you
William Gardner: Pharmacist 👩‍⚕️ is so kind and considerate of the customers. I don’t know 🤷🏾‍♀️ his name but he is great 😊.
Sandy Collins: I haven't found them very friendly

Walgreens: what do users think?
Emily Sewell: This was a HORRIBLE experience.I’ve never been spoken to so rudely by a Pharmacist or Pharm Tech.I was simply picking up a diaper cream for my baby, and the staff not only talked about me to where I could hear, but also talked trash about my doctor too, after they spoke to him on the phone.Horrible customer service, won’t be back.
Jackie Cashwell: If it were possible to leave negative stars I would. It's not the store or store employees, it's the pharmacy and their employees. They are ALWAYS rude. They have absolutely no positivity in them. I pray I NEVER have to use this pharmacy again!!
Ted Lora: Not even open for business
Loretta Mckenzie: They just don't care
jUSTIN nOPE: Need more staff.
Brianna Perez: I came in with an issue regarding the photo area and Brenda went above and beyond to make everything okay while handling a line of customers. I will be back again.
Shakila Bowens: Worst pharmacy ever. They are very slow and rude
Vida Leigh: I currently moved to the area, so I got my prescriptions moved to this location. In all my years of picking up prescriptions from Walgreens, this store is the absolute worst. Terrible customer service and communication. I've tried on 4 different occasions to pick up my medication in which I was unable. On the last attempt I arrived and was told by LINDA it would take a few moments to fill (even though I had received a notification letting me know the medication was ready 2 days prior) I waited for aprox 10 mins and at 1:30 I went back to the counter to see if it was ready - when I was told again by LINDA they would not be able to get it ready for me because the pharm went to lunch, and he has to sign off on it for them to be able to give it to me (THEN SHE JUST STARES LIKE SORRY NOT SORRY) How can you check someone in and THEN not notify them that even though they are filling my medication, the pharm stopped to go enjoy his lunch. I'm glad he was able to enjoy his lunch while I still can't get my medication. The absolute worst location. IF YOU READ THIS PLEASE DO NOT GET PRESCRPTIONS FROM THIS LOCATION. (If I could give 0 stars I would.
V L: Mrs.Linda in the pharmacy is awesome! She answered my call, answered my questions and made sure I had the info I needed!
Audrey Renee: Horrible service. I’ve been on hold for 45 minutes and the horrendous waiting music has said “there are more than 3 callers ahead of you” for the past 2 hours. I’m just trying to ask and see if they take tricare!! I’m sorry, but god forbid people who need their medications if it’s life and death.
Elena Del Castillo: Worst pharmacy...bad customer service, inconvenient closing. Never answers the phone, unorganized. The company needs to fire and rehire
Aly Hamed: worst''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''
Jaclyn Evans: I placed a Pick-up order & they charged me twice. (Once on the night I placed the order, & once on the day I picked it up) Then tried to lie and say they only show one transaction. gave me the run around and finally just hung up on me.
Uneaka Graham: This is the worse pharmacy ever. Take my advice and RUN!!! My doc called a medication in on a Wednesday, and on that following Monday they tell me its not in stock. Yet they received the medication on that previous Wednesday. Thays just one situation, not to mention they are very slow. Barely want to answer the phone and a whole bunch more. I will be switching my medication elsewhere. This location is horrible RUN!!!!!
LaKesha Baldwin: Pharmacy is terrible they are never on top of things they are alwasy out of my medications. They tell me when I can pick them up and when I come to pick them up they arent there, are on back stock, or need to be ordered. I always get the run around with my meds and they always mix up my insurances. I have to deal with pain and whatever else until they get they issues straight. Honestly if CVS carried the med I needed I wouldnt even deal with Walgreens at all. Sometimes they even have one lady that unpleasantly welcomes you, like yea can I help you smh
Brian Delrosario: Quick. Clean. Helpful. Walgreens accepts Tricare Select for Retirees. I just had to pay a few dollars instead of hundreds. Prescription filled the same day it was prescribed.
Arlene Johnson: I went to get my Shingles shot there on July 8th and they gave me a reminder to come back on or near August 5 for the 2nd dose. I made an appt for 8/8 on the website. I get there they tell me I have to wait 60 days. They give out the wrong info and then act like its no big deal, they gave me this paper.
Al “Enterprise Truck” G: Be prepared to wait 45 min with one pharmacist working.
