Han Jang: Wanted to give a shoutout to the woman who assisted me the other week. I was interested in maximizing my workouts, but knew nothing about the types of products that can do so. After explaining my inbody scan results, this rep patiently walked me through everything the store offered that could potentially boost my workouts, introduced brand new (to me) concepts, and thoroughly answered all my questions. She set me up with all the samples I wanted, and there was absolutely zero pressure to purchase anything. Would recommend for anyone interested in learning more about how to improve their health and fitness.

I go in for what I like I don't need someone telling me what I use is substandard bc you are trying to make a sale.
Daniel: Online says open,. There store says open, all the lights are on and are closed. They won't answer phone and it's 6pm when it says they close at 7pm. Update:. Filed a complaint with corporate,. They called to check the store because it should of been open and found no answer as well. Montre Mbachu: My experience it was just poor customer service by the employee. The store was unwelcoming. I walked in the store and the employee stayed on his phone. The employee never attempted to help me. I bought PREworkout and when charged the employee didn’t provide or ask me if I wanted my receipt. I asked for the receipt and he said he emailed it to me. The atmosphere was so uncomfortable and unwelcoming I just left. I’ll give Skibo a chance. I won’t be back to this specific GNC.

Josh Faircloth: My most recent experience at this location was well beyond my expectation! I was lucky enough to have had Tye be my cashier. Being someone who is generally new to lifting weights and wanting to learn what I can, the buy 1 get 1 50% off supplements is great! I would tell Tye about how I'm getting into keeping track of my calories and protein intake as how I'm still pretty new to the gym. Low and behold he's personal trainer certified and has all sorts of knowledge to give!!!! So for any diet or fitness related questions do not be afraid to stop by and ask! He's there most days and thanks again for all the help!!!!!!

You hear a lot of organizations and businesses claim that they "really care" about things like "customer service", but it's not always true. At Steere's, it is. Noah is the gold standard for involved, passionate store owners. Massively knowledgeable. Eager to help. Friendly. And dispensing the kind of wisdom you can only get from years of experience, which is what Noah has. He's also a bit of a local legend. He's former 82nd Airborne, and a bodybuilder. Class act.

john thang: There is a huge selection of mass gainers, protein powders and Creatine here. I typically use GNC and GNC has 3-4 protein brands with only one creatine (Beyond raw HC1) that I trust but here at steere’s they have over 5-6+ creatine options that are top notch for half the price of beyond raw. Beyond raw creatine cost about 50-60 while the creatines here go for 15-40 for brands that are better. A lot of good proteins here that you will not see at any regular GNC or protein shop including animal protein along with a good amount of mass gainers. The pre workout selection here is large too and there are tons of other enhancements and pills that you wont find at any regular store like GNC. If youre a powerlifter, bodybuilder or religiously lift and wanna put on size. Steere’s has the right selections of pre, protein and creatine for you.

Ronald Bush: So I’ve gone here a few times and the employees seem generally decent. However, customer service is lacking. I went in this past Friday April 3rd looking for a thermogenic. The guy working recommended some stuff called Defined. I took the initial dose of 1 and it did virtually nothing. So I stepped up to the 2 pills recommended. Still felt nothing. What I did not like is the return policy. This is only my second time shopping here and the first thermogenic that I brought worked. I wanted to try something new this year. I didn’t know they don’t do returns on open products. Unlike a big chain once you open the product that’s it. No returns. Won’t be taking that chance again. Currently have 87 pills that I don’t want .

Apples to Oranges: Products that were purchased have ingredients that are not clean and can be triggers to inflammatory responses. Unfortunately, this wasn’t discovered until after purchase was made and products were brought home. Less than 24 hours after purchase, had a conversation with the owner of business and they will not allow return of products. All products are unopened and it has been less than 24 hours from purchase. Even grocery stores allow return of products, even post Covid era. We wanted to support a small, local business, but this was a big mistake. Poor customer service and poor business practice and policies. Many referrals have been given to this business in the past, we won’t make that mistake again. Very sad and disappointing.
