And I have had terrible experiences with guys both in Erwin and in Fayetteville ... seat looks like my autistic nephew did it ... tell me one week and I get it a month later (with no explaination) ... charge me more than the previously-agreed price ... etc etc. These guys at AUC were BY FAR the best all around. I got the seat back three days EARLIER than the estimate ... $180 was very reasonable ... and the seat looks and feels fantastic! An absolutely professional job (see the photo). I love it. And I love that I finally found a good seat guy here. Guys ask about my seat work all the time and now I can tell them who to see, rather than telling them who to avoid. AUC is excellent.Oh ... one of the reviews said the owner was rude. I dunno who you talked to down there but the owner was one of the nicest and most friendly people I've ever met.

Jason Meyer: I’m not big on writing reviews or taking surveys, but I do believe in supporting those like Tim who turn out to be way better than advertised. This is so that those like me who believe it hard to find good help these days because of all the people trying to run scams. I was obviously skeptical at first, and was pleasantly surprised with all of my interactions with Tim. He was very quick at reply to and text about question or concerns I had and was very personable and willing to bring sample to the house so that we could match color samples. He also stayed in touch and kept us informed during the process.I had a really great recliner that was given to me by my parents over 15 years ago. Needless to say, I loved that chair and spent most evenings in it with a cold beer relaxing and feeling the stressors of the day melt away. A few years ago my wife and I started to notice discoloration in the leather and then it started to tear. I started looking for a new chair, but quickly realized that buying a new chair was going to be really expensive and even when I thought I was going to bite the bullet and buy a new chair my mother pointed out that eve though it looks similar it was actually a couple inches smaller. Now that doesn’t seem like such a big deal, but I am 6’2” and my recliner is long enough for my feet to barely extend past the foot rest. The issue with smaller recliners are that the end about mid calve which causes discomfort and pain when trying to relax.When I found Tim and discussed completely reupholstering my chair obliviously I realized it was not going to be cheap but I was pleasantly surprised that I was going to break that bank as well. Once I went to pick it up I new instantly that I would have to tell my parents because he did such a phenomenal job and my dad had a matching chair, which was also falling into disrepair. So I decided to drive to Virginia to swap my chair with my father’s so that Tim can do his as well.My wife and I are also looking to have Tim reupholster our couch and two Ottomans as soon as my wife decides what look she wants, which might take awhile because she still has to decide on a paint color for the great room first.So please if you are looking to invest in new future make sure you understand that even though they look nice in the store quality of furniture manufacturing has gone down and you might be better of reupholster what you have especially if you already love it and don’t want to risk losing it.

After talking and asking if there was any way to fix the seat without having to replace the entire cracked panel he mended the crack right there on the spot free of charge to prevent it from getting worse and explained the pros and cons of that type of fix and what to expect in the future. An Amazing first time experience with this company I explained my sunroof problems (WhichThe Glass Will Not Close Then) we set up an appointment he told me when my vehicle would be ready which was the same day he called gave me a break down to what caused the problem and said your car is ready... Before going to this Company I went to GMC Dealership which they stated they charge $146 an hour JUST FOR LABOR they ONLY REPLACE sunroofs which is $1800 plus tax don't be fooled labor and parts are separate I also went to C&C on MacArthur Rd. They gave me an estimate which I thought was reasonable so I dropped my vehicle off the next day the Secretary called an added an additional $500 which I didn't authorize an I refused that wasn't the original agreement and they told me it was a 3 man job that takes up too 3 days too repair FALSE my SUNROOF WAS REPAIRED LESS THAN 7 HOURS🎉🎉🎉🎉 Anyone reading this review and have any SUNROOFS PROBLEMS PLEASE CONTACT THIS BUSINESS FIRST PLEASE!! I can name so many places or businesses I went to before I was referred to this owner PRICES ARE REASONABLE I DIDNT PAY WHAT C&C ON MCARTHUR RD ASK FOR OR THE GMC DEALERSHIP!!!
