The instructor Ms. Lindsey made our daughter feel welcome and provided feedback and encouragement throughout the class. Luis Silva: I enrolled both my kids for the intro experience, and was able to be in the lobby without a face covering. My kids were enrolled in different classes and had no issues when I took my son, we were in the lobby watching my son play and have fun. Nobody mentioned anything about our face covering unless we went inside the where the class was being conducted. The next day I bought my daughter and the receptionist was extremely rude and sarcastic towards my family. She was forcing us to wear our face covers and I informed her that we’ve been here without them and it there was no problem. She refused to serve us even after our class had already being paid for. We were happy to enroll our kids and we’re going to enrolled them for the summer camp will not be doing that due to her behavior. I will find another place to take our business. It believe it was about $200 per child to do the summer camp, thank you for saving me $400.Not due to the face covering but the inconsistency of the service, because we asked prior to enrolling them.
