Kiki Baddasx: Management is rude and disrespectful, my badge was unknowingly deactivated by a team lead by the name of Yolanda Smith after she repeatedly kept giving me “points” for supposedly being late returning to break. 20 points leads to termination. I received 16 points in less then 2 weeks. I went to HR and it was investigated, leading to her termination for work retaliation and wrongfully issuing points. This job is full of crooked people, a lot of discrimination and harassment, almost everyone in upper management is related so you have no chance of moving up. Everyday you go to work you job is on the line I definitely do not recommend!!!!

Of course I have heard their opinions concerning company,colleagues and supervisors. However since I have never claimed to be a journalist it's not my story to tell. Dropped off passengers,later came back picked them up. That's worth four stars. Now the driving and attire of a few others out there needs to be addressed and yet I feel the need to hold my tongue just a little bit. So they get four stars. Done for now. Dean Lewis: I love this harbor freight. Very friendly staff. Always neat and tidy. Shell stocked and pulled to the front. Always a discount bend as you walk in. Behind the registers they have clearance items or returns that you can purchase for a reasonable price. All though there's no insurance available for those. Also, there's clearance shelves throughout the store as well, and in the back of the store on the left hand side by the trailer lights and directly across from the wheelbarrow tires and wheels. Staff is always courteous and respectful and willing to help any way they can. I know some people believe harbor freight to have some cheap made tools but as with anything they have a good, better and best and also a warranty of up to 2 years. No questions asked return. I shop there often....

Matthew Madewell: Bought a rotor table and rotor, and unfortunately, the table was broken.. still 5* service because there was no hassle when I exchanged it for a new one.. I was in and out in under 2 minutes. And the rotor works amazingly.. I'm impressed with the quality of this thing

She listened for what I was looking for and pointed me to in the right direction for the items that I needed. Then at checkout, she informed me of the special membership that would give me discounts in the future. These days you really don't find this type of service. I will definitely be back at this location on Skibo rd. In Fayetteville and hopefully all the associates will be this good!!
