Holly Littell: They advertise they are a EAP provider, however after calling I was told they have very few that take EAP and the ones that do are always booked. Doesn't sound like they really take it, much less new customers... Also shows what type of therapy they offer when only "a few" help people using EAP benefits.

Sara Taylor: Whoever is in charge of following up with schools to make sure they have all the adequate paperwork for if your child has a 504 plan/ learning disability I have been calling since Christmas, they will not return the school phone call or mines either and when I have talked with people they assured me it will be taking care of but nope

Lish Gray: Ketchman is a lazy provider I was asked to complete expensive tests and then instead of following up to confirm the information he said I was lying on the tests for attention and never asked to speak to me again not even to give me the results.

Willow Alston: Dr Ketchman completed an incredibly biased evaluation of my son. He came to a conclusion about my relationship with my son without ever even interviewing me. When I called his office posing as a client of my ex’s attorney who needed an evaluation that would get me full custody, his office staff said they “regularly work with Attorney ________” and tried to set up an appointment. This was an opportunity for my son to finally get the help he desperately needed and Dr Ketchman clearly had another agenda.

Ckcjcn Ckcjcj: Highly disappointed with my experience here I genuinely wish I could give ZERO stars. Had to wait over TWO weeks to get a video call to get back on my antidepressants. First of all, I didn’t even get to speak to a psychiatrist-I spoke to a nurse practitioner. Secondly, the call was maybe.. 10 minutes long? She barely asked me any questions and before I could even tell her that I was struggling with severe anxiety on top of the depression, she was already filling out my prescription & finishing up the appointment. I’m not going to lie, it was a sad excuse for an intake & I will make sure to recommend against going here. Do better.

T Brown: I filled out an online request. Received a call back the next day. First question was insurance. I told them Medicare. Immediately I was told I'd have to have a referral and their counselors that dealt with Medicare are booking a couple months out I could not believe they would just push me off when I reached out truly needing immediate help. I guess I can just say I tried. It's not as easy to get help because this was proof it's about money more than true help.

Debbie Stark: It has been over a year since we went on the list for testing. When I leave a message and if they do call back, the answer I get is that he is still on the list and it shouldn't be too much longer. That was months ago.

Kelly Montanez: My child has struggled with school for a very long time and I was referred to the Haymount Institute for testing. This testing was completed and scheduled for 1 December and I have still been waiting on a report for over three months. The response I keep receiving "the doctor is writing the report" and timeline keeps moving to weeks. After much persistence today it's finally been "uploaded as we speak". This is absolutely unacceptable as an institute that is meant to be helping me to help my child. Thank you for setting me back further in my journey to help my child. Thank you for taking my money.

Fransisca Beecher: I started going here when I was 16/17 years old, I worked with Kari (she's on of the therapists) and she has been nothing but amazing. I had to stop going because I got married and Kari didn't accept tricare yet. I messaged her a year later and she confirmed that she does now! I'm excited to book my next appointment with her, the atmosphere in Haymount is homey and all of the staff are so polite. I definitely recommend going here and seeing Kari at least once. She's amazing.

E. Rosa: This daycare is horrible, has a high turnover rate different teachers every other week. Half not certified, or not changing the kids and doing what they are supposed too.. high fees which are not worth it and charges you for cheap off brand diapers (cuties) , I use to work here as well , left and transferred my kids elsewhere ! I had to always correct teachers when it came to my kids and as a parent I don’t like that. They have cameras but honestly they don’t half work (blackout) or no one checks them. I know for a fact from working here teachers pop the kids in the bathroom where cameras can’t see them (especially if they can’t talk good ) or talk inappropriately around the school age children the supervisor has favorites and doesn’t correct the behavior. They don’t do curriculum like there supposed too because it’s a early education program but all they do is have your kids seat there and do basic stuff like color. My 5 year old cried every day and hated going. And to top it all off the director Tahshia Johnson is childish and disrespectful. Talks about the staff and kids it’s definitely not a family environment 🚩

She comes home singing songs, and talking about how much fun she has. She wakes up on the weekends asking if she can still go to daycare. 🤗 The staff is so friendly and enrollment was so easy. MONICA HIMMELEIN: I'm not sure who loves this place more, my son or myself! Im so lucky to have found this place. The staff here is absolutely the best! Everyone is so friendly and caring! They have spent so much time and have had so much patience with my son learning how to walk which means the world to me. He started daycare only taking a couple steps and after a couple weeks has already begun walking unassisted! I absolutely love the picture updates throughout the day. Every morning my son is so excited to go to daycare. I don't blame him though with all the fun activities he gets to do throughout the day. I could never be more appreciative of these wonderful ladies. You can definitely tell that this is more then just a job to them, it's a passion and it shows! I know that my son is always in the best hands when he is there. I wouldnt reccomend anywhere else!

They are so special to us that we left for about 3yrs and came back and everyone remembered our faces and treated us as if we never left. My daughter will be going to kindergarten this year, but Sunshine House will always be our choice of daycare.

At first, I really didn’t want to go with them because it is a bit costly, but it definitely pays off with all the extras and awesome care they do provide. My baby loves it there and they are so good to her. All the staff there are so sweet and welcoming which really helps when it is your first child and having to bring them to daycare. Definitely would recommend this daycare at this location hands down.2/7/2020 update: My daughter has been there over a year now, and she still loves it. I love it. All the teachers are great and so is their leadership. I am so blessed that she attends this Sunshine House. if you are looking for a daycare; you don't have to look any further. If they have a waitlist, get on it!

Kiara Chapman: Over the past 5 years I have experienced some amazing teachers at SSH 145. My boys have love the center and have truly blossomed with the structure and lessons taught in the center. The staff is always well-mannered and jolly. SSH means love, caring, joy, structure, excitement and overall caring of our children. I would choose no other daycare to go to other than SSH 145. The staff at SSH 145 care about all the children and families whether they belong to their class or not. WE LOVE SSH 145!!!

My son is well loved and is always happy after a day spent with these wonderful women!! I am always greeted when I come in and spoken to when I leave. They always want to make sure that we are on the same page when it comes to the well being and growth of my little man.
