It has always seemed like they try to all keep eachother on the same page and make sure every staff member has the necessary information to make the day run smooth... which as a customer is so nice. I never have a long wait for my questions to be answered, check-ins, etc. The staff has been super friendly and professional. I opted for the $40 a month membership. At the beginning of the season they offered the stronger beds at half price on the weekends which was super nice because it helped me achieve color quickly even though I was only paying for the "regular " beds (I'm not really sure how to word it). When I went to apply it, I didn’t like the feel or how hard it was to apply it to my skin and not have streaks. I gave the $80 tube back and asked them if there was anything they could do. I still haven’t heard a response. Find your own tanning lotion before you go and don’t buy theirs if you are not sure of the product or you will just be wasting your money.Service:Tanning

I wish Sydney was working this day because she’s the only one at the front desk that has any game.

I'm not just saying this for a personal visit, I also have witnessed her dealing with other customers. Was about to give up on that place but the changes that were made and the service made me stay.

Estelle Renee: I’ve been tanning at what was ultratan since 2015 and ever since palm beach tan has taken over it’s gone so down hill. I pay for the highest package. They have gotten rid of the spray tan booths that I prefer and started using their own but they have been out of the dark at every salon for over 2 months everytime I happen to come which is once a week. Then today the 2 spray tan booths weren’t in service supposedly. So I said I’ll just tan stand up. Almost every bulb was black like it was about to go out and a whole section of bulbs were out and they didn’t even say anything to me before I went in. I thought they just didn’t know so I told them and they said they knew. I rarely have time to come tan but it’s for my self confidence so I would like to get the serviced I pay for the one time a week I can make it.

I understand that can happen with many businesses, but I have lost money SEVERAL times.I am not one that goes all of the time to get sprayed or anything, but I have bought packages when they were under another their previous owner/name and I lost all of those when they changed.The same thing happened when they changed owners/name again, then again as of November 2022. However, my account was freezed and still being debited monthly when they changed YET again for the 5th time. No one told me anything, but they were still taking my money.I called today to inquire on if I could get one complimentary spray. Whoever I spoke to was NOT helpful. I called around 1:30pm on 3/4/2023. First she said I had a $10 balance and then she said it was $5 and some change. She couldn't give me the number to corporate either. Just rude and unhelpful.This is yet another reason why I didn't like patronizing this business. They change every 4-5 years and if you have bought any packages you lost money every time.

Geronimo Rogers: Sucks compared to ocean rays. Same beds with same old bulbs, yet the prices sky rocket. Old lotions that I'm use to, and work, we're thrown out for me lotions that cost twice as much. Then there's the new 24 hour rule. If i tan tonight at 7 i can't tan again till 7 next day. Some people's schedule and this rule may cost me to remove me and my fiances membership. Honestly I only Continue going because the staff is so nice and kind. But as for this new company, I'm so not happy. Bring ultra tan back
