Stacy C: Rick has done a deck and two fences for us. The first fence and the deck were at our previous house. We had it and the fence for ten years before we moved. The fence never had issues and the gates never sagged! (I dislike gates that sag!) We loved the quality so much that we had him do the fence at our current house. When we had our deck done after the fence, we never had to worry about them keeping the gates closed coming in and out so our dog wouldn’t get out. I asked if he wanted me to keep the dog in the house so they didn’t have to worry about it. He said it wasn’t a problem at all. Yes!! Ashley from Seeger’s Fence contacted me immediately and was at my house within 24 hours to give me an estimate on my fence. As it turned out my very small residential job was something that would cost me a lot of money if I had Seegars fence company complete the task. Instead Ashley gave me advice on how to complete the task myself and save a lot of money. Petra Symister: I called Seegar's Fence Company at the end of September 2020 to get an estimate on a vinyl fence installation. They made an appointment for the estimate and Cam came out and measured the area where the fence would be installed. He took time to explain to me what was available and he said that he would send the estimate via email ASAP, but he did warn me that they were doing inventory and it might take a tad longer than normal to respond. Fortunately, it only took three days to receive the estimate. I had some follow-up questions about the estimate so I immediately emailed Cam back. NEVER HEARD FROM HIM AGAIN. CRICKETS. I sent a follow-up email the next day. NO RESPONSE. I ended up finding another company (Superior Fence & Rail of Raleigh) who were responsive, provided excellent service and great workmanship. They installed my fence and I am happy with the results.

Jimmar Alvarado: Terrible experience from the start. Should’ve have listened to the neighbors when warned about this company. Built a weak fence to where only corner plows had support. All others are the plastic poles only dug in. Hence making it easy for a gust of 15 mph wind to knock out the panels. Contacted the owner, 2 weeks later still no response. Lauren G: My husband and I had a really good experience with this family company. When I called, the owner himself picked up and made the appointments with me. He was always timely and stuck to the schedule he laid out for us. He was the only contractor who said we needed a permit (and whether we did or didn't we are much better off having one in case we ever sell our house.) Before calling LMS, I had an absolutely terrible experience with another local company who had a 4.7 star review on Google and we are still dealing with the repercussions of almost working with that company. With LMS, our fence was completed in about a week and a half from the time we signed the contract, received the permit from the Town of Clayton, and actually had them do the fence. There was absolutely no mess left on our property and our fence looks great. I wish we had decided to work with them first and I am very glad we ended up using them.
Mike McAllister: This company was the fence company through our builder and he didn't follow the drawing for our fence. He decided he was going to do what he wanted to do instead and left big holes beneath our fence big enough that our neighbor's dogs keep getting in our backyard. When asked to fix it, things had to be escalated to corp office for our builder to get him our and all they did is lower one plank and add a post (which did nothing for the issue we wanted fixed). We heard nothing but excuses the entire time dealing with this contractor. To add insult to injury, our direct next door neighbor's fence was done the way ours was supposed to be done and he gave excuses as to why they could not do ours that way even though our lots are identical. This was the worst experience with a contractor I've ever had. I will have to fix the fence myself when I have the time and money to do so, because they refused to do anything more to fix my fence. In his words, he thinks "it looks good." It's never ok to just do what you want regardless of what a contract says. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY.

Racquel Goodman: This company is pathetic. Do not trust this company to follow instructions or let alone your home cut sheet that you provided. Long story short, we requested for our entire property line to be fenced in. These terms were agreed upon over email and over the phone and also a cut sheet of our property was provided and as well as our superintendent being present on the area to help with any questions they may have had.This company still maintained to disregard everything we requested and was preparing to only fence in about 40% of our property line. If it was not for our superintendent reaching out to us (because we was still in MD at the time) we wouldn’t have caught them in the act!!!! He sent us pictures. I immediately reached out to ACME company and asked for them to correct the problem. They refused to correct the problem which I then told them to pull up the post and stop all progress on the fence. Now that I am at the residence, I see that they left the holes and concrete in my yard which I had also requested for them to fill in after they pulled the post up. Again… THIS WAS AGREED UPON!!!Now they’re is concrete and holes all over my yard!!! Overall they thought they were slick because I was not in town!! News flash!!! We found another company that agreed to provide the services we actually want for even cheaper! Nice try ACME!! Lol thought you was going to steal over $8,000 from me. Like I said, be looking for more complaints!

And then I took it to the work area to have my order filled in, oh, a very few minutes. The worker even loaded onto my pick-up for me! Whole there, I noticed all manner of brackets, supports, fence toppers in a few different styles.If your old fence doesn't truly need replacing but could use some sprucing up after storms, go see Acme on Bragg.

The Sandman: Great place, great people to do business with. Had a small project that required a little fencing and two swing gates. I had a fixed width for the gates. Acme set me up a package with the gates, post and all the hardware. It was ready when I arrived to pick it up. Fair price, the guys were very nice. I actually felt bad for not letting them install. KB: My first issue was that it was an inconvenience when I asked for the final bill in advance for review prior to them showing up at my door to request payment. A majority of professional contractors usually mail and/or email you the final invoice, which states payment due upon receipt as opposed to showing up at your door. My second issue was that my latch wasn't holding my double gate closed due to the latch not lining up. They sent an employee out to make adjustments, but here it is again my gate keeps swinging open from the wind. I have also now noticed a few boards are starting to bow out at the bottom because they were never nailed in. I also had issues with my gate sagging. My last issue is that about 3 months ago I couldn't get a return phone call about staining the fence. I probably called and left a message 3 times. If you read other reviews this is common practice by Basic Fence. I figured I would get them to stain the fence and have them fix the gate again and nail down the few boards while they were here as well. However, I never received a return called. This company has somewhat of a professional appearance, and a majority of the reviews seem positive. Now I'm questioning whether these reviews are from family, friends, and business associates. At the end of the day, they are a contractor looking to make quick money over professionalism and quality work. To wrap up I'll give you an idea of prices, because I like transparency and fairness in pricing, I had 250 feet of 6 ft privacy fence with one single gate and one double gate installed for $4,800.