Joshua Nuzzo: Pharmacy is so busy they make mistakes . My average wait in line is north of 30 mins. After standing in line inside the store that long only for the cashier to be very rude . Then make a mistake and cause you to wait in line again. I strongly recommend you find another location. I sure will be
Therealsuyoung: Vanessa is extremely rude. Needs to work on her customer service skills. And this location is super slow! I asked For a transfer at 1pm. My pharmacy sent over the script and they tried to tell me they didn’t receive it until 5pm. I did Not receive my meds until after 6pm! Definitely wont be using this pharmacy anymore.
Angela Blake: It never fails. Always something wrong when using the Skibo Walgreens. My husband dropped my RX off, ask if Medication is available. The lady checked and stated “yes we have it, it will be ready at 11:00.” Get a text 50min prior to pick up stating “It’s out of stock” . I go back myself to pick up script to get filled somewhere else. I have now waited 30 min to get script back. 11:44 . So from 9 to 11:44 to get one prescription filled and still not done . The last time I came her , they gave me wrong blood pressure medication. I was never coming back here again. My husband brought it here not knowing. SMH Incompetence should not be an option in a pharmacy. Build a relationship is not even possible. Very disappointed once again. BUT IT WILL NOT HAPPEN AGAIN! NOT AT WALGREENS ON SKIBO.

Walgreens: what do users think?
cindy Mangiboyat: Horrible horrible people here and service. The old staff was great now they do not care about any patient in the pharmacy. They argue and treat you like you are a problem. I amMoving all prescriptions to another pharmacy immediately as I requested earlier. Stay away fromThese incompetent people!! Lee, Ashley, Elise. Terrible customer service
Terry Thomas: Quick service when I got my Shingles vaccine. Always friendly and get my meds right.
Christina Pyle: This pharmacy has been heaven sent and they are always on point. I'm very grateful for their hard working team.
This is horrible. This has happened since I transferred them in October 2022 to this location. I'm still suffering!
Desiree Norah: the pharmacist, Mr. Lee, was very rude and unprofessional. i had a few questions about a perception i had never had and he was responded as if the questions i was asking were ignorant. i also had questions about a second prescription and he did not know what i was talking about and instead of looking up my records he chose to ask a women what i had told him it was called loudly as if there wasn’t already a bunch of people around. i will be calling back to speak with a different pharmacist that can actually answer my questions
Sandra Young: Been using this pharmacy for years. Recently I have been able to get around better and have been there to get immunized for COVID. Katrina gave me the attention needed and it was painless. The process went smooth. Nathaniel the pharmacist explains things and tells you about your medication in a way that you will understand. The pharmacy staff care about your well-being at this location. Esse Cisco Sandra and Alexis try their best to move the lines.
Dana Horne: The lady at the window was very nice. The medicine I needed, they had. However...I was the 3rd car in line at the drive-thru and from pulling up to leaving...43 minutes. Car after car that pulled up behind me, drove off. If my Mother did not immediately need her meds, I would have driven off, also.
Jennett Leach: Has everything I need.
Erin Leigh Lunsford: Great friendly and patient staff for photos on the go! Fast and great quality
Sabrina Wearins: For the most part, I liked this pharmacy ok. But there is this one dude, on October 22, 2022 about 5:30 pm, that was not nice or helpful. He always has an attitude and rushes you off, as if you're bothering him. I asked about the prescriptions that my email confirmed were ready. He said I had one. I tried telling him that my email confirmed there were more. He ignored me and rushed me off. So I pulled back around the drive thru again, for me to tell him the same thing. He asked me my DOB, I told him. Then all of a sudden I had 2 more prescriptions ready. HahaI tried to tell him that the first time. He definitely is a negative person to work the drive thru window. Such a drab and not nice. So I have decided to leave this pharmacy and go back to Walmart after many years here at Walgreens. I can NOT take the rudeness and the inability to fill and give the prescriptions that are filled or need to be filled. Just pathetic.
AceFrm159: Would leave zero stars if it was possible! I get the same prescription every month and I’ve run into problems with this pharmacy. It’s never in stock and you don’t find out until the day you need it! You call and they put you on hold, when you finally get someone they have no answers and talk to you like your an infant!
Susie Landry: I shouldn't have to call six times just and get hung up on before I can speak to a pharmacist. I also for store manager. Waited over 20 minutes then was hung up again.
