Tj Chestnutt: I called a few minutes ago and asked if I could have my muffler tips changed out from chrome to black tips I had ordered. The guy kept asking if I wanted them replaced with chrome, I said No they are chrome already, I want to switch out the chrome with black tips I have.He responded "I don't need to do that, thank you"So basically, if I don't allow you to do what you want to my car, or use your parts you refuse the job. I wouldn't let them get within a mile of my vehicle.
Dan Taylor: Old school set up, with polite and friendly staff. I have a 1999 F-350. I called ahead, came in, they inspected, and are able to replace my muffler in the same day. $350 is a good price. I definitely recommend.
Greg Hansen: Rude. Mean. Obnoxious. Ed’s is less than 5 minutes up the road, go there instead. He wanted money because the car was messy on the inside. I haul a lot of stuff between multiple businesses and we were getting ready to make holiday donations. All the seats are taken out for that reason. When my car broke down on the side of the road and I slammed my brakes items went flying, sure a bit messy. I had to have the car towed from 30 mins outside of town later in the evening after they were closed (Needless to say the interior was not my biggest concern atm). I called the next day to let them know I had the vehicle dropped off and they said they’d give me a call once they had a look. I called them the next 3 days to see if they had looked at the vehicle. On the 4th day the owner, Maylin said he wasn’t going to work on the vehicle until I bring him money first because it was a piece of junk and it was messy inside….ok?? He didn’t even want to turn the vehicle on until I brought some money…$200…after 4 days of just sitting there. I’ve been paying for a rental vehicle and now I’m going to have to pay for another week. Btw it’s Saturday so we’re stuck until Monday. Completely inconsiderate.
