I came in there told him I needed a truck. They gave it to me pretty much excellent service took almost the entire day, but that was no fault of just the girls. It was also our fault we weren’t prepared and everything was excellent at this dealership. I recommend it to anyone. Me and my brother we’re happy to get a truck.

Shakeria Rogers: Customer service was nice. However the vehicle needed an alignment and tire balance. Upon test driving i notified the sales agent and he assured me it had only been on the lot for 14 days and had been fully serviced prior. I returned after a day because the shaking got worse while breaking the sales rep test drove it and claimed there was nothing wrong. So I decided to utilize the 30 day warranty and took it to Firestone and they confirmed my claim. Although the diagnostic, tire balance and alignment were covered, this should not have happened. I do feel taken advantage of as I was told the day I purchased the vehicle I was the only sale of the day, along with other things to make me confident in purchasing that upon doing my own investigation was a lie as well. This isn’t by first buying from Drive Time so i was really disappointed. My first experienced in 2015 from a Virginia branch was nothing short of amazing and that’s the only reason for this two star review.

MacKenzie Greer: Very friendly people… but don’t take your money to them. Well, if you’re fine with a temporary vehicle for about a month or two before it breaks down.. power to you! First car I bought had problems with the compressor but I hadn’t known due to their mechanic putting an excessive amount of oil. The salesman (Sam) will encourage you to bring the vehicle back to him…. Consider a trade…. Let “ his mechanic” (A.J.) work on the vehicle… all in a sense that he’s doing you a favor but please, think twice. Also, Sam put on paperwork that I paid 9500 for a car I paid 10000 for… so where is the $500? Moral of the story is… this is your typical car scammer. He also accused ME of wrecking the vehicle when there had been no accidents prior to the knocking and shaking. Very irresponsible, unprofessional people.

kollin foltz: If you think the prices are too good to be true, your right. I went in too buy a 2011 ford ranger and through my entire experience with these people I saw nothing but red flags. The tire pressure sensor was malfunctioning, dry rot on the tires, mirror control module did not work and the transmission sputtered at 80. Luckily I didn't buy it, this place takes peoples hard earn money and sells lemons. Do not give them the benefit of a doubt because you will have your time and hopefully not your money wasted.

George Walters: I bought a car here a month ago that I was told would be really good. The sales person repeatedly said the company won't sell me a junk car or anything unreliable. I've had to get it jumped twice in the past 3 weeks. Today it stalled out at a light and completely died on me in the middle of turning at an intersection. I was stuck there for about 20 minutes before I was able to get it started again. I tried to call about the issue and was told there was nothing they could do because they don't offer warranties on their vehicles. So they lied about the quality and now I'm paying $12,000 for a car that I can't safely drive.

Tracie Miner: Do not come to this dealership unless you want to waste your time since they do not value customer service and business ethics. We researched online and found a vehicle we liked here and drove from Raleigh to see it in person. The price at first wasn't right for us, so we decided to walk away. A week later, we saw the online price drop, and we were still interested so we reached back out to our sales rep. We came to an agreed number and made a deal. We told the dealership we would come by the next evening to pick up the car and finish the paperwork. Four hours before we planned on picking up the vehicle, we received a text saying someone else put a deposit down on it. This is our first time purchasing a vehicle so we did not know the process, but we would have been happy to put a deposit down if asked. They did not take us seriously as customers probably because we are young and they obviously told the other customer that they had serious buyers lined up since the customer wasn't able to see or pickup the car until a week later. Needless to say, we are very disappointed because we thought we finally found our vehicle and they undercut us and screwed us over. This dealership is the definition of a used car lot and customer service is not a priority for them. I'd rather spend more money on a vehicle than work with them.
Gina McCoy: I went to purchase a car I saw online. I had already obtained financing so easy breezy. Unbeknownst to me they didn’t have the title to the car. The manager called me and stated that as soon as the title came in, he would call me. I GET A TEXT MESSAGE THAT THE CAR WAS SOLD. They have lost a customer. Looking elsewhere. #unprofessional
Matt Allen: Everything was great until the guy who closes you out and does all the paperwork tried harder than I've ever seen anyone try, to sell us extra auto protection on our Honda Odyssey. When we insisted we did not want extra vehicle coverage, he got noticeably angry- saying, "I have mouths to feed." So apparently he was not going to receive a commission off of us and was not happy about it. It was the most ridiculous behavior, and he made my wife feel uncomfortable- so we'll never be back.
juliandavis93: Ok experiences with the salesman prior to my purchase (75% was done online). You're obviously talking to management through email. Received good priced vehicle; I told Bert I wanted no extra services added to purchase (you'll find better rates literally everywhere! Especially Gap!). He had me sign about 5 signatures through pen and paper, then said the others would have to be online so he had to read off the statements. I signed it and found out 20 minutes later he added a warranty on it that I said I didn't want(and wouldn't help at all because manufacturer warranty was valid longer than the one he added). Now they're ignoring my emails and act like I'm a criminal when I walk in.Just make sure you take the Paperwork out and go over it before they stuff it in their envelopes and send you out.

He does not care what is wrong with the cars his only concerned is making sure the engine lights are off on the cars he sells..he cares nothing about the safety aspects at all ! All Curtis is worried about is getting it to look sellable and then he brings them to his friend at Shane's Automotive so he can inspect it and as long as there are no lights on his friend will inspect them.. no matter what is actually wrong with the car even if it has safety issies..My son bought a truck from him and NONE of the lights worked ,he disabled the engine and voltage lights and ran the wires directly to the fuse box and the seat belts do not work either and Mr.White told us that the truck had just been inspected..HOW!! He is not trustworthy in any way...and he tells people he's been doing this for 25 years..not much to brag about! He is pretty much saying I have been screwing over families, single moms and kids that don't know any better for 25 years...and he gets away with it because NC doesn't have a lemon law..ridiculousNow he is trying to rent out space in the garage! Take it from me DO NOT DO IT!! He is renting it out because his business is failing because he has such a horrible reputation..the better business bureau will not even except him..