Tami: This is my local Walgreens where I basically use for my pharmacy more than for shopping purposes. The building is old & could use a facelift for sure 😉 The inside has always been clean & the staff some what welcoming. The issue I have is with the pharmacy 😏 They are slow & somewhat rude. I won’t even go inside to pick up my meds because of this! One time when I went inside I stood at the counter literally for 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged me & I was at the Express Pickup 🤦🏼‍♀️ Since then I refuse to go inside & now use the Drive Thru which is a disaster in itself 😠 There is only 1 lane that can be used & if you go between 3-7 pm except to be waiting in line for 15-30 minutes. I don’t understand why they are so extremely slow at this location 🤷🏼‍♀️ And forget trying to call the pharmacy, what a joke! I have been on hold for 45 minutes more times than not. That’s just their norm for this pharmacy. I’ve given this Walgreens ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️’s because of the pharmacy, not for the store. Just beware if you’re considering using the pharmacy at this location.
K Prince: I had a pick up here. The cashier was friendly and helpful.
Sean G: It's faster to drive to a different location than to use this one.Used this location because it's the nearest one. Waited over an hour from check-in for my appointment to getting a shot, with literally nobody else ahead of me in line. Just ridiculous.Heard two prescription customers both waiting over an hour asking what was going on, being repeatedly told they were almost ready.Go somewhere else.
Amy Elizabeth Marchelle Lang: Love this pharmacy. Not only is it close to my house but the service is quick and the pharmacy technicians and pharmacists are friendly and understanding. I specifically want to give a shout-out to a kind young lady named Tiffany, she was extremely helpful to me on a day where Tricare was down and I was in a time crunch to pick up my medication. Thank you again Tiffany!
Boonie Adams: I use to love this location as years gone on they have became very rude very unprofessional very untrustworthy they keep u oh hold for a long time then they turn around hang phone up on as if they didn’t know u was on hold as well The pharmacist to fill the medicine shows no concern about your medication or any questions you have to ask and they also give you problems with getting your medication filled they pick and choose who they want to deal with and who they wanna treat the way they wanna treat I noticed this after seven years and now I’m finding me a new pharmacy do not go to Walgreens in Hope Mills is a uncaring pharmacy professional pharmacy find you a better location and this is the truth
Denise Delgado: The people in the Pharmacy are worked to death. This is NOT because of the pandemic. This has been going on for the past 6 years that I’ve lived here. Those poor people have been swamped, abused by customers for things out of their control, and they are exhausted. Every time I go in there the employees are trying to help a long line of people inside and in the drive thru. I can’t even imagine having to deal with phone calls on top of that. They need to hire MORE employees so the employees and customers can be happy. I’m sick of companies demanding the impossible from their employees. That’s why they are miserable and that’s why the pharmacy is a disaster.
Sohrab Oshidari: Never take a photo for your passport. Do not accept
Abdulhamid Musleh: There are so disrespectful and rude. There are no leadership in that place. The pharmacy is horrible. The call system takes forever and I was waiting in the phone for more than 40 minutes. This place is ridiculous. I went to buy my son medicine and they refused to give me my sons medicine. They refused and start to disrespecting me and that the end I walked out with no medicine for my son.
chuck Sasin: Good as always

Walgreens: what do users think?
Brenda Colbert: I go here primarily for photo prints and they always do such a great job and the customer service is superb.
Tara Tope: Horrible customer experience the girl named Nisha was rude as hell I've been in customer service for about 19 years and I'd never act the way she did. Won't be back I've already changed all of our perceptions due to poor customer service and lack of respect!
Monica Speegle: Rude and not helpful I called to speak to the pharmacist and was hung up 2 times.
Jessica Harris: I love Walgreens 😍
Tony The Photographer: Manager problems here ! Close it down and start over !! Assistant manager needs to be fire like yesterday!!!! I feel for the workers here !!!!
Ilia Sharp: Had a 9:45 flu shot appointment but I left at 10:15 because I hadn't been seen. I understand the pharmacy being busy but the consumer is also busy.
unique brown: Don't use the pharmacy there. Even the manager (name starts with a R she wouldn't even tell me her name) is rude as it comes. Go down the street to cvs or anywhere else. Don't go there!!!!
Stephanie Stanley: Poor service in the pharmacy department. Everyone that works in that department is not on the phone with customers. Plus didn't fill all of my medications.
Tiffany H: I’ve called 3 times and held forever because there “were more than 3 callers ahead of” me. Then it gets to me and they hang up. Same thing yesterday. I’ve been waiting on refills for 5 days, this is completely ridiculous. Their customer service is awful. There are plenty other options for pharmacies that I’ll be switching to and hope others use caution and do the same.
