Felisa Moore: Me and my hubby were frustrated with lowes. We got no help. I went and ask for help. We waited for 30 mins no one ever came to help us. I told my hubby let’s go to Home Depot time we got there and we’re looking at tile and this awesome guy Bet came by and ask us if he could help us. He was the best. He needs to be employee of the month. Thanks again Bet. Best service ever.

Stephanie Najera: Do not, I repeat DO NOT go to this location! You would have better customer service at Dollar Tree vs coming here! The “boss” of the store Ollie is absolutely horrible, and does nothing for customers when his own employees are the ones who lied! Even with proof of notes in the account he still didn’t care. Heading to Lowe’s now to buy from them because they aren’t a bunch of crooks. Seriously though I can’t stress enough not to go to this location!!!

Scott Meinhardt (Capture Vintage): This is the absolute worst store to order from online. If you need delivery seek a different path. I cannot recommend that any more! I ordered a patio door that sat in the store for three weeks after they failed to deliver it, and failed to reschedule until I called. I called to have it rescheduled, got it rescheduled for delivery, and then they failed to deliver it once again. Then they wanted to reschedule the delivery for a third time, and I decided to seek a different path. Save yourself the drama and go somewhere else. I could not be any more irritated.

Sir Manny: Moved to the area at the start of covid so originally was getting my dogs food from Chewy. Once things started returning to normal I started patronizing this location it is truly hit or miss if they will have my dogs food in stock and if it is stock what condition the bag will be in. Sometimes the bags are ripped open and on the shelf and in some cases they have attempted to tape the bag back shut instead of just pulling it off the shelf. The last two instances of getting my dogs food their which I have two dogs on the same brand of dog food just different versions as one is a puppy and the other is 5 years old neither one of them would eat the food. The 5 year old would pick at it then puke the food back up. So I went back thinking maybe it was just that bag for some odd reason and same result. So I go to WalMart and get the same exact food and they go back to eating normal as if nothing is wrong. Try to feed them food from the bags from tractor supply and they both refuse to eat it. So needless to say I won't be buying anymore dog food from this location because something is definitely off.

Looney Loonz: How did I order my dogs food FROM THIS LOCATION to be shipped to my home, online order stating there was “several in stock” yet my dogs food had to go through Kentucky & Tennessee? 2 days later when I was told via browser I’d get my dogs food in 2 days, ordered May 14th it’s the 16th & won’t be here until the 18th? Ok so everybody note NOT TO GET THINGS SHIPPED, just go pick it up because clearly their shipping has no idea what they are doing.Sincerely,HUNGRY DOGS & A HUNGRY 13 WEEK OLD PUPPY!
