Bernard Flerlage: When checking out, we were informed since it is not a permanent location, instead a pop up store, they could not honor their military discount. The cashier was very rude about it as we just asked a simple question about the discount. Luckily there is Academy sports and fleet feet so no reason to go back.

Then at the register a kind gentleman named Kyle was really imformative and gave me the best customer service I had ever received. Definitely my go to whenever I need a pair of cleats.

Victor M. Robles Orozco: The customer service was horrible. I ask the employee to show me the other color of the shoe that I was going to buy and he tells me that he did not have another color, only the one that is on the counter, I tell him that I came two days ago and another employee showed me another color of shoe and he still refused to go check anyway. I just left the store and bought it online directly with Brooks. Very disappointing.This happen on february 20 at 11:00AM at Cross Creek Store, Fayetteville, NC.

Just Inked & Cruisin': They have a variety of shoes but as far as the clothes even their 3XL fits like a large. They need to bring back true American sizes and quit letting Cambodian and Taiwan sow our clothes. I challenge anybody the go to Lim's Bragg Boulevard he's the only guy I know that sells designer clothes from back in the day and get a true extra large and put it on and compare it to the extra large they sell in stores today and you'll see what I'm talking about.

Brian Delrosario: Before heading onto the Cape Fear River Trail, we usually meet here. The gate remains open most of the day, but I recommend parking just outside the complex if you think it’ll get dark by the time you finish your walk or hike.

The customer service is great and they were accurate, thorough and quick! My experience buying the Retro 11s prior were great too! I drive out thirty minutes or so to go to this location. Good job ladies! They deserve a bonus or raise!