Emily McLauchlin: I waited over 30 min twice in the last week waiting to speak to someone in pharmacy. Wait time inside and drive through is outrageous.
Ashley Hill: Awful customer service, terribly rude staff and extremely long wait times in the Pharmacy. Constantly “not receiving” Rx’s even though providers have multiple confirmations of delivery. The pharmacy area is always crowded with staff seeming to be cutting up and playing while customers are waiting 30+ minutes for service or their medication. Ridiculous. Was literally just told my sons medication had been “waiting at the filler to be filled” for over 4 hours … THERE IS NO FILLER. 😳
shara newkirk: Drive thru service is horrible
Pam Wise: Rarely do I write poor reviews but this Walgreen Pharmacy tops the charts for poor service. Left 4 scripts with them Tuesday and now Sunday & only 2 were filled. Phone calls each day, Saturday some still not called in. When picked up the tech who took the bottles and wrote down the info on Tuesday remembered the order but apparently the tech filling the script said they didn't have a phone #. So they proceed to disagree on what was given to them. I finally had to call them back, just give us what you have so we can leave. This is just sad.
Ruby Young: Very clean
Joan Riley: My doc called in a zpack for me. When I called the store about having it delivered, the most courteous lady, I believe her name was Lauren, assisted me and said they would text me when it ready for pickup since it was a quicker option than delivery that day.Within 20 minutes I received a text that it was ready for pick up.Thank you so much, Lauren. Your attitude and great customer service was absolutely appreciated.
Steve T: The worst! How do you give zero stars?! Waited 30 mins for flu shot and they didn't even have the paperwork ready, even though it was filled out online ahead of time, them blamed us for not telling them it was already filled out. Terrible communication and customer service.
Jah Tafari: This is the Crackhead palace. Just to enter the store, one has to navigate the sea of drug-addicts in the parking lot, harassing you for spare change. They have sweet store workers. But the pharmacy is out of order. No home training, at all. Especially miss Victoria (with the purple hair). She told me to get the heck out of the store when I told her she gave me the wrong prescription. The pharmacist Rashanda is like a female hulk hogan. She has no manners, etiquette, or principles. Rude, rude, rude.
Greenie Witch: This has been my pharmacy for a few years. Had good and bad experiences. But the good ones outweigh the bad ones going through the drive through. Staff are okay. The pharmacist named Laura was always helpful since she spoke Spanish and was attentive. But she’s not there anymore. Still a good pharmacy and in a convenient location.
Marie AdoariT: Don’t go to this PHARMACY… I was told twenty different times when my prescription would be ready and every time I would go up there to see if it was it wasn’t or I’d get some excuse. Plus they’re slow as hell.
Krisleigh T.: In an attempt to pick up photos at location #07805 address 3296 village Dr. Fayetteville NC 28304. Store attendant Helen asked for a digital photo release. I am informed Helen I purchased the photos digitally from Thompson photography and there was no digital photo release in the digital link. I showed her the receipt for the photos and the email from Thompson photography telling her I had unlimited access and copyright release to the photos. Helen stated the photographer owns the photos for 100 years if I do not have a paper I can provide her to put in her hand then I was stealing from the photographer. I attempted to call ,email and text the photographer unsuccessfully. I also had unprofessional photos in my order that Helen would not let me pay for separately. I requested to speak to a manager and the manager stated I could fill out a form assuming responsibility if the photographer chose to take legal action against the store for allowing the photos to be printed. I stated that was fine because I purchased the photo digitally with a release to be able to print them. Helen stated I don't think that's an option because if that happens you'll be fine $10,000 and I don't think that's something that you want to try to pay so I don't even give that option. The point is if that is an option that option should have been given it is not up to a CSR to decide what information to offer different customers by what they think someone can afford to pay or what they think someone should do. Helen was utterly difficult, frustrating and negligent in her position as a customer service representative. One of the other store associates apologized for the interaction with Helen. I received an email from Walgreens corporate however they so did a poor job of following up. Poor management starts from the top.
