Perry Goodheart: OVERPRICEDFollowup, so I contacted Anita as asked, provided number for text and awaited detailed paper receipt in the mail. NOTHING.If I could make this lower than 1 star I would.Same day, pump installed and water flowing. I did however ask for a better receipt with cost breakdown. Simply calling the office (?) and coming up with $1400 bill does not cut it! 4 couplings, a wire splice kit, unknown pump brand, and service call is what my receipt reads. I asked for a better understanding over a week ago and have yet received one. I will change to 5 STAR once I understand pricing. I am not a person that is OK with the "that's what it costs" pricing and attitude.
Dustin Laster: Showed up in a timely manner. Problem is fixed right away some miscommunication, but overall great job. Very satisfied with the company.
Margaret “Terri” Harps: Tried to overcharge and talk us into pay directly before figuring out the the problem. Wanted direct payment even though we were working with a home warranty company (happened twice). Was without water to home. Never stated when they were coming and that they were there. Called another company, primed pump, no parts or repairs needed, water back on running fine.
Yulonda: They fixed what another company claimed to have done. Got my water up and running in a few hours. I’m happy!
Aaron Reynolds: I gave Cape Fear a call and they came out the same day after another company said they couldn’t complete the job. Mr. Doodle came out to my rental property and identified the problem immediately. His expertise and and dedication on getting the job does is second to none. His domain knowledge significantly increased the work production of the job. If you need well work done , call cape fear and ask for “Mr. Doodle” to save you time and a headache.
Erik Johnson: Our well had run dry. Called Cape Fear and they sent a crew out the same day. Those two men had our well repaired and producing great flow in no time. Friendly, knowledgeable and at a fair price. I highly recommend Cape Fear Well and Pump. Thanks!
Jack Owen: Paid $300 to lower the pipe a couple inches lower into the ground. Induced a stoppage between the well and the house and tried to blame it on my filters which the water is not even reaching. Left the well heat lamp unplugged and off. Showed up unannounced with no call ahead after days of them telling us they were about to come out and no showing and not answering or returning calls. They won't fix the stopage that they created and said they just happen and to call a plumber. The problem is now worse than before I had called and we have next to no water reaching the house. I wish I hadn't called them.

Paul C: Jerked me around over several weeks. No-show'ed to appointments. Finally told me they were going to raise the price to just come out to look at the well from $100 to $150 with no reason for the price hike.
Mitchi Rose: Called them the first time and was told a tech would call me when they were on the way. A couple of days went by and I called them again and they apologized and said they would call the tech again. Another week went by and still no one so we just told them not to even bother.
Knitwit: They came out on a Monday.He said because we had to wait he would not charge labor for pump. What?? When we said total est. was kind of high, he suggested a "used" pump. Had a bad feeling that was what the one quoted was ?? We have money: just wanted a fair estimate.
David Hayworth: I called Cape Fear well out to replace a pressure switch on my pump on my well they came out and changed it and it worked great worked great very courteous bills well service will not do what I told them but charge me for 2 service calls and my well never did work
Sara Marada: I am having a pool installed at my house and this company installed the well at my house. I need a plot of the where the well lines run to my house. I have been trying to get in contact with them for two weeks now. My calls have never been answered, voicemails have not been returned, nor have my emails. I have had to pause my pool installation due to the lack of communication through this company!!

My husband called Cape Fear Well & Pump the next morning, they repaired the pump and switch within hours of contact. They didn't hit us over the head with the cost and they were professional and friendly!

Gerald Gaynor: I purchased a Jacuzzi from the Daphne, Al store over a month ago and it was delivered within 5 days but the tub was cracked and I've been trying to get a replacement for almost a month. When I call they said they will track it and call me back which they never have after 6 calls I still don't have my replacement. I guess my final step is to ask for a refund.

Baby Face Trucker: This is for the truckers. The old docks on the front is not the docks you are gonna use to unload. The docks are through the gate so dont try to get in that part of the parking lot. They have much more room in the back .
