My pet was not able to walk for a week. She is a five year old Chihuahua, as opposed to the "two year" old age they had on paper work. She was completely immobile on her entire right side after receiving her shots. She would not eat, or use the restroom. When I'd called back to speak with someone at Vetco the next day, I was told they do not utilize Vetco's services daily. The lady did NOT do blood work prior to giving my baby a heart worm exam. When I took my baby to an Emergency Vet they had to give her medicine to assist with her pain and proceeded to tell me that the vet who performed the shots did not administer the shots properly. Which were in the locations of her stomach, thigh, and leg (if anything was given in her leg it should've been her shoulder.) My baby did not move the entire time they gave her the shots, so it was a matter of inaccuracy and lack of precision versus it being a matter of stress due to my fur baby "moving". I would strongly suggest you all to pay more money to have top tier service from a business who treats your pet as family and not a quick check.

My large puppy loved this! I wasn't sure what my puppy would like but he loved it and I had to buy a few more for travel this summer.

Im not really one to complain but a few months back I had bought a pacman frog. and I was handed a frog in a tight small container he could barely move he was visibly uncomfortable I looked at the workers ( a man and a woman) working that day and left.

I was asked to leave this store for not masking even tho I told them I couldn’t wear a mask! I was treated rudely by associate. For God sake you let animals in to poo and pee but I can’t come in! I will never do business with this liberal company again. I will be sure to spread this to all

I love this place. The employees are very kind and they really passionate about dogs. I used to bring my dog to Petsmart- never again, they care about money. One of the employees that work there that used to groom my dog is very unfriendly, I don't feel welcome or they just don't care. Petco employees are kind and personable. They take care of Yumi very well. I love this place. I rather spent my money on a place that shows love to my dog.

I wasn’t going to say a thing but I had a grooming appointment a few months ago asked for haircut and my pet only received a trim and took 4 1/2 hours. The salon was very dirty, I observed paper on floor, dirty glass, hair all over floor, foul odor and the workers reeked of cigarette smoke. I did express concern and was told they said this was their best. I feel if this is their best they need more training or a new career. This salon is a joke you get can make grooming appointment online to be told in store they won’t cut hair. Yet everywhere else I go will cut provide a haircut. I feel the salon workers are very lazy and trying to do as little as possible. They suck won’t be back!