Christina Marie: This pharmacy is terrible with communicating what the customer needs to do in order to fill prescriptions that require Dr. Authorization through insurance. I was told I could pay for the prescription in full without Dr. authorization three times in person on 3 separate days and once over the phone. I decided to contact my Dr. office and have them let the provider know that I needed authorization. When I found out my provider was sick, and wasn't able to send the authorization yet, I decided to pick up the medication today and pay full price as I was told I could by the pharmacy tech earlier today. When I got there the tech was dismissive and told me I could not pick up the prescription without authorization from the Dr. I had to go inside to talk to the pharmacist to get an emergency 5 day supply of the medication my provider prescribed a week prior. If someone would've communicated that to me the first time I wouldn't have wasted my time trying to pick up the medication 4 different times. Also, I had to ask the pharmacy tech to let me finish communicating with her because she kept telling me that there was nothing they could do, but obviously, there was something they could do because I got the medication filled partially today after speaking with the pharmacist. I have been going to this pharmacy for over 12 years and after my experience today I am switching pharmacies.

Walgreens: what do users think?
Michelle Revelo: They "forget" to list apartment information (apt 1/A) on prescriptions, even though it's listed on your account. So if you get meds delivered, FYI, you're meds will be missing. Don't trust door dash of course. Who uses doordash for medicine delivery? That's beyond me. It always used to come via secure FedEx :/ Highly do not recommend this location anymore... transferred all my prescriptions out immediately 5 minutes ago after that phone call.
Natalie Higby: Worst.pharmacy.ever. No matter when you come there is a long line of people trying to get helped and are being turned away. They need more staff and better systems.
Charisma Williams: cosistent
Julia Meyer: horrible pharmacy. don’t care to get your medicine to you on time. If you’re picking up medication you obviously NEED it. ridiculous.
sharon mosley: I used to love Walgreens but since the pandemic they suck really bad!! Prescriptions take days to get filled, there people are rude and it's like no one know what they are doing.
Breezy Fades: Took three tries to get one prescription right workers have attitudes when asking a question.
Jennifer Casady: Literally sat on the phone for 2hrs waiting to confirm pharmacy med pickup since I didn't get a text...only hung up when I walked in the door. To my surprise not even busy for a 2hr hold time on the phone...I brought it up the pink haired lady shrugged it off...I absolutely hate this Walgreens but it is only option...can't conduct any business on the phone or the app to be accurate.
uri ortiz: After one hour waiting to be attended and without letting me know the time or price to pickup the prescription, and they just hangup on me. What a service and bad communication between the pharmacy and the customers.
Jasmin G: This is the worst location I’ve ever been to. All the low reviews are accurate the pharmacy is horrible with service. I was on the phone for an hour and a half and they hung up on me. When I wait in line there’s always a line of customers ahead of me. They have no regard for anyone’s time. My prescription was supposed to be ready on Tuesday it is now Friday and still not ready with no update.. they need to be stopped.
Z L: Do not send a prescription here. They just can’t fill prescriptions fast enough or are incompetent. The rude young clerk wearing blue scrubs with a sew-in wouldn’t tell me why it was not ready at the time that they told me it would be. The older lady was nice though. I will not be back because of this uncalled for rudeness. It’s not unreasonable to want my medication and ask about when it will be ready. Maybe give this young lady customer service training or hire someone else.Any other Walgreens is better.
Tiffany F: Found a few things that I had been looking elsewhere for, however I did not find what I had initially went in there for. Not as "convenient" as I had hoped
Tiffany: They never answer the phone. Very unprofessional. You can't call and check in prescription, you are forced to drive there and wait.
Clemmie Ward: the most disorganized pharmacy chain I've done business..forget them for vacines..each store organized different but neither serves the customer
Stella: Would give 0 stars if I could- worst Walgreens ever. Rude, unhelpful and nobody bothers to pick up the phone for the pharmacy. Ever.
Sama Abed: If there is no star i will give it to them i called them to pick up the medicine every time they give me time and when i call they did not finished yet !!!!on other pharmacy they give me the medicine after one hour !!! Really bad
Jim Stacey: Impossible to get them on the phone. Incompetent management.
nazira buddie: pharmacy is extremely unorganized and the man who I spoke with twice had terrible customer service and seems to hate it there. i’m new to ordering a refill and instead of requesting it from my old pharmacy as the protocol says he tells me to call them and just wants to get off the phone. it felt like being on the phone with the DMV. walmart pharmacy is so much better I go even though I have to pay just so I don’t have to deal with rude people.
Stay Strong: My daughter was sick so I called several hours after her appt. to see if her meds were ready. They put me on hold about 30 times over a period of 18 mins. Sometimes they said to hold, sometimes I just heard them in the background laughing before being put on hold again. Not professional or considerate at all. This will be my last time trying to call them as they clearly want you to know they could care less about your customer experience. I have worked in retail 10+ years and would never even on a bad day.
