Michael Manus: How the heck are you gonna sell solar in a market that doesn't allow for it?No wonder you have so many dissatisfied customers in the Fayetteville market. FPWC and Lumbee River EMC, the primary electric companies in this market, don't do Net metering for solar, it's 'buy all, sell all'....that is, your customers aren't even using the energy their systems produce because FPWC and Lumbee River won't let them...they buy it straight from them at a sub-market rate and sell back at a higher rate. You should have known this before trying to sell net-metering systems to home owners in this market, leading them to believe that's what they were getting, if you aren't compensating them, and going to bat for them with the local electric companies here, you should be....that or give em back their money and take the panels off their roofs.Response to the owner: Nope. Not a customer, just happen to know a little bit about the market--especially in Fayetteville. but um, how you gonna look up my account-if I had one--when you just fired all your employees? Its companies like you that give Solar a horrible name.
Jack Owen: I have been paying on a $50k loan for the past year for the solar panels and battery and am still paying for electricity. Out of that year the panels somewhat worked for about 3 months. Pink energy is blaming generac and telling me to call them when they cancel appointments without "getting around" to telling me that they were canceled is the wording they used. They told me that they would reimburse me for some of those months, but I haven't received a check. I am constantly on hold with customer service for at least 30 minutes at a time and sometimes spanning to multiple hours. I have leaks in my roof from where the panels were bolted in. They said they came out to replace Generacs PV links already which did not happen. I am looking to sue if anyone can advise of an already active law suit.
terry young: The workers at peak energy came to my house they did a okay job with installing the system. But they didn't explain how the system work because they was in a rush to leave. I gave them five stars but I have to take back all five stars. I have to do little cleaning but that's no problem they didn't insulate the doors and windows like they said just the attic. I have to reach back out to them and have someone explain the system to me.

Summer Stallings: Pink energy is a scam!!! Run as fast as you can away from this company. The lie, cheat and steal! They have made promise after promise after promise and no call no show several times. Which we had to take time off of work for. My light bill has doubled Jayson and his team are con artist.
Tom Cook: Believe all the one star reviews. The owner jason waller is a scammer; his customer service does nothing but lie; his installers are trash who will likely damage your home. You won’t see the rebates he promises. waller is being investigated by attorneys general in several states.

Changed its name to avoid all the reputation power home has its a scam period they they don't work I was just told they are no longer power home and they are no longer going to abide by the agreement I had with power home .There has been not one dollar of benefit to my power bill and the salesman just like lie lie until you sign.Bill before 5-600 a month now I pay 700 and I now have a 300 equipment charge .Now

Maria Watson: My experience so far is having them do a great job of selling this, having it installed, then not knowing I needed an inspection, having no one schedule one. Called them cause my electric bills are still the same. Solar hasn’t been used yet I’m 3 months since install and no one from inspections will call back. Am ready to file MAJOR COMPLAINT with better Business Bureau. If you can’t get service DO NOT DO THIS WITH THEM
Scott fuller: RUN, do not walk, away from this company if they come knocking at your door!! We got the same song and dance as every other person on this review board: Power Home Solar will all but eliminate your utility bill and most, if not all, of your electric use will come from solar. We still pay just as much as we did before on our utility bill and the only thing that has changed is that we now have a loan payment that we pay ON TOP of the same utility bill. We have called repeatedly to Power Home Solar Customer Service to either get someone who won't do anything or we leave a voicemail only to never be called back. We have even filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and finally got someone from Power Home to call us, only to tell us that they won't do anything until the system had been up for a year. Now that they have their money from the loan company, they will not take the panels back after I have told them we do not want them on our roof anymore because they are useless.What I would recommend to anyone dealing with this same runaround that we are dealing with is to file a complaint with the state's Attorney General's office. Hopefully if enough of us do that, the Attorney General can take our cases to court and we can get what we deserve as consumers.
sandy williams: System have been installed over one year and it have not work. This is just junk. I call every month for them to take other months to show and they still can’t fixed the problem.

Shade Tree Drinkin’: No respect for the safety of the public. Riding down Hwy 13 close to a busy off and on ramp for 95 and the trucks act as if they are the only vehicles in the area. I know those guys have a job to do but what happened to professionalism? I guess their common sense is to blame for all those crooked poles they have installed along with high tension wires laid upon the ground. Thank god they aren’t energized… not until lightening strikes. Unfortunately I was in line with a few of the guys at the store. The guys all smelled as if they had not bathed in a week. Those traffic shirts they wear would be a lot more visible if they would clean them. For a company of that magnitude it would seem as if they’d at least want to present themselves as professionals and in that case appearance does matter.

Troy Woolard: Complete disregard for people’s property. Parked in my yard and rutted up my property while running a line for my neighbor. Very displeased how my property was left and still waiting to hear who gave them permission to tear up my property while doing a service for my neighbor.
