C R: My organization ordered about 500 t shirts for an event. The ordering process and communication was great. The delivery, however, was not good at all. The amount of shirts was incorrect and came without an invoice. We triple checked our ordering count but Kelly didn't agree. We asked her to send the 11 missing shirts and she said no. She then changed her mind and sent the 11 missing shirts, but they arrived a week after our event. So disappointed and will order from somewhere else next time.

Ben Sally: I received a quote in March from one of the employees. I had three different organizations the t-shirts were going to be printed for. I asked the lady if they all needed to be done at once or if it was ok to do them just prior to the season of each sport I needed them for. She said it didn't matter, so I left the larger majority of shirts in my garage for the last several months until we needed them. I called this morning to drop the shirts off and asked to speak with the same lady that sent me the quote and they informed me she didn't work there anymore. I asked about pricing and they said don't worry about it, we'll find the quote, come on and drop the shirts off. so, I went down there and unloaded all the shirts, went upstairs and they proceeded to tell me they found the quote, but wouldn't honor it. She then trashed the other worker that wasn't there anymore and said she had misquoted. Whether she misquoted or not, I don't know; but what I do know is the lady that's not there anymore was extremely helpful to me and courteous. I was not treated as such this time. I had switched from a reliable screen printer to these people only to be disappointed. Don't make the same mistake I did.

M Kelly: I shopped at Carolina Specialties in the winter of 2013 to order uniforms for a a youth basketball team that I was volunteering to coach. Shortly after picking up the uniforms I notice one of them had a burn in the fabric. Within a day after picking up the uniforms there were numbers and letters falling off the jerseys. After one of the jerseys was returned to have the front number corrected, within days the back number started pealing off the jersey. It's been just over 2 weeks since I picked up the uniforms, and I've noticed numbers or letters pealing off half of the ten jerseys.I'm really dissapointed because the parents of these 10 kids entrusted me with their money and I chose the wrong place to get them a good return for the value they paid.I don't think I'll be doing business with them again.
