Bill McBride: I did my research and found the tractor I wanted, a New Holland Workmaster 70. I then went to work on shopping it. I came across Vause Equipment Company, My first contact was with Adam Jones. The tractor was substancially less than our local dealer up here in the northeast. Adam did all of the late December paperwork and arranged the shipping. I recieved the tractor exactly in the condition that I expected. Perfect. I Highly recommend the folks at Vause Equipment Company, Very professional.

sarah Fugate: They had the tractor (which was only 2 years old and low hours) for literally 5 months because they wanted to charge us for a 2400.00 clutch job, (though it was just the fly rusted to the pressure plate) then, after 5 months, they send the tractor back to us, saying it is totalled and they cant fix it....and, they slopped it back together and now the oil just pours out of the axle on the left rear wheel. So, it is not fixed, and it was returned in even worse condition. Do not buy Mahindra, and certainly not from Vass. Do not let them touch your tractor, this is the worst experience i have ever had with any purchase in my lifetime.

He is a corrupt business man and throws around his power to make himself feel better about whatever he is lacking in his life. His parts department is great. His father was a good man, it’s a shame Bobby didn’t inherit the good nature from his father.
Felecia Wilson: I conducted business over the phone. The parts staff was great and got back fairly quickly with an estimate. I didnt not order because the price of the parts where very expensive and I can get a whole new gear box for around 150.00 which is 3 times less than what I was quoted for individual parts. This is not the stores fault as they are a dealer of the company I was trying to place an order with.

Based on that conversation, I will drive out of town to get any parts, service, etc. Someone like that does not even deserve to be working at McDonalds!!

Curtis 7 Bennett: I took my machine in for a steering adjustment left it down there for 2 weeks took two and half hours to fix and used it 1 hour and it's back doing the same thing before I took it there

Madison Saunders: They were very consistent in helping and very respectful. They carried the products I ordered to the truck and helped me as quickly as they could.
Jeffery Mills: Brought in my CT122 for oil change and services. Informed them there was a small oil leak, one to two drops every couple minutes.Get it back and leaving oil puddles every time I stop. I call and ask that they fix it. Wait 2 days for them to come pick it up, in the meantime my old belt, that they left in the engine compartment gets wrapped up in pulleys and shreds when I move the machine. Leading me to believe catastrophic failure. They pick it up and call me back 2 days later.They inform me that there is not only a oil pan gasket that they replaced but another leak in the oil pump. 5 hrs at 105$ per hour to replace but also my fuel filter housing is leaking and now I have a lift cylinder leaking.Started with one small drip leak, ended with 3 leaks causing puddles everywhere it is parked.Waste of a week and a half and over $500.Will never go back.I have picks of the before and after if anyone is interested. Don't waste your money time or effort. Just go to a different location. Lost time at the jobsite and use of a whole machine.

Randall C: Outstanding service. This is my second time renting from Bobcat of Fayetteville (formerly Southland) and was impressed both times. On this week's rental, the excavator had a small mechanical issue and was swapped out for another machine right away--no time lost on the project. That's service. Highly recommend working with Jesse--quick, easy rental.

H C: Be careful with this guy's ,they will steal your money they took $35 from my account, the excuse they said the machine I rented from them it was dirty (concrete machine) they give a machine with bad blades and after that they over charge me $35 and all I can say that machine it was the same as when I pick it up ,I talked to the lady and she talked to the manager and they said they can refund my money because one of the guys was cleaning the machine for like 35 min I wish at least they can take some pictures to prove customers wherever they said is true, but I know they don't do it because is their way to do business for them (stealing) just hope if you need to rent anything from them,you may need to think about it!!
