To the contrary, at 67 I weigh 118, my blood pressure after 2 large cups of coffee was 120/70, I take no prescriptions, and I should have gotten up and left after the words, "When you get to a certain age...". Nope Mr. Leke, came to get varicose veins FROM MY TWENTIES, which have been worsened due to Uber driving, fixed. Period. Go somewhere else, people. And I want my $30 back!!!

In order, you will meet-The receptionist: normally kind & professional; can be stressed and then quick and impatient.The vitals nurse: a kind & considerate professional with a happy demeanor & a great sense of humor.The sonographer: funny, chatty, quick, experienced.The doctor: stoic & rushed, no time for patients. Very good in the procedure room.The check-out clerk: rude, inconsiderate, demanding. Shouldn't work around patients.All that said, I've had 4 ablations and a stent, and all were performed professionally and w/o incident.If you are a "strictly business type patient", you will get the results that you go there for.

Essie Devonie: This doctor is one of the worst I have visited. My mother in law (80+) had a procedure in his office and not once did he come out and talk with the family. He doesn't want his staff to converse with the patients. If he finishes with a patient earlier than anticipated he will have his staff to call and rush the next patient to come in early from home. HE IS HORRIBLE!! A 1 is overrated.

I have paid to have surgery on my legs twice and I can't tell that a thing has been done. If there haven't been blood I would said that he didn't do anything. I wouldn't tell anyone to go to him.

Malia Ware: Gena who "works" in the front is probably one of the rudest people ive spoken to before. I fear for the patients there if she is the one who is suppose to be providing customer service to them. I had to call in regards to a mutual patient with some important information and she gave me nothing but attitude the whole time EVEN HUNG UP ON ME 3 TIMES and when i would call asking if her hanging up was a mistake she made it clear it wasn't. I am amazed someone who acts that horrible on a recorded phone call is working in healthcare. I asked to speak to someone else or a office manager and she hung up AGAIN and told me shes the office manager (which i will be disgusted if someone who acts in that manner is a MANAGER) and there is no one else to speak to. I even apologized if i was making her job "hard". The patients care should always come first no matter what type of bad day your having, when i asked if she has informed the patient with the updated information she said its not her job. Dr Roulhac i hope you see this review from how nasty and horrible she was i am sure i'm not the only one who has received this type of experience from her, SHE SHOULD NOT BE WORKING IN THE HEALTHCARE FIELD AND ESPECIALLY NOT IN A PROVIDERS OFFICE. Donna Blackburn: The only reason I gave 1 star was because this was the only way to write a review.I felt this office staff,as well as the Dr Roulac was very unprofessional with the exception of the person that got vital signs,she was nice,The receptionist was rude she didnt say hello may i help you or anything ,she stated "I need your insurance card and a picture id "then she told me to sit down and i would be called back,Then when i was in the back waiting on the doctor,he came in and was very loud,kept inching towards the door,was not open to my asking questions,when i asked him if he had viewed my carotid ultrasound,he replied I didnt have to the report is right here,,I know all doctors do at least 8 years. to get their degree,and ant least a few more to specialize in a particular field.People is a vascular surgeon that is loud enough for the waiting room and the rest of the staff to hear your personal information,dont want to take time to answer your questions,and does not view vital screenings that he was trained to view he just takes the word of a Radiologist that is not trained in as a vascular surgeon do you really want to pay for this type of unfriendly un professional service????I dont and never will again I will find a vascular surgeon in Moore county. Way to go Cape Fear Valley!!!!Hire more doctors that dont careand that are unprofessional

cindy matthews: This place is a rip off. The manager is rude. The Dr. on 2 separate occasions thought I was there for post-op. I hadn't even had pre-op yet. Thet had no record of 2 copayments that I had made. I had to go the my bank and get a copy of my statement to prove it. They also didn't file with my insurance and received a huge bill. He gave me a prescription that I didn't need. He said it was so the insurance would approve the procedure. I had a blood clot in a superficial small vein in my ankle. All they are there for is to cheat the insurance companies and get your money. I went there 4 times unnecessarily and each visit was a $70 copay. Stay away from these crooks.

Heather Wood: When I first went to this doctor I had nothing much good experience. The frount desk was friendly and listened to everything I said and the doctor even came out into the waiting room to answer me question ! I am being treated for a blood clot at the moment.

PROVITA SIMMONS: Very unprofessional! The Front Office staff is very rude. Should have went with my first thought when there was no one in the parking lot when I pulled up for my appointment. A bunch of excuses about prescriptions, surgery scheduling etc. They didnt even file my insurance,but sent me a huge bill. Smh!

Kim Ruiz: I had my surgery over 8 months ago and it absolutely did nothing to make my leg better. Now I'm stuck with an almost $3000 bill and it was all for nothing. The doctor was pretty good although, I'm stuck with the same issue now as when I first came to the practice. Also, the manager doesn't get back with you and isnt completely friendly either. The billing department is not very knowledgeable in the insurance/billing side and will quote you wrong. Overall, I'm not coming back to the practice and will proceed with a different doctor.

Sheliah Adcox: Dr. Carter is the most caring and knowledgeable physician I have ever attended. My mother was released from her surgeon back in the early 80's with a Diabetic ulcer on her lower leg that would have constituted an amputation left untreated. Dr. Carter took such care of her and when she died from other complications, at least she died with her leg healed and the dignity of having it still attached to her body. Dr. Carter has taken care of my whole family in some way or another over the years. He has never once acted out of context.The allegatioins against Dr. Carter for sexual battery were tried in court and Dr. Carter was found NOT GUILTY. This is what everyone fails to see is that he was found not guilty. However, Dr. Carter's patients that have been his patients for any length of time, know that he would never do such an outlandish thing as he was charged with. I believe this patient was on a mission when she presented herself to Dr. Carter's office. I'm not sure if it was for money or for the attention it has created. However, I find it hard to believe that anyone would dare think such a thing of Dr. Carter.My prayer is for God to forgive this patient that has wrongly accused Dr. Carter and to give her peace. And my daily prayer is for God to shield and protect Dr. Carter and hedge him about with a tall hedge of protection from the enemies of this world.I love Dr. Carter with a fatherly love and he is an amazing physician. He treats all of his patients as if they were his family without regard to race or nationality. Every older woman is his mother; older man- his father; younger female- his sister and younger male- his brother. This is how he built his practice here in Fayetteville. Dr. Carter does not deserve this type of scrutiny. But as always, God has His hand on him and his practice.

Tijuana McNeill: Dr. Carter has been treating me for several years. At every appointment, he takes his time to answer all my questions no matter if the office is running on time or behind. He is knowledgeable in many areas and always knows where to direct me, even if my concerns are not his expertise. God works through Dr. Carter and he is my first choice when seeking medical advice.

Meka Maggs: This man has since been charged with Sexual Battery by the District Attorney's office. He forced his hand down my shirt and started squeezing my breasts. I did not give him any type of permission to touch me as I was not even there for anything to do with my breasts, I was fully clothed and he gave no warning of what he was about to do. He later tried to claim that he did a breast exam when I challenged him on what he just did.He has also instructed his staff to lie for him, as the receptionist explained to me that Dr. Carter gives EVERY female patient a " breast exam ", regardless of what they are there for.

Hazeleyes Thomas: My mother has been going to Dr. Carter for two years and will continue to go to him. She would not be here if it wasn't for him. He goes above and beyond. Works late and weekends when others don't. He is a great doctor and explains and let's you know everything that's going on with you. God has put Dr. Carter here to serve His people and that's what he does. He loves all his patients and our family loves him!! You keep on keeping on Dr. Carter, God's got it all in control.