Mary Gates: With the new team the Walgreens at Bunce now sucks. I had been going to this same pharmacy for over 15+ yrs and now the service is slack, rude and uncaring. They do not answer the phone or promptly put through prescriptions. I am thankful that I am leaving the area. Poor example of what customer service should be.
Arvind Patel: This pharmacy is a disorganized place. I went for COVID 19 vaccine. They made appointment for next day for vaccine. When I went next day, they told me there was nobody workingthere who could give vaccine! I saw 10 people working in the pharmacy at that time. To ask a simple question, you waste 20 minutes in line.
Anthony S.: 6 hour wait for ONE prescription...I will never use walgreens again. Back to CVS like usual.

CVS: what do users think?
Robert Neumann: The worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY.
toya lee: Went to CVS on rockfish Rd this morning around 9:15 a.m. to get my daughter seen. We are an African American family. We went inside and there was a white lady already sitting down. A minute after there was a white lady who worked there in a white lab coat who asks the lady sitting down did you get checked in okay. I didn't know who she was talking to at the moment so I asked her me and she said no. minute when it was at and there was a white lady sitting down. I then asked her was she talking to me and I was still standing up at the time. She was actually speaking to the only woman sitting down. The lady sitting down asked me was I trying to get checked in and I told her yes and she said the kiosk over there. So I proceeded to get my daughter checked in to find out that there were no available appointments although it said available for April 22nd, 2023, the date I was there. The lady working at the clinic did not even speak to me or even say a hello or good morning so I don't even know where is she was. Very unprofessional. The lady that was sitting down was more pleasant than the lady working the clinic. She took the lady to the back and we left. I don't understand why they were no appointments available and there was only one person sitting down but, I can understand that some people appointments are a different times and that is how they are seeing. Went to first convenient Care and got my daughter seen in less than 1 hour. Staff was friendly and helpful not like this white woman that didn't even give us the time of day.Had to repost because my HONEST review was deleted. SMH
kelly dennis: The pharmacy always has an excuse as to why my medications are not filled. No one answers the phone. The employees look miserable and act like it is an inconveniences to provide basic customer service. Unfortunately for me CVS is the preferred carrier for prescriptions.
celiaoxendine@yahoo.com celiaoxendine@yahoo.com: Will not answer the phone was on hold for 30 minutes.
Bethzain monsalve tovar: My daughter had a surgery yesterday and she had a prescription for pain medication. When I went to get her the prescription at CVS Rockfish, they said that I would have to wait for them to text me when the prescription is ready to pick it up, and we never received that text or call. My daughter couldn’t sleep from the pain, at 9 am I was at the pharmacy and they only gave me one of the prescriptions but not the one to manage the pain. She said that there’s a list and she doesn’t know where I’m in that list, I’m still waiting for my daughter prescription…
Aimee Collins: The minute clinic is 6/10, only because I was seen 45 minutes after a scheduled appointment even though there was no one else waiting, I'm guessing it was due to me never getting the confirmation text but either way the Doctor saw me and asked if I had an appoitment just to go into a room and not come back out.The pharmacy is awesome though, they are always extremely busy but you can tell they work hard and do what they can, as quickly as they can. I'll go out of my way to come here for the minute clinic and pharmacy.
Rachael L: Slowest most inefficient CVS I’ve ever visited. I waited in line for 30 minutes at the drive through. They should’ve asked the person to pull around. When I got to the window (four cars waiting behind me) they shut it down because the pharmacist was on lunch. Take care of your customers first and properly. You can wait 10 minutes for lunch so someone can get their antibiotic.
Deborah Basile: rudest people i ever met never again
Tiffany: Great Customer Service, Great sales on things that help my family and I. I enjoy shopping because the prices are always visible. Blessings
Jessica Manns: Inability to access medications consistently which significantly impaired my treatment and frankly, job stability. When I call ahead to see if they have it in stock, I will usually get a yes or no-Usually a vague date for when they will. Long wait times and front staff have been increasingly rude if not outright derogatory. Im done with this place.
Cheryl bauch: Came at 6 pm for shots not in system then had to reschedule for 8. Remind u nobody here to get shots. Sat here for 2 hrs because I live too far away. Now it’s 830 and still no shot. Pharmacist letting it thaw out. Give me a break! Never ever coming back here.
Alicia Texidor: Make purchase to be pick up in store yesterday received a message saying to wait for another on that will tell me to pickup that it was ready my husband went to store because it was him the one that will pick it up and they never found it. Big 😞.
