Rick Ryan: After taking my low mileage Mercedez to this business “ for small windshield leak the car was brought back to me with soaked carpet and water dripping from underneath my dash . The owner explained he had a hose on my sunroof for over an hour/ never checked my drivers side “ only passenger side”I was livid beyond words with water all the way into my back seat . Told him I would have major electrical issues ! I was more than Right as trying to get my Mercedez to be inspected by several leading shops and the dealer “ my OBD” was fried!”.. leaving me with needing a new cumputer at over 4100.00 .. the owner would not file an insurance claim only telling ME TO FILE MY OWN CLAIM With MY INSURANCE “ my ins company USAA did nothing to me and said I Need to take him to court... After back and forth with this business they claim they did nothing wrong ! Leaving me holding the bag with a car I can not get inspected as worthless to me ! DO NOT have anything to do with this business!!!! Still pending court !

She would always say "I love blacked out rims on a car". These rims are amazing! It's unreal what y'all can do to old rims making them look like we custom ordered them from a rim manufacturer. So when we removed the sun visors and headliner, the headliner broke in half because it is so old and was not in good condition. We knew we would either have to find and buy an aftermarket headliner or find one in a junkyard and have it recovered. So I went to Joe Barnett at S.E.A.T. and told him what happened and asked if he could order a new one for us. To my surprise, Joe said "let me see the broken one first". Once he saw the broken headliner, he said "there is no need to buy a replacement headliner that he could restore that one to be as good as new". To be honest, I was a little doubtful about his comments. Well, he showed me!!!! Yeah, Joe knows his craft and has skills. The headliner looks great as well as the visors and they look like a new car. His turn around time was impressive as well. Thank you Joe for helping us when we thought we would surely have to buy something new.If anyone needs any of these services listed above, I proudly recommend each of these businesses. I saw quality and integrity in each of them. I believe in giving credit where credit is due. Clark Kent: Could have easily had me wait a month for an available appointment and charged me hundreds of dollars to replace a vinyls strip with a small crack in my leather car seat as was originally quoted. After talking and asking if there was any way to fix the seat without having to replace the entire cracked panel he mended the crack right there on the spot free of charge to prevent it from getting worse and explained the pros and cons of that type of fix and what to expect in the future. An Amazing first time experience with this company I explained my sunroof problems (WhichThe Glass Will Not Close Then) we set up an appointment he told me when my vehicle would be ready which was the same day he called gave me a break down to what caused the problem and said your car is ready... Before going to this Company I went to GMC Dealership which they stated they charge $146 an hour JUST FOR LABOR they ONLY REPLACE sunroofs which is $1800 plus tax don't be fooled labor and parts are separate I also went to C&C on MacArthur Rd. They gave me an estimate which I thought was reasonable so I dropped my vehicle off the next day the Secretary called an added an additional $500 which I didn't authorize an I refused that wasn't the original agreement and they told me it was a 3 man job that takes up too 3 days too repair FALSE my SUNROOF WAS REPAIRED LESS THAN 7 HOURS🎉🎉🎉🎉 Anyone reading this review and have any SUNROOFS PROBLEMS PLEASE CONTACT THIS BUSINESS FIRST PLEASE!! I can name so many places or businesses I went to before I was referred to this owner PRICES ARE REASONABLE I DIDNT PAY WHAT C&C ON MCARTHUR RD ASK FOR OR THE GMC DEALERSHIP!!! Love that the people there worked with me and got me in the car and I am extremely grateful.However, let me be brutally blunt, this business has not been very responsible in keeping communication with me. Granted I have no problems calling them, but when it is only a one way street how is that good service? I have called and called and called. It would be nice to receive a call and get information from them without having to pester them.I have received NO updates on any of the tag or registration, no tracking number, no estimated day it should get to our address, nothing. It has been two weeks since my temporary tag has expired. I have now been pulled over TWICE both times I have been given a citation for of which I now have to fight in court. I understand the DMV plays it’s part in headaches but come on… this is unacceptable in my opinion.

But it is a Used car. I just recommend you getting your car and before you putting crazy miles on it and trying to drive to Jamaica. Get a tune up. And maybe tires. Save yourself the time later. Tamika James: Bought car Two months ago and the engine is rattling and crackling. It drove smoothly on the test drive, so they must have put something in it to hide the issues. First three weeks I found out the brakes were completely worn out and needed a caliber. I replaced it all. They prolonged registering the car in my name pass the 30 day temporary tags. Bad engine. Car looks nice and shinny on outside but is a lemon. Do not recommend this place. I will buy a new engine, but please avoid this place. It'll save you the headache.
