Clinical Counseling and Consulting Services, PLLC Assessment and Treatment Center: what do users think?
Jinette Rivera: Hi....so i take back my 5 star review. If I could give zero starts I would. Maybe a half a star because I like how John works....Thats about it.So I emailed clinical counseling and consulting services on raeford rd. Asking Dr. Caldwell to send me my son's paper work from services he's received and a withdrawal from for dropping him from the autism program with no explanation as to why (since she wont answer her calls or call back) and she refused and said if I contact them again they will get their lawyer.(The reasons she responded with via email today were because I didn't sign and send back incorrect paper work that I had already mentioned in our video call last month that were incorrect and some other ones I found later upon reading which I tried to reach Dr. Caldwell about multiple times but she wouldn't address me, also because of the million schedule changes I was confused about because 3 different ppl gave me 3 diff schedules and didn't communicate with eachother about em till I was finally told there was no room for him in his schedules he always had because they put other kids in those days and times....again....unethical)They had a speech pathologist doing ABA without any form of RBT or BCBA licensing and unsupervised. No goals and no notes or plans. Constant cancelations, and the paper work I was sent explaining his treatment plan had a lot of inconsistencies and she wanted me to sign it anyway. One of the goals on the plans was getting him to comminicate via sign language and he is fluent with his speech SO that was am unnecessary goal. She appears to claim to do 25 hrs of therapy a week for him there on one of the previously mentioned forms and my child only does 1-3 hrs of therapy max a week.Claims he has weak gross motor skills and he has NEVER had issues with gross motor skills nor have I ever claimed he did.She claims she several hrs of parent training per week and I have never had parent training.Changed his schedule 3x in a month and then the "RBT" Told me she had a separate schedule that was not his normal routine schedule nor the new one the office had just called me about a few days prior. Because of this his time slots were given to other children and he didn't have other times he could go.She won't call back but she has the fake RBT calling me to tell me they're dropping him without reason.I wrote an excellent review for them which was their only good review before his previous therapist who was amazing discontinued working there, but now they have shown nothing but unprofessionalism and that they are highly unethical.Don't EVER GO TO THESE MONEY HUNGRY FAKE THERAPIST , FRAUDS THAT CALL THEMSELVES DOCTORS AND THERAPIST. THAT IS ALL!
Charline Piñero: They canceled all the appointments. I do not recommend this office. My daughter missed classes in order to be there and always have an excuse. The doctor is not in the office… we don’t have system. So far I have no diagnosis for my daughter I really have been wasting my time.
Dara Lawson: 100 stars….! Mrs. Caldwell is amazing I can’t thank her enough. After about 2.5 years of telling the doctors I needed to get my daughter an autistic evaluation. I finally got it and she was so understand and mad with me that many doctors told me it was parenting issue. Im finally going to get the help for my daughter! I can’t thank this team enough….!
Jill Williamson: My experience with this organization has been chaotic at best. Arrived to an appointment for my child in November that had been on the schedule for at least 2 months only to sit in the office for 2 hours THEN was told that the appointment (and following trauma assessment) was cancelled. That was aggravating, but things happen so I tried to be understanding. The intake appt was rescheduled fairly quickly, but a new appointment for TA was not available until the end of January. I received a call at the beginning of January saying that this TA appointment would need to be cancelled because of adjusting calendars internally. I did give some pushback since this appointment was to have taken place in November and the office did oblige. I then received a call 1/13 stating the appointment would need to be cancelled because of insurance. Now I am extremely frustrated that none of this had been ran/checked to prevent rescheduling when the appointment was initially made in September. While staff has been friendly in all interactions (and I do appreciate that), friendly does not get my child the assessments that they need. I will continue trying to work with the facility since this far into the C-REP process (and this eval being their requirement from Alliance), we can't really go elsewhere. I will update my review as applicable.
Krystal Todd: i will not be taking my child back here. The front office was a headache to begin with and kept forcing services on me even when my child has not received a diagnose. Went for the real appointment and waited almost a hour before being told the dr has not arrived yet it will be 10 min i gave it 30 and still nothing. i understand things happen but not letting no one know nothing till a hour after office opens up is a little crazy. waste of our time
Jinie Rivera: Katherine Cambell has been such a God send for me and my son with Autism/ADHD as well as Ms. Campbell and the rest of the staff. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. I've been hitting so many walls trying to provide the services my son needs and have been put on countless horrendously long waiting lists in other places and this clinic took my son in with open arms, did all his testing in a timely manner and they genuinely care and listen to you. They have great communication and customer service skills. Thank you.
Amber Breach: I hate that we couldn't have contact when trying to schedule our holidays coming up. My son had approx 8 sessions then we never got a call back after I left two different voice-mails about scheduling. Therapist was good but office system is horrible. Getting him discharged and changing office.