The Mincey: Love this Store! Always nice and friendly with never an issue! Thanks Makalya and her help right a wrong that the Cliffdale road store and their lack of customer service! They can surely take a note out of Makalya's book when helping the customer. This is my favorite location!!!
Robert: The Minute Clinic needs to be renamed to the 45 Minute Clinic.
Jessica Grooms: Tried to get a Covid test, but the only way to sign up is by internet & my device will not let me register online. I called in & they said they couldn’t schedule an appointment over the phone. This is certainly discriminatory towards the impoverished. Not everyone has access to internet or the ability to use a device to schedule appointments. I’m a teacher & trying to get a test so I can go back to work. Very disappointed that I was told to go to FastMed.
Lionheart Glassworks: I went to the minute clinic. I had a great experience.
Heather Hall: This is my favorite CVS in the area! I know that the pharmacy staff has been through it this past year but they still are polite, friendly, and helpful whenever I pop in! The store itself is clean and easy to navigate, and you’re greeted whenever you walk in the door. There also hasn’t been a single time that I’ve been in the store that someone hasn’t asked me if I needed help with something.I’ve also had the pleasure of using the Minute Clinic. The PA was so sweet and helped me with my ailment. I was seen on time, and my prescription was ready for pickup in ten minutes. The whole process from the time I walked in until I was walking out was about 45 minutes.
Bri: I used to love CVS, and this location had been my favorite, but here lately it's not worth the trip! First of all, the self checkout kiosks are making the checkout process ridiculous. They're so touchy that a cashier almost always has to come help people, which means he or she is basically manning multiple registers at once. That means more stress on your employees, longer lines, & a longer wait! For me, one of the biggest benefits of shopping at CVS, Walgreens, etc., is getting in & out of the store fast. The other big benefit had been savings with care pass & coupons. Well, that seems to be going out the window too! There were several items on my list today that were nearly TWICE the price of items on Harris Teeter's shelves. Since these items would have been more expensive even with coupons, I left and went next door to Harris Teeter.
Denis Song: If you schedule a covid test here just show up like an hour later you’ll be fine.
Melanie Aiello: Minute clinic is laughable
Lauren Kozur: I think this is the most miserable place to go to. If you're feeling sad and want to feel worse, this is your place. The ambiance within the establishment is horrendous, all of the poor folks behind the pharmacy counter appear to hate waking up each day. I don't know if they're just that bad to work for, or if the job is that terrible, but goodness these people need a break

BJ's Wholesale Club: what do users think?
Marcus Rogers: At 3:20pm 7/5/2013as I was headed out the store the young lady with short hair glasses she checked my receipt which is fine then she asked to open my cooler I said ok she was not gentle with my cooler at all she slammed it around in the basket putting scratches on it and then when she opened she just popped it open scratching the cooler and the only thing she did was laughed I don't see nothing funny about throwing people products around I hardly ever leave reviews
Lynda Miranda: Love the place, variety and prices. The coupons help me save a lot! And gas prices are good!
kathy crowe: What's not to love about BJs? Orders are always correct. When shopping in store, 98% of the items I want are fully stocked. Efficient check out. Good workers, friendly and helpful. I fee like I wasted a couple years with Sams Club.
S. P.: Profiling at its best! Everyone pays a membership to shop here and yet they still racially profile their members! If the company/management is worried that people might be stealing, don't have self check out or put an employee at the lane to "help" put items in cart, so they can verify items were bought! I was stopped at the door, so that the employee could physically take out of my cart and count items and then put those items into a different cart. She said she has to do that. However, when we were done, I waited to see if the people behind me got the same treatment. She never taken out any one persons items out of their cart, she never touched their items. She glanced at their cart and said “have a nice day”. She did this to several people. Do I believe it was racially profiled. You bet your sweeta** I do. If I wanted to be racially profiled I would of kept my money at Walmart or sams club.
N White: Membership is decently priced. Selection and pricing is great for many options. Like to go in and just walk though and see what they have. Checkout is usually very prompt, if it’s slow it’s generally from the customers actions. Location is good, not too far on one end or far from Skibo. Gas prices are always very comparable and cheaper but often the wait time for pumps can be a bit.
