Joycelyn Reilly: Very professional and would respond to any question I had on what was being done.The quality of the work was good. One issue we're one of the workers did not follow through on Frank's specific directions. This was rectified on a Saturday in a hour of me contacting him. There were also spots that were missed but he did tell me that might happen because of the wet paint. He fixed that also on Saturday.I am very happy with the quality of the work and would highly suggest him for any work.Thank you
Alfred Ellis: Been working with Frank since last year's storms. Roof sustained a major leak, sheetrock damage to the interior ceiling and staining. Frank and his Company would not stop until everything was as straight as before if not better. This leak was so persistent but not as persistent as Fayetteville Drywall!!!Thanks Frank & Fayetteville Drywall.
tony darling: I used Fayetteville Drywall for repairs after the storm, I had about $30,000 worth of damage inside and out! Let’s just say they came out gave me an estimate that was well below 30k. I spoke to Frank about a deadline, he said well we wouldn’t be able to start until two weeks but we will make your deadline. Throughout the process I was updated with texts and pictures and Frank called me personally to ensure the work being completed was to my liking. One day he sent me a photo of some upgrades he made then called to say “hey this should add some value to your house, the labor was the same some i figured you would appreciate a lil extra! I can honestly say that this company is one of the first companies that I have dealt with that was pleasant throughout the entire process. From the first phone conversation I had with Ruth to the final payment was made and an additional email for thanking me for using there services and telling me that if anything was unsatisfactory they would be more that happy to fix it. Well everything turned out perfect!

Alison Taylor: Work was not up to industry standard, I have to have contractors come in to fix what they did. Damaged floors, poor paint job, damaged window and bowing in the drywall that they just hung. I am sure they are ok for small jobs but save your money and the hassle and go with an experienced company for a bigger job.

He change some lighting and water preassure the house. Every single detailed of his work was flawless. He is a perfectionist and we love it. He estimated three days and completed on time. The price was fair, even cheap for all the work and details he put on the house. No follow through with owner on issues and felt like price should have been adjusted for all the issues and inconveniences, but after the job was completed they quit responding to me at all. Marshall Turner: I had CertaPro paint my house, horse barn, horse run-in and a outbuilding. They did an excellent job. When the painters left they told me to look over the house and barn and if I see any place they missed to put a piece of tape on it to identify the spot for when they came back for touch-up. I've been waiting two years for the touch-up process to begin and the tape, which they furnished, is worn off. We have made several phone calls to get the touch up done. No luck. If you do use them make sure they finish the job before they leave, because they won't be coming back.Service:Exterior painting
