Channing Lang: Rude. Visiting from out of state & intended to purchase a couple things to bring home to my kids, despite being unimpressed by the quality & price of the items. Went to the restroom, that had no sign stating it was closed to the public, to wash my hands. The door was open the entire time and an extremely rude woman popped her head in and told me to “let her know next time”. Well, there will not be a next time as I won’t be back. As one business owner to another, the successful secret to keeping the public out of a private bathroom is to communicate the message on a sign. Simple fix that would have kept me from washing my hands while communicating a message that she failed to deliver in a kind, professional manner. After reading other reviews, it would seem this business owner and its staff need to learn how to earn business, especially when you want to overcharge for simple items that are not custom made. She made me feel a certain type of way for simply being considerate and washing my hands prior to touching the merchandise. I spent my money elsewhere and I highly encourage anyone reading this review to steer clear and do the same.

Gladys Bonas: Worse customer service ever! Do not order from this location. I ordered a mother's day arrangement to be delivered on Mother's day weeks in advance. The delivery never came! I called them Monday, No apology was given they told me they didn't even make the arrangement but would deliver by EOD. The delivery never came! I called them again on Tuesday no apology or explanation just you'll get a refund in a few days. I will not be giving them any more of my business and frankly won't be using edible arrangements going forward.

I even put in multiple work orders to have someone contact me and I am yet to receive a call. All is left to do is call and report fraud on my card for this payment!No star do not use this store !

Gabbie Giovanni: This has been as absolute NIGHTMARE! I placed an order on 5/10/23 for delivery on 5/12/23 to a business. I contacted the Skibo Rd location on 5/12 because the status did not change. When I called in the early morning a male staff member told me he saw the order being made and it would be delivered by 4pm when the delivery location closed since I was having the order delivered to a business. After being dismissed by the gentleman I called back at 3:17pm to check the status because again I told the same employee the location where the arrangement was to be delivered was closing at 4pm because it was Friday. The same employee who said he saw the arrangement being made hours earlier tells me that he is seeing them put the finishing touches and it will arrive before the business closed that day all of which were lies! Fast forward to Saturday May 13th the day of my graduation from the illustrious North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and my order was being made which was a huge surprise since I was told it was being made that Friday and being delivered. Please keep in mind the business NEVER called me to say anything I had to contact them only to find out the order was out for delivery and also messed up and needed to be remade. Fast forward to today (Monday 5/15/23 at 3:17pm I call and told it was out for delivery and to call back at 5pm and if the order has not been deliver at that point they can accommodate me in some way. I understand that I ordered during a busy time but to have zero communication with me as the customer is unacceptable! I even requested to speak to the manager or owner and still nothing! I am so disappointed that a veteran owned business in a military town treats other military families and dependents so carelessly and that they are only concerned with making money and not for the people purchasing and receiving their product. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB as well.

Cona Doub: We have ordered from here for several special occasions such as Mother’s Day and other holidays and honestly they are horrible at dealing with big crowds and a surplus of orders. Their waiting times get so long and my order was supposed to be ready around 12 and I didn’t get it until after 2. The customer service that they had today was horrible, one of the ladies up front was being very short to customers and no being helpful at all, extremely rude (and I’m not one to get super upset at customer services workers because it’s a hard job but the way she was talking to customers shocked me). I would not recommend this place and do not believe I will be using this location again.

Scott Peabody: I wished I had checked the reviews for this location prior to ordering. I placed an order for delivery yesterday and nothing was delivered. The online order status says the store received the order but the arrangement hasn’t been made yet. Between yesterday and today, I have called the location several times and left two messages with no response. I would have been been fine if there was a delay, if they would update me on my order status. My experience with this location really sheds a negative light on Edible Arrangements as a whole.

dae: My friend placed an order 2/12 to be delivered 2/15(he knew they would be busy 2/14). No delivery. He asks me how did it taste, I told him nothing was delivered. 2/19 comes and he contacts the store, speaks to a so called mgr who says they will send for delivery now 20mins later update on the website “attempted delivery” which no one came to my house, there’s no gate/code to get in my neighborhood and I was home all day. So, he calls back to let them know the bs they try to pull of course no one answered the phone, so I sent email request submission 2/20 when it said I would be contacted by the store owner/manager within 48hours if needed, how is this not needed?! money is lost, here we are 3/13 and I have YET to be contacted about order.

chelsie Cooper: DO NOT order anything from here! I was out of town on Valentine’s Day and ordered an arrangement on 5FEB to be delivered on 14FEB. They didn’t deliver it and I called 4 days in a row to try and get someone to help. I finally got ahold of corporate who submitted a service ticket on my behalf to the store. The store never contacted me and just delivered the arrangement to my boyfriend today. When he got it the fruit was slimy, old, and clearly the same one made to be delivered on the 14th. B Thompson: By far this is the Worst Edible Arrangement shop I have encountered in years! First off I make an order a month in advance and still dont get it on time. Then if their late they wont call or notify you that your order is late. Then when you go up there to ask for your order, they make up lies saying the delivery car broke down or your delivery is too far. Then there are so many little flying bugs in the shop. This has been my 3rd time going through with this business trying to give them a chance , not any more. Its time they get their priorities together.

Erika Marks: So I never leave reviews for anywhere. But this situation called for one. I wish I would have read the reviews ahead of time too so I could have figured something else out. My friend just recently moved to North Carolina thanks to the U.S. Military and is spending her first birthday alone. I thought I would schedule out a delivery for her, THREE days in advanced so that way she had something to make her feel special on her birthday since being in Indiana, I could not be there. Checking the status of my order all day and all it says is that the store has received my order. I give it time and I tried calling later in the evening quite a few times and no answer any time. So unfortunately I decide to call my friend and spoil the surprise and tell her to go to the store and see what’s going on. They tell her they are about to start my/her order and that they deliver until 9pm so she’ll receive it before then. I try not to get my hopes up because during this time I start reading reviews and seeing everyone has similar problems to what I’m having. Come 9pm and my friend hasn’t received her order and I’m down $80 and she’s down a few chocolate covered strawberries. I would call and ask for a refund but no one will answer. I would go in and ask for a refund but I live 10 hours away. I wouldn’t be as upset if I would have at least gotten an email about all of this but I haven’t heard a single word from them. Thanks a lot for your lack of effort. Makes me REALLY want to use Edible Arrangements again. Not.
