My surgery was March 01, 2023 and I have since received 3 bills from the anesthesiologist. I have contacted Dr. Sanai’s office regarding the matter and she is now ignoring my calls. Do not use this practice! You will be left owing money the Doctor agreed to pay on your behalf as part of your care plan.

Very unprofessional and a waste of my time and money. No refund on the deposit.*Edit*Thank you for the response from the provider. I was never informed of the appt at 4pm. Those details would have been good to know upfront when I first scheduled my appt for 3pm. Nowhere in my emails does it say the consult was at 3pm and the service was at 4pm. The lack of communication earned this practice a one star.

Luckily I did not have surgery with her because she may have killed me. She's not worth it, don't go to her. Find someone else. Her bedside manner is horrible. My body looks terrible, the incisions that she made are uneven. It looks like she butcher an animal instead of performing a surgery on a human being. One side is hanging over the skin and the other side is even. My body looks awful!!! She never gave me instructions on how to take care of myself after the surgery and thanks to her and the awful surgery that she performed on my self esteem has gone down 100%. DO NOT GO TO HER!!!
