Jac: This is now the only vape shop I will go to. The staff is super knowledgeable about their work. They sent me through the quick school of vaping and introduced me to flavors I'd never consider and let me taste new flavors I have been missing. They went out their way to make sure I was pleased and I didn't settle for a lackluster flavor. I never considered mixing flavors or using ice flavors because I hated them they were just too overwhelming until they told me just to add a tiny bit with a regular juice with flavors that would mix so it wasn't overwhelming now after years I buy ice my vaping was just so basic but now I enjoy vaping more honestly.

They dont care. They wont replace it or anything. Nack home where im from in south Ms the vape store actually cared about its customers and understood mistakes happen. Nathanael Waters: Not all vape shops are created equal. When I first got into vaping I checks numerous places to see how helpful, knowledgeable and AFFORDABLE they were. Full disclosure (as I even told them here) they weren't the cheapest price. BUT, they were the friendliest and the most knowledgeable. So the very slight price difference was happily paid. They offer uniformed discount. They have tried literally every flavor of juice in the store. His policy is that if he doesn't like it, he ain't sellin it. And I can honestly say that every flavor I've tried is great. I've bought a few things from other stores since I started going here and I regretted it literally every time. I've since learned that lesson and only go here.
Gee Tip: I used to sell a few lines of juice to these guys, and must say it was always one of the best shops with good vibes and good people. Always looked forward to stopping in!

Would have been nice had they sent out the same product to replace at no cost opposed to telling me to drive an hour to the nearest location to replace.

Shelby Monigold: My husband has constantly received bad lichtbar vapes from them. Malfunctioning. The vapes would cut on by itself and keep misfiring or he would try and take a hit and nothing would come out (that’s even after a charge) or he’d take a hit it and it would continue to come out and then wouldn’t work again. We’ve called a few times to inform them and ask for a refund or partial and was told no. When he bought one this last time, the next day took it back because it weren’t working, the lady got mad, for what I have no clue, but she slammed a new one on the counter and walked away. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
Brandon Capone: New to area, just got back into using my drag 3 instead of disposables , and went here to fear coils and juices + battery charger. By far the biggest selection of juices I've ever seen in a shop. Huge variety and the best flavors you could want. Found my go to shop now . Can't beat it 🙌🏽
David Farkas: This place is over priced and the service is barely knowledgeable, it ranges in the corner store type of vape stores. They sell over priced mods they sell at about twice the price MSRP if your patient buy your mods online where you can read reviews.We were sold a 33$ mod for 80$ and had to come back because the seller didn't know it needed a battery, the mod was poorly made the mouth piece fell out at random and we had to buy a new one, the dial button on the vape broke and was firing by itself and burned two coils out, the associate said she couldn't do anything about it without a manager so you can already see how much trust the person in charge has in their associates and thier knowledge.Also, don't buy your coils here, they charge individually even if you buy a whole box. The only thing this store has going for it, is that it is literally the best in the area, it's saying allot it really is, sadly, it's unfortunate that the better stores were put down, this store is littered with bad juices full of sweeteners that burn out coils.

Guaranteed we all make mistakes but they continuously make mistakes and make me spend more money. They don't know what they got on the shelves either because I asked for a watermelon berry and she said that they didn't carry it. My friend went in there and she gave her that flavor that I specifically asked for. LITERALLY THE WORST PLACE EVER! This is the second mistake from the same person that I had to pay for.

And that was because the salesman didn’t tell me it required batteries whenever I bought it. And batteries are another $30. So I wanted my money back and he refused. Not good service at all!
