Luis Rodriguez: Went to this place because Wall Recycling was closed. Bad decision, worst place to go and sell scrap metal. Their prices are super low for others than metal. Didn't get near half of what I would at Wall Recycling. Also, the staff was super rude, like if they hate to work there. I do not recommend going here. Try Wall Recycling, you will see, and feel the difference.
Bottle Free Water: Corey is awesome. He is always friendly and pleasant.
Kim Bruton: The man that answered the phone was very rude ask me where I'm calling from and when I tell him he hangs up on me. I wouldn't take no cars to them if they were the last scrap yard in town. Poorly service learn to talk to your customers better and you could probably have a better business
BRIAN Digby: Scrap metal prices are way way down right now because everyone and their brother is trying everything they can do to get more money right now its almost not worth it anymore
Diego Baglioni: Do not go there...they paying you 0.21 cents per pound in stainless steel 304...scrap yard around them are 0.52 cents
Clarinda Cox: Decent prices for copper, & brass. Ok prices for aluminum. Not really worth it for plain ol' scrap metal tho. I've encountered both good & bad employees. I've been bold-faced ripped off by a couple of them, & others have gone above & beyond to help or just to be nice. I will say they pay better than the one off Ramsey st.
Kevins CustomPens: They werent busy when I went so it was pretty quick. Ive also been there and have had to wait in line, luck of the draw.

Gregory L. Hunt Jr.: Was looking for a place to get some cash to help with the end of the year office party. The staff was fantastic. the two gentlemen Camren and Austin who assisted me were outstanding. I had to call and leave a message about the guys cause they were just that awesome.
Sarali Olea: The rudest customer service ever I called to ask for prices some guy answered the phone I asked about pricing about material he had an attitude already and hung up on me . They’d never get my business thank goodness I called before I drove up there .

I have been here for going on 4hours and I've watched several trucks that checked in after me go before me. MAKE SURE YOU SCALE FIRST. they should have a sign up that says that but they do not. I think the guard just picks who they want next at this point. We're all delivering the same thing....so.... Sheesh I wish I can do less then 0 stars.... There's no restroom in this lot and no vending services....I freaking hate here!!!😠🤬 The guard actually told me that they don't stop rolling for truckers. I'm diabetic and I wanted to go get something to eat at least... I was told I'd lose my place in line. Stupid

Jerrytin Cans: The lady working in scale house doesn't need to be rude to customers I can't help the problem in on her end.Not on my end.
Hayli Baker: They never pick up trash as scheduled and they never answer the phone. Its been over 2 weeks. They take off more holidays than banks do. At this point Ill go to the dump myself.

Randy's Auto Repair: Why aren't you picking up my trash every other week as promised? I pay for it. You don't miss a draft when the payment is due but yet here i sit with a shop full of trash that i can't get in my dumpster. Highly unacceptable!! You need to fix this issue because this has been going on for months! So not only do i have to pay you guys to empty my trash i have to monitor it to make sure you do your job. I thought that was my reason for hiring your services to make my life just a hair easier. Yet here we are.........month after month having to take trash to the local dump because y'all don't empty my dumpster and when we call we hear it was picked up last Tuesday. WRONG!!! We have 16 cameras recording at all times. No Dumpster was Emptied!Our Trash is over full and we have a truck bed full it's been so long!
Justin Fout: New customer So far 2 and half weeks to set up first pickup service did not get my container until day after my first pick up. Second pick up date missed again also after 6+ phone calls to customer service asking where my recycle container is? It will be there tomorrow I have herd 3 days in row the other 3+ phone calls I have been transferred to a supervisor I mean voicemail with no follow back. Hope service gets better. Don’t get me wrong the employees I talked to were very helpful and sympathetic but ?
Man Rid: Can’t believe it’s BEEN 45 days since worker drop our trash can in her truck..FRANCINE is the name she gave us. Ridiculous.. whats wrong with this picture.. we need another can ASAP..don’t like any OF excuses given to us we didn’t drop the can… incompetent is no exception. Do your job right,,
TC Cummings Property: I have a investment property in Fayetteville, NC. Was told that my bill would be $250/month and the sales rep said 2-3 times on the phone that there would not be any additional or hidden fees. My bill came to $360 because of hidden and additional fees. The amount of money is not why I'm giving a 1-star, I don't care about $110. It's the principle. GFL - either your representative was lying to me or just incompetent.

keegan wilson: This company has the rudest customer service department. Trash was delayed over a week and the Fayetteville number did not pick up either. So, when I called to alert them my trash was missed yet again, I had the rudest woman tell me it was early to give them time to pick up. I said I was only calling due to the fact we waited a week for pick up the week before. Very rude Customer Service.
nortonalvin: Do not use GFL for your trash pickup service there have been countless times that they have not picked up our trash. The office is just as unreliable every time our trash is not picked up if you are lucky enough for them to decide to answer the phone, you will be told someone will be out by the end of the day only to have to try to call them the next day because they still have not shown up. Nearly every time our trash is not picked up it takes several days to get someone out. On occasion we have had them come out same day but that is definitely the exception and not the rule! If you have any choice at all I certainly recommend choosing another pickup service provider.
Taylor Edwards: I HATE GFL! They are not reliable at picking up your trash. I've lost count of how many times they have failed to pick up my trash. But refuse to take trash from a non GFL trash can when they do decide to show up. I pay my bill on time every time. Oh let's not forget the time they threw my trash can away, didn't bring me a new one til over a week later and then charged me for the new one! And of course we have all our Christmas trash in the trash can and they miss trash week only to shut down today and not be open until next week!I will continue my search for a different trash pick up company.
