Lauren Preddy: 0/0 stars. We do NOT recommend using this company. He was paid upfront to do his job and only did 1/2 the work. He was then called on more than 10 occasions to complete the rest of the work for inspection purposes; he would say that he would be there on a certain day/time and would never show up. The inspector then had to become involved and has been having issues with him as well. Overall, poor professionalism and work ethic.

Kelli Cunningham: Wish I could give ZERO STARS!Contacted this company on April 8 to pump and inspect a septic system at a home we are purchasing. He told me that he would go one day the next week, but he wasn’t sure which day. He said he would contact me when it was done. The next week I hadn’t heard from him by Wednesday, so I reached out for an update. He said “tell your realtor it will be done tomorrow”. Never heard from him, so I called him Friday morning. He did not answer, but immediately texted me “please text me”. I texted right back asking for an update. He did not respond. I texted him an hour later and he ignored that as well. By this point, we were coming to the end of our due diligence period, so I called another company (Belton Septic).They went out the same day and found a completely full septic tank and the lid of the tank was cracked and broke upon removal. Had Clinton Road Septic gone out, as he said he did, he would have emptied the tank and found a broken lid (which would have crumbled if he had removed it). Instead, he LIED and told my realtor it was fine and there were no issues. This man never went at all. If he had, he would have asked to be paid. He is a liar who does not care about running a reputable business. Do not waste your time and money on this man. The only good thing is that he was not paid for the job he claimed he completed.
Jody Whitehurst: I am a Realtor and had a very tight window in which to get a septic inspection for my client before closing. The inspector I spoke with told me on three separate days that they were going to the house that day the do the inspection. Each day they did not go. I wasted a week of our precious time waiting on them to do what they said they were going to do. No one ever answered the main business line and this inspector stopped taking my calls. I ended up finding another inspector to do the job last minute, but I would never recommend this company to anyone. The only reason I am giving two stars is because the inspector was at least very pleasant each time they told me they were going to do something they weren't planning on doing.

I Called customer service on today 7/2/2021, come to find out our service was not scheduled in the system. All customer service could say was I am sorry.

Cumberland came right away and took care of pumping out my septic tank for the price quoted. They were kind, courteous, and above all professional. Don't hesitate to use them.