Jasmine M.: I've tried to reach out to this practice after two sessions, I've sent email and voicemail since no one has picked up the phone...I realized I was ghosted when I was ready for my third scheduled session and I did not receive a telehealth link or even a phone call.
Melody Frazier: The clinicians throughly gather information when completing assessments. One of the best trauma focused therapist within this region. The intake process is quick and particle. They provide such a professional and friendly atmosphere that conducive for treatment. The pratice of inclusion to diverse families was exactly what Cumberland County needed. Very satisfied with the service they provide to our community!

A New Leaf Therapeutic Services PLLC: what do users think?
Ruby Craft: Jenna Abrams was amazing, but the billing office screwed up the billing. After paying my copay of $5 for a session, they ran it through wrong and suddenly charged $20. Jenna Abrams and the receptionist assured me it would be corrected. I have receipts from them stating I have paid in full but for the past two years have received a bill for over $300. I have consistently emailed and called, forwarding their own emails stating I am paid in full, back to them. I talked with Christine nearly 6 months ago and was told I actually overpaid and would be receiving a refund. I am very frustrated and disappointed. I would recommend Jenna Abrams but not their staff. They let mistakes go on for years. Update: The issue has been fixed. I truly appreciate the sincere apologies from the parties involved. The issue was due to the billing company, and they apologized for this long saga. I truly recommend Jenna Abrams.
Courtney Lavier: If I can give 100 stars I would this place is amazing my started 2 years ago and he wasn’t talking much was having meltdowns after meltdowns wasn’t understanding emotions yes they took forever to get my son in here but it’s worth the wait we love our speech and aba therapist and our case manger we are blessed with such caring people who is all about what best for my sons needs! Great communication great service I recommend everyone to them!
Chevon Jackson: I gave them all of my personal information months ago and no one has called me back. I spoke to a receptionist, she said someone would call me about an intake. Getting an appointment here is difficult.
Alexis Carrington Blake: Today was an initial consult but my child and myself were very comfortable with all of the staff. I’ve never entered a professional environment with so much love and care. I’m looking forward to the journey. The staff really cares about our kids. You won’t find this kind of love just anywhere. If I could give them more stars, I would 💜
Abner Rose: A New Leaf is full of people who really, truly care about the people that they are helping! The have policies and procedures that they absolutely have to follow in order to run BUT they are so, so, SO worth it. The longer we are here with them, the more people I meet, the more we love them. They are incredible people, each and every single one of them. They go above and beyond for your family and children and I can’t believe that so many wonderful people work in one place. This place is truly special and I am forever effected by all the wonderful people there and our experience!
Alexander Roth: Poor experience.
Vajra Spring: Currently not a fan but I could raise it if things change.
Lisa Steffes: Excellent work going on with my child
Patrick Miles: A New Leaf is a fantastic resource in Fayetteville. Everyone is extremely professional, compassionate, and helpful.
M W: They’re a little strange. I asked for the name of a therapist who doesn’t work there any longer and they wouldn’t provide the name...said it was for the therapist’s privacy 🤔.
Emily Kelsall: I constantly tried to get an appointment for weeks, maybe months, and the therapist refused to see me, even when they hadn't met me. (Therapist will not be named) they were very rude and even refused to see my brothers after 1-2 meetings. I would not suggest going here.
Asap Personal Training: A new leaf is desperately needed. Although the wait can be lengthy, Its a clear testament as to how needed they are. I appreciate the experience after getting my client in and it made the wait worth while.
jessica stewart: I have been trying to obtain services for my child for over two weeks , i have done everything they asked and haven’t heard anything in over two weeks! every time i call the call is routed to voice mail! Desperate for services and no call or feedback regarding these services!
Cynthya Wilson: My experience is unforgettable. My first appointment here with a doctor (who will remain nameless) was very unprofessional and judging. I walked into his office and I wasn't even there for two seconds and he was telling me he couldn't help me and to go to psychiatry. He didn't even take the time to listen to why I was there before you recommend someone for medication. On top of that he was very discouraging for services to my child which should never be a thing. If someone takes the time out of their day and reaches out for help with a child. That doctor should be supportive because parenting ain't easy and I'm sure there is lots of parents out there who could use some of tricks to help a misunderstood child behavior better. Now I understand the behavior health stigma. It is because of doctors who work for companies like this one. I'm not here to discourage anyone from treatment but my experience here was peculiar and it made me not want to return for services.
Christina Chavez: This place has been an amazing resource for our son, who was this past year diagnosed with autism, and our family. Each clinician has been extremely compassionate and knowledgeable!
George Bitar: A New Leaf is an incredible resource for the Fayetteville community. I've known one of its co-founders, Mackenzie Toland, for years and know her to be a passionate and highly skilled clinician. She cares deeply for the families that she works with and approaches her work with care and compassion. As a fellow clinician, I've referred several families to her practice and have received nothing but positive feedback.
