Catherine Lee: My husband and I had been all over Fayetteville looking for Galaxy watch 5 wristbands even inside the mall at the phone places no one had any in stock.STEPHEN at the Dakota Watch Company in the center of the mall was super helpful. He measured the bandwidth and found out that a 20 regular watch band will actually work with the watch 5.He has a great selection, and wonderful customer service, we will be back

Andrew Mitchell: Never got moisture into my watch before having my battery replaced here. After quick research, I believe watch gaskets require silicone grease in order to remain water resistant. I don’t think this was done. My watch now has water in it.

Claudia: Thrilled about the knowledgeable, friendly and patient staff! I went to get the batter changed and ended up giving the watch a facelift with a new band. The tones look great together and it was a timely process! They made great suggestions and even allowed me to keep the original band which belonged to my grandmother. Overall I'm so happy they cared about the sentimental value of my watch and took care of it while updating it!

Recently had a watch band sized and the young gentleman (Tremar )noticed that the watchband manufacturer had reversed two links on the band and took the time to correct the band to make it right. Very impressed with his attention to detail.Several customers walked up and all were acknowledged with a friendly hello and a polite I'll be with you in just a moment. Definitely will come here again!
ARLENE JOHNSON: My husband and I went to Dakota Watch after Christmas to see if they could shorten my expandable watch band on my new watch. I also took along a watch I have had for years but never could wear because the watchband was too big. They fixed both bands to fit my wrist perfectly and treated us to great kindness and care. Didn't get the man's name but he was most helpful!
