Elvira White-Lewis: After reading the reviews good and bad and calling several well companies with no return calls for weeks I contacted this company and he came out within a few days and discussed the project ( a new well and sprinkler system) I decided he was the one. He has just completed the project today and I am very pleased. He explained everything along the way and how the system works. He does not accept credit cards and while I like to use a card to earn airlines miles that was not a deal breaker for me. His costs was reasonable considering the phone quotes that I received from other companies. He worked very hard for many days and seeing this on a daily basis, I understand fair costs. I would highly recommend Mr. Shelley. He was pleasant to deal with and answered all of my frequent questions and there were many!! I am glad that I found this company.Service:Well installation

NKS_Marcus 123: Fixed well pump 3 years ago and did a good job. Fast forward 3 years and his business has went 180 degrees. 2 seperate confirmed appointments with no show and no call. Gave him the benefit of the doubt and left 2 messages after no show. Hate to say this but I can no longer recommend this company.

Shelby Rutledge: Hands down Mr. Shelly was a blessing on a very hot Saturday morning. I called over 15 other companies and they were iether closed or not willing to drive to my location. Mr. Shelly was polite, punctual and extremely reasonable with his price. Within an hour of calling him the issue was addressed and fixed. Knitwit: Very disappointed. Came highly recommended. He said we had a deep well (wrong) that would require a lot of labor, and he "couldn't do it." Referred us. My husband said maybe he thought we didn't have the money to pay for it. If he only knew. We had told him we would pay cash. We are just starting on major home repairs, and water was the first thing. Don't judge a book by the cover. Money wasn't a problem. Some of us are better off than you might think.

Anthony Moore: I was charged 900$ for a pump repair and was guaranteed if something went wrong Mr.shelly would come out and fix it. When I called he said he would come tomorrow and fix it he never came then stop answering my calls. So I called him on another number and he answered and i explained I have four kids and no water at that point it had been a week and a half he apologised and said he would come later that day and fix it he never came again and then stop answering the phone again. In the end I had to pay another well company 95$ to come out and fix it it took them less then 30 minutes. Im very disappointed being that he said 550$ for the the job then turnt around and charged me 900$. Guaranteed me and then told me he would come check it out if something went wrong but left me and my family with no water for a week and a half.

Esmeralda Pereyra: My well water pump broke overnight in a money Pitt of a home that we just closed on and after plumbing and new roof needing to be installed, a broken water pump was another added cost and stress not expected to hit us financially.Mr Shelly showed up promptly right after my early morning call. He got to work immediately to figure out the problem and unfortunately for me it was a worse case scenario. The pump, tank, electric, and all pipes and lines were over 20years old and original to this house when it was first built. EVERYTHING NEEDED TO BE REPLACED! 😢.He was very patient and understanding when I explained to had a home warranty and was dealing with that. Turned out the home warranty that was a paid by our seller, didn’t include the well pump. and as soon as we got our financials squared out with that, he returned promptly to complete the job. I had water, by the early evening, running again. He was very knowledgeable and did not try to rip me off. All new items were an upgrade in horsepower and size of my water tank and my cost was very reasonable. Paid $1200 in total to completely redo my well pump. Great business, great guy and honorable. Highly recommended

Jack Owen: Paid $300 to lower the pipe a couple inches lower into the ground. Induced a stoppage between the well and the house and tried to blame it on my filters which the water is not even reaching. Left the well heat lamp unplugged and off. Showed up unannounced with no call ahead after days of them telling us they were about to come out and no showing and not answering or returning calls. They won't fix the stopage that they created and said they just happen and to call a plumber. The problem is now worse than before I had called and we have next to no water reaching the house. I wish I hadn't called them.
