J Ashley: 6/19/23 Ordered through the app while at sonic, 25 minutes later no food. Hit the red button to ask for my food, after another 10 minutes of waiting only food came out no drinks. I asked the carhop for my drinks, a manager comes out and says she will refund us and bring out our drinks. Another 10 minutes passes by without drinks and I decide to leave. That was an absolutely horrible experience. 45 minutes just wasted smh.

Heather Smith: I remember why we haven’t been to this location in 2 years. Ordered 3 slushes, all were incorrect flavors and they had a weird taste. Pressed the button for assistance twice but no one ever came back. Drive thru was backed up. It’s always like this. We refuse to return.
