Nicole: Called to discuss a fibroid embolization surgery... only a 10 min phone call. Get a bill where they charged me over 500.00... FOR A PHONE CALL. These hospitals, Dr. Offices, and specialty offices are nothing but robbers that the government has legalized. Its terrible how comfortable they feel taking advantage of hard working ppl.

Everyone seems to go the extra mile to ensure everything was being communicated, and to make sure I was at ease and comfortable. I was truly grateful!

Keisha Patty: I would love to have given 5 stars but I cannot. When I first was seen as a patient, the providers seemed to care. But my last provider did not care at all and would not even talk to me but for 5 minutes. I loved the nurses and front desk staff because they were very professional and curteous. But to be told by a provider that my insurance denied my claim and stated that I just needed to exercise was very rude and demeaning to me as a patient. I would have recommended them before. But definitely not now.

Jean Molden: I had to go in for a biopsy and if anyone has ever had to have one before you can only imagine that they are scary and can be uncomfortable to go through. I have to give a huge shout out to the medical staff there, from the moment they took me back everyone was warm, comforting and went out of their way to make sure I was safe and comfortable. This was not my first time having to go through this but it was by far the best experience I've ever had while going through it. Thank you all to Valley Radiology for making a scary time a lot less traumatic!

Amy: This was my very first time at The Breast Center at VRI. I was really impressed with the facility & everyone there from start to finish (receptionist to clinicians). The atmosphere & friendly staff decreased my anxiety quite a bit. Should I need any other imaging in the future, I will be sure to request it be scheduled at Valley Regional Imaging - Fayetteville.
