Dekyan: The first time I went to Lotus Day Spa I’d been looking for somewhere to get a massage for weeks and a lot of places were already booked up. I was in tears, my neck and shoulders were so stiff I could barely turn my head. Immediately when I called they told me they had appointment availability that worked for my schedule the same day. Zake gave me such a great deep tissue massage that I felt so much better when I left and I was so glad I went. Since then I’ve been back at least 10 times and it’s great every time.

DeseansWorld: Not sure where I should begin. I guess I can start at the bathroom since I went there first before my massage. The bathroom had cockroaches on the floor and there was no toilet paper in the stall. I should have left then. I had a male masseuse, which is fine but I don’t think that man was a licensed masseuse. It was given..he didn’t know what he was doing. He was just free styling on my massage and was pretty much doing random stuff. Normally when I get a massage I don’t want it to end. I was so ready for him to finish my massage that’s how bad it was. Only good thing about the massage was the heating massage table, and he stretched me at the end. Even the mints they have up front were stale. I am new to Fayetteville and from the reviews I thought this would be a nice experience, but it was not. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend.

I messaged the company and waited until 5:15 before deciding to leave.My appointment was booked online and I recieved the confirmation email. I even confirmed thru the website chat appointment time and date. I drove across town and left work early for this appointment just to arrive to find it closed, then had the pleasure of driving home to raeford in rush hour traffic.All in all not a good experience, unfortunately.

T: The male therapists in this place are great. The asian female not so much. I got a 30 minute chair massage and it was awful. Massage is suppose to be slow and deliberate, not fast and erratic. My back literally feels like I have a sunburn because she rubbed my shirt across my back. Again deliberate downward pressure not across. I would still recommend for people to visit this place, just make sure you get one of the male therapists and not the female one. Enjoy.