Anand Ganesan: Awesome
Ricky Raccoon: BJ's has started relying on trickery by offering digital coupons if you spend "x" amount of dollars, (usually $100-$150) on one qualifying purchase. The trick is they delay doling out the digital coupon until a future date, so when you make the qualifying purchase, you have to notate it on your calendar to see if they'll be good for their word.In my case, they were not. When the date of the digital coupon deposit finally rolled around, I noticed it wasn't there. An inquiry to BJ's Customer Service triggered an email stating I didn't meet their criteria, although I have all the relevant documents proving that I did.Further email communication with BJ's revealed that I had allegedly only purchased one "qualifying" item, in my case, Downey Fabric Softener. The rest of the purchase was just for normal household goods.I won't be fooled again by their trickery. It's plain to see how they're now using dubious tactics like this in an effort to get customers to spend extra money by dangling a financial carrot, only to break the bonds of trust they've made with us over the years, who do this in good faith and expect BJ's to live up to their end of their agreement, which at least in my case, they did not. I will not be renewing my membership with a corporation I can no longer trust.Buyer beware.
Brittany Foti: I was turned away from shopping at BJs because I had my registered service animal. I've been going in there with her in the cart forever with no issues. All of a sudden, I was told it's a health violation to have her in the cart, on her own blanket. She watches me. She can't see my face from on the floor if I start to have issues. As long as there are sick kids permitted in the store and in the carts to pass their germs along and leave drool/snot everywhere and it's fine, I fail to see an issue with a medically prescribed animal (who is clean and doesn't shed) simply doing her job while I shop. I will not be back and if you have a service animal of your own, you may as well avoid the headache. An absolute disgrace. I will be in contact with the correct departments to handle this.
Brad C: Love the store. Keep the one way gas pump nonsense in California, though.
Stu Williams: BJ's tire shop is the best in town! Great service, best prices! Friendly and helpful staff!
James Rippeon: Gas pumps never work. Credit card readers malfunction more often than they work.
Sandra Young: Liked the products but don’t really see a savings in prices. Compared to other places their prices are high. As a handicapped person all of their rows of ride on carts are broken. I had to use one that made my whole shopping experience unbearable!!! The employees were friendly and helpful and they were offering free samples. I like the fact they sale in bulk but their bulk prices are not that much of savings. They should fix the riding carts. It’s a shame that they have 20 broken ones sitting there. Shame on management for thinking that handicap people do not matter!!!
Nichole Samuel: I love it. It's an awesome store . It's like Sam's club but nicer and bigger. A better selection on what you can get.
Amilcar Andrade: Great value
Ed Welch: Great place Great service
Kimberly Handel: They don’t pull expired meat, bread, and dairy products off the shelf, and even though their milk is allegedly well within date it goes bad a week before that. Called corporate to tell them they may want to check their cooler and they blew me off entirely. We are switching to Sams club.
martin Havok: Tried to talking to one of the deli workers completely ignored me looked at me and kept putting chickens in the counter for sale very rude customer service switching after today membership expires soon 🙄 im done we come here every week and the deli people look miserable and take it put on the customers .....I'm done thank you
Anna Wilson: Such a hustle & a hassle for a military spouse on a budget.Looks just like Costco inside for the layout, and we really love Costco.BJs prices are really not great compared to Walmart or the Comissary at Ft Bragg NC. We joined with a promotional membership fee of $25, with a free gift of $40 in shopping credit.Packed up the kids, spent gas money to get there and back: the prices were so so high for even paper towels & TP; we got one pack each, $40 spentGot to the cash register and only $30 of the $40 was able to be applied. So we received barely any discount with fuel to get there and back, and I'm 99% sure I'll never go back in there for a $10 remainder.Nowhere in the fine print did it mention the limit on the promotional credit. So deeply frustrating.Never again BJs.
NICOLE Sampson: On 7/26/22 I was sent a text my order was ready at 11:41am. I go to BJ'S Fayetteville NC to pickup my order curbside. I go to app to checkin and can't checkin from app. I try several try and still can't. An older short white woman walks pass my truck several times and ignores I am waiting. I finally get my order after waiting 45 minutes. Another short white female employee around 60 years old finally delivers my order to my truck. She literally throws my order on my truck and complains about how high my truck is and how heavy the items I ordered are. I paid for a membership to shop at this store. I won't renewal my membership again after the way I was treated from these 2 white female employees. I am very very dissatisfied with the service from this BJ'S. I am treated like this every time I come to this store.
Caroline Jayasuriya: DONT BUY THE CUP NOODLES SHRIMP ZERO SHRIMP COULD HAVE GOTTEN THIS AT DOLLAR STORE HALF PRICE THERE CHEATING PEOPLE BUY GIVING LOW QUALITY
Cindy Hensley: Love BJ’s. And the way you can cut coupons and use manugfactodeyy I
