Joseph Warfield: Drove 10 miles to get two drill bits. Would not sell without a $25.00 Minimum purchase as I didn't have an account. Told me to order online and I could pickup at the store. Ludicrous. I can buy from Amazon and never leave home. So they will get no business from me. Very poor business policy.

Sent someone there to pick up things after I called and said they had what I needed after I told them sizes tread and did everything but went there to pick them up myself, every time I need to go there I just go pick my things my self, I don't think there is anyone there that knows the difference between a nut and a washer and it takes forever just to get checked out and a lot of times they can't even keep the basic thing s stocked I need to find a place that at least someone has a clue!

venback: I came in July 23 needing special screws for my wheel caps. They were able to accurately measure the addition length I needed AND let me try it out before I bought it. On top of all of that, they lent me the tools needed to install it and I did all of my wheels right there in their parking lot. Very helpful staff.
Cypress: Crummy selection of actual hardware. Staff not willing to do much.
Melanie Medina: Lonnie did an amazing job at find the screws i needed and took his time was very patient and screwed them on for me. Lowes and HomeDepot can not find these screws!!!! Love it here!

ian kornmeyer: Mr. Leon established the Tool Shed in 2008 and has been one of the only small engine, electrical power tool, pneumatic tool repair shops in the area.He is an awesome guy and fair. If you value local shops and would rather fix a tool than throw it away, bring it down. He also has an army of repaired machines like lawn mowers ready to go.
Patrick Dabbs: Absolutely dumbfounded! Left mower, said "it was an easy fix, no problem, call you soon". When I picked it up about an hour and a half later, said it was "bad gas, carb ...or something." $62.!!! Are you kidding me? That's half the mower cost! Lured me in, then overcharged! Never again.
Montrell Hocutt: Will not fix hedge trimmer.. held it for 3 weeks and still tried to charge me..Picked it up in worse condition than I dropped it off.. do not recommend this place to anyone
Kenneth Schmidt: Mr. Leon, the owner, is a very knowledgeable small engine mechanic. I brought a generator up there which was the main power source for my job site and he troubleshot and fixed it in no time flat. Very reasonably priced as well. I personally felt like he under bid his services. You are having any problems with a small engine type tool I highly recommend you bring it to him

After getting the run around from corporate Dewalt for a month-old miter saw (sent me on a wild goose chase to Clinton NC), this place had me in and out in 15 minutes (not 3 wks - 2 mos quoted by dewalt) and was very fair and reasonable on his price. He will get more business from me.

Dean Lewis: I love this harbor freight. Very friendly staff. Always neat and tidy. Shell stocked and pulled to the front. Always a discount bend as you walk in. Behind the registers they have clearance items or returns that you can purchase for a reasonable price. All though there's no insurance available for those. Also, there's clearance shelves throughout the store as well, and in the back of the store on the left hand side by the trailer lights and directly across from the wheelbarrow tires and wheels. Staff is always courteous and respectful and willing to help any way they can. I know some people believe harbor freight to have some cheap made tools but as with anything they have a good, better and best and also a warranty of up to 2 years. No questions asked return. I shop there often....

Matthew Madewell: Bought a rotor table and rotor, and unfortunately, the table was broken.. still 5* service because there was no hassle when I exchanged it for a new one.. I was in and out in under 2 minutes. And the rotor works amazingly.. I'm impressed with the quality of this thing
