I was very anger and not the most patient customer; however Ty remained calm, pleasant, understanding and reassuring that she would work on my behalf to resolve the issue or to get me to the right person/ department. This store knows how to look you dead in your face and not acknowledge that you’ve even entered the building… no store greeter to sign someone in, no sign advising of check in process, absolute disregard for new and/or existing customers needing service. The energy felt off, and it didn’t appear any of the employees cared to be at work or cared about their job… not sure if this is the culture that t-mobile has created but the only way to discover it is to try a different store all together… can’t recommend the store on Skibo due to simply the lack of even being greeted… not even we will be with you in just a moment…

But we were having a lot of problems with the cell service we’ve been with since I got my first cell phone after high school like 15 years ago. We tried everything we could to not switch but they wouldn’t stop raising their prices to the point we were about to shut off having a phone line period. The guy at the store in HM kept giving us false promises and instead of lowering our bill made it go even higher!!! And said there’s nothing he can do to fix it we had to call corporate, but corporate repeated the same saying the store had to fix it. After several several back and forth we saw T Mobile having a switch promo. Super glad we went there!!! Our sells rep was awesome and so very helpful!! Then we went back again with minor issues that the manager fixed due to our sells rep not being there that day. Over all we really appreciate the service!! Highly recommend!!

Bernard Webb: I’ve been with T mobile for 5 yrs & today this store location made me wanna switch…I don’t even care if I have to pay more .. Reason being is I went into this location & the customer service was terrible!!! No one greeted me even after standing in the store for almost 20 min..! Then after being skipped over I had to speak up only to be told it was a line & they would be with me when they could.. Understand people get busy but u still have an obligation to greet your customers & let them know if it’s a line & give good sound instructions on what I’m supposed to do… I work to hard for my money to spend it with a business that doesn’t appreciate my service

Noemi Dominguez: Best customer service ever. If you need to speak to someone, I recommend Felix and Tanisha. That's who I had the pleasure of communicating with. They were amazing and had such a great attitude. They work fast and they work as a team. If one can't answer your question, they are not afraid to ask their coworkers for assistance. Very friendly and clean environment.You also have three other associates who I would recommend but I forgot their names unfortunately.

BRITTANY B: Horrible experience. We called to see if they had the Samsung S22 or 21FE in stock. The lady (who seemed VERY new an inexperienced) said they did. We arrived and they didn't have any phones in stock. Yet, she kept saying "let me check the safe" as if there was something actually in the safe. So we ended up ordering phones that took at 2hr process in the store to complete. We ended up receiving THE WRONG PHONES and had to restart the entire process from the beginning with Tmobile customer service via the phone. Such a waste of time and energy. The worst cell phone purchase ever.

The techs was knowledgeable, helpful and was thoughtful enough to get my mother a chair while we waited. Frankie , Nia and the other Guy .
