Paid taxes on phone was told we would get the receipt via email. Never got receipt. I’m trying to find out the status of my order come to find out the order was never placed and the phone we wanted was unavailable after talking to att customer support we finally got it fixed 2 days after we was suppose to get the phone in the mail. Now I’m trying to get the upgrade phone ordered. Not to happy with the att store now. Never had any issues with this store until now.

Michelle Palmer: Came in a couple days before Christmas, went with the opening time that was on the door, it was not open. The guy inside setting out phones ignored my knocks as did another man that came out from the back. I didn’t go away, so after me standing in the rain for 5 minutes being ignored he finally made eye contact with a dirty look and I pointed to my watch and mouthed, what time do you open. He threw up ten fingers. I was not pounding or being rude in any way. I was baffled. Especially after I got in my car, left and drove back by before 10 and saw someone go in. So I pulled up and went in. The guy who helped me was rude. I told him I wanted the AirPods Pro and he gave me the newest ones, which I did not want. He kept them on his side of the table until he put those and the iPad I got in the bag and sent me on my way. Imagine watching the person I gave them to open them and I’m like wait, what? Very very poor customer service
Mark Worrell: Rep lied about the 2 week Direct promo and never called us on the 13th day to see if we were going to keep it or return the box. We returned it and never picked up our 2nd cell phone. VERY bad service for a well known company.

Lizzie Edelyn Torres Sabala: Loved this store. Right as we walked in DAJAI P was waiting at the entrance ready to help us! I told him why we were there and he got right on it. He accommodated us 100%. His customer service, professionalism and initiative to make sure we didn't have to wait for our phones to be shipped was a call way above and beyond. This is the first time in 5+ years that our family has been in and out of a wireless phone store totally happy, satisfied under an hour. So glad we switched to AT&T.

nicole delabastide: I had a great experience recently with customer service at the store on Ramsey street. I recently decided to upgrade both of our iphones. We have been ATT customers for 12 years plus. I have always gotten my phones through them. Sometimes online and sometimes in the store. It's an easy process. USUALLY. This time online...was a NIGHTMARE. I never received a return kit for my trade in device. The return shipping label included with my new device....was clearly a return for the new one. it was attached to my invoice. I am savvy enough to know that. The invoice listed a return kit and shipping label....was not in my box. It was absolutely misleading. I can see how people would use that label. I called to get clarification on if it was being shipped seperately or what was going on. The longer the device return takes....the longer you're not receiving the trade in credit. Which is the entire reason i decided to upgrade in the first place. The number for trade in help was clearly a third party not att....and man. They need to get their mess together. They're telling me to use the label in the box. I speak to someone else they say NO it sometimes ships seperately. And it typically arrives ten days after you activate your new device. They said I was absolutely correct don't use the shipping label on your new device invoice that will go to the wrong warehouse and cause delays in your trade in discount. They told me they would ship a new shipping kit for me. I should get it in 3-5 days. That passes. I call att directly and they told me to go online and I can get the correct shipping label. The website has the option to order a new shipping kit delivered to my house.....not simply print out a shipping label. That's literally all i needed. So I did that. Another week passes. At this point I've requested two shipping kits and the one that was "probably" going to arrive in ten days...none arrive. In the meantime. I'm going to have to pay 73 bucks a month for two devices instead of the 28 bucks for the trade in price. On top of that first 400 phone bill you get when you get a new phone. I get so frustrated. So I walk into the ATT store on Ramsey at full steam. And in literally five minutes. One super friendly patient att employee solves every issue. Just like that. She knew all her stuff. She listened to my concerns. I felt heard. understood that i was angry and made it her mission to fix it. I know they work on commission and this wasn't going to benefit her as much as a sale. Yet she treated it with the same importance and care. She wasn't in a rush to get me done and out. She told jokes and she was entertaining. I could tell she wanted to fix more than just the issue at hand. She wanted to repair the damage done to satisfaction with ATT in general. And she did just that. Her name was Alexis Diclemente. And she's the best example of customer service I've ever ran across in the entire time I've been an ATT customer. I was so impressed with her. Yes att is fantastic. The deals. The coverage. And usually the trade in process. But NEVER again will I do it online. I don't know what has changed since the last time I did it online. But it needs to be address and fixed. When you call in for help...you simply get transferred to a different person over and over. It's like a hot potato....which is the last thing I needed on a time sensitive issue. Send them an Alexis. They need one!

thales nesio: I have been to multiple AT&T stores, but this store manages to excel and decay every single time I need to go over there. This location is incredible with the amount of time you have to wait to see a sales representative. There is basically no waiting, but if you think about it that can be directly related to the negative points of this store. The first negative point is that they use one large portable speaker for the store background music. In order for the music to reach the entire store they have to raise to a volume that I could not call it loud, but enough to annoy you. The second point that was frustrating to me was the fact that some sale representatives seems to have little to no experience. I am not going to get in too much detail with the experience I had, but I had to go there twice to solve just one issue I had with the same sales representative. The third and last issue is that the sale representatives tell you about the offers, but don’t go over the more important details that might think otherwise. An exemple of that is them telling you if you are a first responder you are eligible to get a free Apple Watch. What they don’t disclosure is that now you have to pay extra $10 every month because you only get that free Apple Watch if you get service for it. So for this review I can say that if you need fast service to get new device that location is fine. If you need to get anything done such as a trade in or get a new plan, I would drive a few extra miles and go to another location.

Chase Serlick: ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!! Came on October 4 to get new phone upgrades and conjoin account. Was told by 2 female employees that the process of my girlfriend and I joining 2 accounts to 1 would take up to 2 hours or more and we would have to come back the next day to someone else that could do it all then… come back on October 5th at opening time and Cameron, who we were told would help us because he has 9 years of experience, tells us he has never joined 2 accounts, doesn’t know how to do it and says he’s new… now 3 hours later and we do not have new phones because we have to wait 72 hours? And still have to come back in 3 days to finish. Not even worth one star.
