Randy's Sewing Center: what do users think?
Tracy Bonsall: Great product and customer service was great!
Marilyn Sidebotham: Great all-around service, especially repairs, and selection of machines! So grateful for this local business!!
Chris in Wilson: If you are interested in purchasing an embroidery or sewing machine, you should really consider visiting Randy's Sewing Center. Randy’s has an excellent selection of machines, supplies, and anything you could need along with an absolutely wonderful staff. They are a locally owned family business that caters to their customer’s needs and provide exceptional customer service. Randy’s has over 30 years of sewing machine repair experience and will happily help in any way they can. When it comes to the purchase of an embroidery or sewing machine, which can cost hundreds or thousands of dollars, it is extremely important to consider service after the sale. By purchasing a large item like this online, you must consider how you will have it repaired if a problem occurs. Packaging and the cost of shipping to a repair facility will generally fall on the purchaser and can take a considerable amount of time. When purchasing from Randy’s, you can rest assured they are willing, happy, and more than capable of taking care of any repairs and service after the sale. They are also there to help you get started on the right track in whatever sewing and embroidery endeavor you may desire. They also offer many classes for anyone from beginner to those with experience. I purchased a multi-needle embroidery machine from them earlier this year and I cannot give them enough praise. In a day and age where customer service, integrity, and kindness have become a thing of the past, they are simply wonderful people who love to serve their customers!

Kim's Sewing & Cleaning: what do users think?
David Bryant: Kims gets ALL of my alterations business on my uniforms!
Ridge Alden: Great staff, great sewing but the prices for something as simple as taking in a dress shirt is insanity.Charged $30 for each shirt. Way too expensive.
Adam Ross: Did some alterations and patches for me last minute. Came out great and quick. Would definitely recommend.
Elizabeth Johnston: Do not trust.
Cameron Smiley: When I was serving at Fort Bragg, anytime I need to add on or make accurate adjustments to my ASUs and OCPs, Kim's Sewing was most go-to.Great service, family-owned, and the owner was a former 1SG during his time in the 82nd but is very up-to-date and current on what goes on the uniform. Give good estimates on when they will have your uniform ready. On Reily Rd by the Reily Rd Entrance of the base, next to a Japanese restaurant.I even sent my soldiers there to get their uniforms done.
Mirna Gonzalez: Their customer service is not it. They are RUDE. I dropped off my dress on Monday at 0917 or so, she said the dress would be ready at 5pm Wednesday. I didn't notice my ticket said 5:30pm. Regardless. When I got there to pick it up. She said it wasn't ready and that I can come back at 7pm or next day morning. I told her I couldn't come back next day. She said, I told you we were busy. Okay but if you're that busy, you shouldn't of taken my dress. I needed it to be sew 3inches. After they seen my frustration they told me to come back in 30mins. I went back at 1830 and it was ready. I DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL. UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR DATES CHANGE. THE WAY SHE SPEAKS TO PEOPLE TOO IS RUDE. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK.
Chaplain Edward Tessmann (Minister/Chaplain): Outstanding service
Michael Fowler: A bit more expensive than I expected, but quality workmanship on a rush job delivered promptly as promised.
Robert Hales: Great fast work, friendly staff, and very good at what they do. Have taken all my uniforms to them.
Benjamin Philpott: After a Google search for leather alterations, decided to stop here. Visited st 3:20, during posted open hours. The open sign was on but the place was locked. Disappointing.
D. Reyes: BEST IN TOWN! The owner is very professional and does an excellent job! It looks like they upgraded recently! I recommend this place. I will definitely come back!
Olivia Reyes: The owner is so professional and has the best tech and supplies. She just upgraded her store recently! I definitely recommend!
Rachael R: The cleanest and most organized shop I've seen. I stopped by on a Friday to get nametapes/ranks/etc. sewn on but needed it quickly. She looked at each uniform and carefully wrote which patches I brought and what I needed. I paid a little extra and it was ready to pick up on Saturday morning. Great quality work. I will be back!
Willie Moore: The very best. The people are very friendly.
Quinten Parker: Always fast, cost efficient, and good quality. They do all my alterations and sewing.
Michelle Willis: This is the best place in town, worth the drive if you live farther away! I’ve used them for both military uniforms and civilian clothing, as well as sport items and household decorations. Fast, friendly, excellent work at fair prices.
Tk Mixed: Great service and great pricing on sewing.
Straus Davis: I visited another establishment a few stores away, for the same services. The difference in price was $8. I was astonished, at how I was greeted first of all. Kim was so very friendly. The other establishment owner, looked at my clothing, to be altered, felt them, and quoted a price. I said, "Thank you", and walked out. She was rather cold. However, Kim chatted as she measured the items and was very friendly. She then quoted me a price $8 less than the previous establishment. I saved $42 dollars, in addition, she gave me an additional discount of $4. Now what do you think about this? I highly recommend Kim's over the un-named establishment. They both perform the same services, and probably performs their jobs, just as well. The difference is the degree of professionalism..
Bryan Richardson: Best sew shop in Fayetteville. I've used them more times than I can remember and they have always satisfied. Get uniforms, boots and berets done to the highest of standards.
Andrea Brent: Went to pick up some shirts and they closed at 5 when google says 6. Paid to get them rushed for a last min occasion. Disappointing.
John Cline: The only place i go for sewing quick work on my Dress Mess when i neede it done in a rush
