Lailah Holland: I bought my sister a ticket here to come back home and the HORRENDOUSLY RUDE WORKER LADY that is currently working there for the 12 pm-9pm train REFUSED to let my sister on because of her emotional support pets that are in a CAGE. This is DISCRIMINATION because my sister is a black and mentally unstable girl that has a learning disability. It does not say on the website that she cannot have them, and an even NASTIER worker man called my phone disrespecting me. The worker lady even denied to speak to anyone because she stated that she didn’t care, for this horrible experience I’m getting authorities involved. I’m NEVER WASTING MY MONEY ON AMTRAK AGAIN

Albe Mac (ALBE RO): They need to have employees help with your bags when you board the train and when getting off.Some of them just standing around watching people struggle with their luggage. Not cool at all. It’s a hazard, someone could fall and get hurt.

Kimberly Williams: I recently sent my daughter on a trip to New York from Fayetteville NC and the customer service was excellent at the Amtrak station. I especially want to mention George Ford. He was working at the station that evening and he was very friendly and helpful. I have read some of the negative reviews on here but, I have traveled by train several times from Fayetteville and always receive excellent customer service.

Princess RainbowX: This train station SUCKS do not go here if you have an alternative. For one It took forever just to figure out where it was because there are absolutely no signs letting you know where the train station is. There was absolutely no help from the people that work there. Which was only 2 btw, I went to the line because I figured I needed to check in or something, it had no signs letting me know what it was for but there were only 3 people in front of me. I lie to you not it took at least 15 minutes for the guy behind the counter to finally get to me and once he did he told me I didn't even need to be in line. Absolutely no help. After that I had to wait for the guy that checks bags in to check mine, it again took longer than necessary and it was only one person in front of me this time. He also had an attitude and was very short with his answers. And to top it off 10 minutes before I'm supposed to board my train I hear an announcement informing me that my train will be AT LEAST 45 minutes late. I will NEVER ride with this Amtrak again and will make sure to tell everyone I know about this horrible experience so they can have a BETTER one with a better travel system.

Davey Dee DocRock: Great staff, John, José, Kevin, Diane, and Silas. However, Brian is a poor excuse for an employee. The way he talks to and treats people is horrible. Then, after reports are made to management, nothing is done about it. I agree with Gerald Foster about the building and driveway. It's a disaster!

Sad to see a company line the pockets of upper management while disregarding the simple basic needs of facility maintenance. Shame on the TWT management in Kinston for allowing this to happen
