Darrell Huston: I would like to thank the two troopers who came to our aid on Tuesday morning along interstate 95 near Fayetteville. It was an unusual situation for me and my wife and they stayed there with us until a wrecker towed us out. Thank you so much to the North Carolina Highway Patrol
Alexis Nicole: Not sure who it was or if it was even troopers. But. Thank you to the guy in the undercover black charger on Mountain Dr and Legion Rd at 10:35am. Almost got slammed into going through the intersection and the cop immediately turned his lights on and pulled the guy over ! That could have been so bad and I’m in my company car. I see cops all the time at lights but looking down and they miss the people going through them. Thank god this guy didn’t hit us and the trooper took care of it . No idea what happened no need to watch or be nosey . Wanted to tell him thanks personally but he knows.

Dre'a: I had a medical situation being a Stroke on 9/9/22 around 3:15 and my daughter called 911 and the Fire Dept Was PHENOMENAL however the paramedic Wasn’t! Being unable to properly form my words, say my words, and at times understand words being said to me my “help” would reply don’t worry about it with a chuckle!! Making feel more worried and stupid or incapable. This was the WORSE EMS of my life! Again the Fire Dept especially the Hispanic man who kept me calm and the ER dept was Great, Thank You’n the male EMS HORRIBLE, I pray I never need dispatch
A H: There are good and bad law enforcement officers and law enforcement departments. What makes the bad officers and departments noticed more is the blind eye, lack of action, obligatory support, and failure to eradicate from the good officers and departments. Biased and non-transparent community interactions.
David Lopez: Like every where else fayetteville has good cops and bad cops. My personal experience has never really been bad. Then again, I respect their position and if pulled over I follow instructions but respectfully decline to answer questions.I thank them for the ticket and hand it to my lawyer.

Denise Vaccaro-Walton: After having a bullet come through my rental house by a neighbor the local police here in Fayetteville told me nothing they could do since it wasn't on camera a they neighbors claimed it was a drive by...this is there idea of policing and public safety? I call it lazy

Sgt Glass always seems to take time out to talk if we have issues and if there's something going on in public he and other officers are there usually in on the fun instead of policing too hard. There are always a few bad apples, but again they take complaints seriously! Only complaint I have is there never seem to be any around when you need them (lol).
Tiffeny Raz: Had some guy come up to me while I was alone at work after 2am asking me questions about if I was alone in my store, if someone else was going to be here soon etc, i called the non emergency number and cops were at my store in less than 10 minutes. I don’t think they caught the guy but the fact they responded so quickly and did a thorough search of the area made me feel safer. Thank you.

jason cole: Upon the investigation of my vehicle being hit in Lowe's parking lot. They did a poor job of viewing the cameras and stated it didn't happen. Wow when I know it happened there.Fast forward driver passing by while I am in the turn lane and swipes my mirror and when the police respond the issue a report that basically States they have now idea who is at fault when I was clearly standing still waiting for the left turn light to change issuing a report with my and the other drivers addresses on it setup for identity theft or a crazy person to come to your house such poor judgement in both cases.

Fix Fayetteville: A civilian review board is needed for the management of the Fayetteville Police Department. There are too many events with questionable ethics overlooked by the police management and the city council.

Frank A: I'd like to thank Mr. Officer Sanchez for helping me out on Murchson Rd a few months back.My work truck caught on fire one afternoon and not only did he extinguish the fire but also pulled up directions on his GPS thereby enabling me to get to where i needed to go -- saved my whole day, thank you Officer Sanchez!
Tanz Moody: Terrible and disappointing. Took over half hour for police to get to accident my aunt who is a senior was hit from behind at a stop light.
K: I tried to do the right thing, walked into the station to report a missing firearm. Couldn't get an officer to come out to the front desk to file a report. Way to go. Fayetteville's finest? I don't think so.

Jim Stacey: Oct 1, 2019. New to town. Small dog jumped fence and I and a neighbor searched for him. But a woman saw me looking and accused me of "stalking her house." She called the police and when officer Cuthbert (sp?) arrived she lit into him when he asked for my version of events. She wanted my license and when the officer said no, she demanded a supervisor, who did come after 30 minutes or so. I think she thought I should be arrested or shot....for "stalking her house." Yes, we finally found the dog but the woman never found peace or any explanation that she could accept. She's was ludicrous and Cuthbert was one cool professional. You know they do make drugs that might help some people.
Kim Hicks: My car was vandalized. There are marks where the person's or person's took an object and tore off the front plate. It was done while we were sleeping. Sent office to look at video tapes and they would not do it. The occurance happened sometime in early evening ady daughter went out and found it laying on ground. This is a new car and now I have to pay for the scrape marks. They are lazy and completely unorganized. One police man says they will help the other day no. They really suck
