Pamela Montini: Horrible company! We knew we were running behind on our bill so we called this morning to pay. Literally, and this is no joke, the rep on the other end had us on hold for 11 minutes and during that time our power was cut off. When she came back to the phone we were told there was nothing she could do about it. Are you kidding? All we were trying to do was make a payment and it gets shut off as we’re ON THE PHONE with the company? Then we were charged even more to have it turned back on.Unfortunately this company is a middle man who re-sells power and has a monopoly in this area. Such a waste and I wish we could use a different company!

Billie jo Kelley: I see all these bad ratings and im sure they all have a legitimate complaint. But if you run your AC and heat on peak hours is almost like 4 times the money. Summer peak hours are 2pm to 6pm avoid running your washer and dryer and ac at these times. Winter peak hours are 6 am to 9 am. What I have done is do my wash after peak hours and put them in the dryer after 10 pm...thats when charges are at its lowest. And in the morning my clothes are ready to fold. I am on pre paid I love it because you can control how much you use. You get alerts every morning telling you how much you use. If you go by the peak hours. And stay on top of your electric....It can work out great. I average about $4 a day in the summer i did average about $6 a day because the hottest times of the day are between 2pm and 6 pm which are peak hours. I hope this is helpful.

Prince Mellow: Great company been living in my home for 6yrs now and never had a serious problem. Had lights go out twice due to someone hitting the main box and it was fixed within a hour. Wayyyyyy better than PWC.

neelis smith: Every 2 minutes my power goes out and then back on. It's been doing this since 4am that I'm aware of. But my appliances read power loss at 12am. Called and all they say is they are working on the problem and can't give a time.
Melissa Grandoit: Negative stars would be more accurate. If you are renting, buying a house and this is the company you use for electric, RUN! DO NOT WALK! RUN! I have NEVER used this much electricity in ANY place I have lived as they claim I do here. I wasn’t even home for MONTHS and still was being charged for usage. I let them cut it off for days on purpose and STILL was being charged my pre pay. They claim they still charge for taxes. If your power is off, my account should be zero usage/charge! Winter is here and they are charging RIDICULOUS amount. More than 15/20 a day and my heat is not even on all day just mostly night! Went to walmart to buy a heater & another guy mad about this very company because of the overcharge. I didn’t even know him and he was so upset as I am with this company. I would absolutely NEVER NEVER recommend this company! Someone needs to take them to court regarding how they measure their electricity being used. They are greedy, rude, unprofessional when speaking to them, Liars, just avoid PLEASE!

Orlando Smith: I was in their office today for new service. The lady who completed my application for new service was very professional and, more importantly kind during our interaction. It was quite refreshing! She took the time to patiently explain the service conditions. The company is fortunate to have such a person employed there in my view.In stark contrast however, the lady at the front counter in a green dress and bare feet, not so friendly. Asked if I had "called first" when I told her the purpose of my visit, and before I could answer looked at her computer screen and muttered "no" to herself. Then with a dismissive backward wave of her hand said "Go wait somewhere in the lobby and someone will be with you". Bad day? or just Bad manners?
c: So this company has a deal with Fort Bragg Credit Union. They said I have a credit score of 650 even though it was 740ish across all credit bureaus and said they require a huge deposit or get a waiver from said bank. The bank requires you to sign up for a savings account and gives you the waiver.
