The store manager called the company with me took his time to sit with me and make sure I was able to get my warranty covered. I've dealt with many places in my time and have never felt so valued as a customer. Thabk you again sir. You have a customer for life

Thomas Strickland: Northern Tool is too expensive. Went to purchase a EGO electric push mower and they wanted $999.00 for just the mower. went to Lowes I got the same mower, weed eater, blower, hedge trimmer all with batteries for $1326.00. How come you all want $400 more for the mower?

Denis Connaghan: I have had 2 opportunities to pick up previously ordered products. I have found the instore and loading personnel extremally helpful and courteous. Both times the products have been heavy and the loading personnel used the appropriate equipment to ease loading and avoid vehicle damage. Great job.

Joseph Warfield: Drove 10 miles to get two drill bits. Would not sell without a $25.00 Minimum purchase as I didn't have an account. Told me to order online and I could pickup at the store. Ludicrous. I can buy from Amazon and never leave home. So they will get no business from me. Very poor business policy.

Sent someone there to pick up things after I called and said they had what I needed after I told them sizes tread and did everything but went there to pick them up myself, every time I need to go there I just go pick my things my self, I don't think there is anyone there that knows the difference between a nut and a washer and it takes forever just to get checked out and a lot of times they can't even keep the basic thing s stocked I need to find a place that at least someone has a clue!

venback: I came in July 23 needing special screws for my wheel caps. They were able to accurately measure the addition length I needed AND let me try it out before I bought it. On top of all of that, they lent me the tools needed to install it and I did all of my wheels right there in their parking lot. Very helpful staff.
Cypress: Crummy selection of actual hardware. Staff not willing to do much.
Melanie Medina: Lonnie did an amazing job at find the screws i needed and took his time was very patient and screwed them on for me. Lowes and HomeDepot can not find these screws!!!! Love it here!
